Virtual equity incentive is one of the important ways of long-term incentives for state-owned enterprises Since the government has not yet issued a targeted policy for virtual equity incentives, it is not widely implemented in state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the path design of the implementation plan of virtual equity incentives and the common risks in the implementation process, and provides an effective reference and reference for state-owned enterprises to implement virtual equity incentives. And it effectively make up for the lack of implementation experience, the state-owned enterprises have no reference in the process of implementing virtual equity incentives

State-owned state-owned enterprises reform and power system reform are two major reforms currently facing stateCorporate culture is an important source of corporate core competitiveness and a key element of a world-class company with global competitiveness. As a large-scale responsible central enterprise, the state-owned power company is the foundation of the Communist Party's governance, an important force for maintaining political stability, and a “heavy instrument of the great power” that the party and the people trust and rely on. It must closely follow the requirements of the Party Central Committee and promote the building of a cultural power through culture. This article analyzes the situation that the state-owned power companies are facing in the development of corporate culture, and provides a useful reference for related enterprises in the development of corporate culture.

It was set forth on the National Conference on Party Construction in Non-public-owned Enterprises that “Two Coverage”, “Two Functions” shall be well implemented and construction of “Two Teams” shall be enhanced. With reference to the target, challenges of lack of organizational cohesion, insufficient ideological recognition and deficiency of system guarantee still exist in present party construction in non-public-owned enterprises, which not only relate to the conflict between the laggard concepts of the party construction main body and enterprises’ new demands on party construction, but also to the variability and profit-orientation of non-public-owned enterprises. Therefore, “Imbedding & Integration” shall be implemented as a breakthrough with party organizations imbedded into non-public-owned enterprises and party construction integrated into enterprise overall development through carrier innovation, system improvement and personnel training, enhancing the pragmaticality of party construction in non-public-owned enterprises on the whole.

Colleges and universities are the main source of human resource and very important places for college students to study and live. Campus security, stability and college and university students' safety have been highly valued by the party and the nation as well as the whole society. At present, many colleges still have problems such as imperfect safety education system and weak safety awareness among college students. Based on the investigation of more than 10,000 teachers and students in colleges and universities across the country, this paper analyzes the safety education situation of college students under the new situation, summarizes the problems existing in the safety education in colleges and universities, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems, hoping to improve the effectiveness of safety education for college and university students effectively.
