Risk assessment of hazard material transportation using FMECA approach: Case study in a Tunisian company 使用FMECA方法进行危险材料运输的风险评估:突尼斯公司的案例研究

A supply chain is a set of economic elements cooperating together to achieve the same objectives. Riskiness being the main obstacle in supply chains, companies needs to pay attention to risk management. It is the nature of the business activity that determines the degree of required risk management. For example, risk management is one of the pillars of activities related to hazardous materials or nuclear energy. In keeping with that context, this paper presents a literature review on hazard material transportation and then a study case. Risks were analyzed using the Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) with data coming from a Tunisian company. The results show that the potential effects of the majority of these risks are catastrophic.

Development an approach to fusion of an anti-collision system 研制一种防撞系统融合方法

In most cases, the man is the cause of the accident. The work presented in this article to develop an anti-collision system, which aims to assist the driver and reduce road risks. The sensors are of great importance in this system, they have provided for each measurement time, a list of objects on the distance and angular position. We transformed the data into a mass of belief to calculate for each pair (known object, perceived object) a mass belief that indicates the relationship between the two objects hanging two instants of time (t, t +1). Then, we applied the algorithm of association objects in order to know what objects tracking, appeared, disappeared over time and display the results in the dashboard. This task helps the driver to know what happened in the external environment.

The Multi-vehicle Mutli-product Inventory-Routing Problem (MMIRP) is one of the recent issues in Supply Chain. It is an extension of the inventory routing problems (IRP) taking into account multiple products and multiple vehicles, which is closer to real life problems. Like the IRP, the MMIRP is usually developed in the context of the “Vendor-Managed Inventory” (VMI) where the supplier manages the stock at the customer. We apply this method in a Moroccan company of bottled water in which a unique plant delivers a set of regional depots. We consider the case when all destinations are replenished with direct deliveries and we propose a mixed integer linear program to solve the problem.

Associating risk management with a performance measurement system: Case of academic libraries 将风险管理与绩效评估系统联系起来:以大学图书馆为例

Risk management and performance measurement should be linked together to enable, to each supply chain partner, to define and guide its overall risk profile, as well as to shape its strategic direction. In this frame, the aim of this paper is to propose and to validate an integrated approach for relating risk management into supply chain performance measurement system. The proposed approach is carried out in two sequential phases. After identifying flow, missions and goals of an organization, the first phase focuses on the application of the Supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model and the Activity Breakdown Structure (ABS) to identify supply chain processes and activities. After that, Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) and Risk Breakdown Matrix (RBM) are applied to identify critical risks and to give a set of performance metrics that is based on those risks. Finally, the second phase completes this set by using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. For a validation purpose, the proposed approach is applied to the Higher Institute of Industrial Management (ISGI, Sfax-Tunisia) library. A comparative analysis between the identified metrics and those required by the standard ISO 11620 (version 2008) shows the significance and the importance of the proposed approach.

Traveler information in ITS: A Model-Driven Engineering approach to its personalization 智能交通系统中的旅行者信息:模型驱动的个性化工程方法

Today the problem of a traveller is to obtain the right information at the right time. To do that, many solutions have been proposed, the main one being the personalization of Traveler Information. But, they are often limited to specific types of applications and/or deal with only a part of the theoretical potential offered by personalization. In addition, tools and methods that have been proposed often focus only on the technical aspects of personalization, making it difficult to integrate them into a Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) approach that would allow personalized interactive applications to be modeled. To remedy these deficiencies, we have developed the PERCOMOM method, whose objective is to allow business experts to autonomously create personalized interactive applications by assembling pre-existing models. The case study concerns traveler information in ITS.

Ontological model for knowledge capitalization in multimodal transport domain 多式联运领域知识资本化的本体模型

The significant evolutions in the economic and business environment has undergone profound changes and see grow criticality control information for controlling the global supply chain. In this environment, more and more complex, especially because of globalization and the globalization of economies, contributing directly to increased trade and the expansion of the geographical area, the optimization of the cooperation within the global supply chain becomes more focused on optimizing physical movement of goods. Thus, the integration of transport in optimizing supply chains offers an opportunity to better management of flows, different decision-making levels. For recent decades, modeling agent database was used as an unconventional tool to perform this task. However, the establishment of a formal ontology as a shared model, to ensure interoperability and reusability of the models with which developers can standardize their models become increasingly necessary. We present in this paper an initiative to develop an ontology that formalizes the domain knowledge of the multimodal transport of goods.

Logistics integration in product design using a systems engineering approach 使用系统工程方法的产品设计中的物流集成

The distribution of industrial activities on a global basis, as well as the increasing search for delivery time reduction have required effective integration of logistical issues into product design. However, current engineering design organizations and tools are not suited for structuring proper interface between engineering and logistics. This paper presents a literature review pertaining to the issue of logistics integration in product design. In this context, we propose an approach based on systems engineering. We will integrate the logistics requirements in product design through their identification and characterization of the requirements according to the concepts of requirements engineering.

A proposition of a decision support system for Reverse Logistics 逆向物流决策支持系统的提出

For a long time, the research concerning returned products has focused on multiples issues. It was not until the early nineties that Reverse Logistics (RL) has captured the academic attention. RL commonly refers to the backward movement of materials in the supply chain. In order to cover all these aspects of RL we propose an integrated Decision Support System (DSS) which can ease products and shipping information tracking, storing, referencing and reporting for managers (decision makers). The methodology proposed in this paper is inspired by the various papers published in the literature.

The current complexity of supply chains (SC) activities requires the need for coordination between supply chains partners to maximize the efficiency. This paper addresses the development of a new hybrid approach for the selection problem. The problem is formulated as a multi-expert multi-criteria (MEMC) decision making problem and solved by combining consensus-based possibility measure with TOPSIS method in a fuzzy environment. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach, a simple example of plant selection problem is presented and the numerical results analyzed.
