This paper uses Web data mining technology to provide personalized services to the online preschool education and learning platform, to study the interests and learning habits of preschool children, to choose more needed resources for students, and to provide better services. The survey report shows that more than 50% of students use the online learning platform for more than one hour a day, and even 5% of students use the cloud platform to study for more than 3 hours a day. The survey report also shows that 92% of students’ parents are satisfied with the online learning platform, and 63% of them are very satisfied. The traditional nursing clinical practice teaching has the problems of lacking practicality and management, and poor comprehensive quality of nursing interns. First, the basic framework of management system design is established, which can obtain four mainly parts: system management, nursing files, nursing quality control, statistical analysis; and then the nursing clinical practice teaching management system design and implementation are carried out from the three aspects of teaching management organization design, teaching management operation mode, and teaching management mechanism protection. In recent years, action recognition has gradually developed into a popular research problem in modern computers and other visual science and technology, and has great social science research value. Domestic and foreign experts, scholars and their research units have done a lot of research on this issue, and they have achieved good results.
