The article examines the professional training of the organization of future primary school teachers at the pedagogical college. An effective form of organization of continuous professional training of future primary school teachers is the pedagogical college. The main indicators of professional training in the pedagogical college are outlined. The conditions for the successful implementation of professional training of students at the pedagogical college are highlighted. Three main components in the educational environment of the pedagogical college are distinguished.The existing system of pedagogical education is not fully focused on the purposeful preparation of students to implement the standards of the new generation: textbooks and teaching aids most often do not reflect modern trends in the development of education, their content is conservative and considers the educational process mainly in a known paradigm; there is no adequate preparation technology. As you know, active abilities are not formed, and active technologies are not transferred through lectures, therefore we consider it necessary to build a new model of student training, which would immerse future teachers at all stages of training in the space of educational activities and create an adequate educational environment.

30–35% of the competencies of higher education students (defined by the standard for specialty 231 «Social work») can be formed in the process of studying social and psychological educational disciplines. Therefore, the article analyzes the educational and professional programs of eleven Ukrainian institutions of higher education, which provide training in the specialty 231 «Social work». The purpose of the study was: 1) to analyze the weight of social-psychological competences in the standard of higher education of specialty 231; 2) to analyze the socio-psychological educational offers of institutions of higher education in the specialty «Social work»; 3) to propose the structure of educational disciplines of social and psychological topics for this specialty. It was found that Ukrainian institutions of higher education do not have a single strategy regarding the location of social-psychological training courses for the training of specialists in the «Social Work» specialty. The number of social and psychological disciplines ranges from 6 to 12 (for the «bachelor» educational level). We offered socio-psychological educational disciplines, adhering to the principles of systematicity and sequence of the educational process. Future social workers are offered to study «Fundamentals of personality psychology, age and differential psychology» and «Social psychology in social work» in the 1st year. In the second year – «Psychodiagnostics», «Game and artistic methods of social work», «Social prevention of deviant behavior», «Family psychology». In the third year – «Child and gerontological psychology», «Communication training», «Management psychology», «Mediation in conflict resolution». In the fourth year – «Intercultural communication and social work with migrants», «Criminal psychology, penitentiary and post-penitentiary social work», «Psychology of social work with deviant behavior of children and adolescents». For the master's degree, we suggest mastering the issues of «Organizational Psychology», «Psychology of Creativity», and «Social and Psychological Work in the Community».

The article discusses modern approaches to defining the concept of social and psychological climate. It has been established that in the conditions of military tension, the socio-psychological state of a person undergoes a destructive effect on the personality, which can be accompanied by long-term depression, anxiety disorders, the formation of post-traumatic stress syndrome, a decrease in work capacity, and a lack of interest in professional development and growth.The main approaches to defining the concepts of «influence» and «informational social influence» have been analyzed. A theoretical analysis of the concept as a process and result of an individual’s change in the behavior of another person, his attitudes, intentions, ideas, assessments, etc. in the process of interaction with him, was carried out. And the ways of using informational social influence in the context of the constructive and destructive effect of informational social influence on the individual in the conditions of war are analyzed.It has been established that informational influence can be manipulative in nature, which in turn will reflect on the mental, social and psychological well-being of Ukrainians.The mechanism of the influence of information manipulation, which can manifest itself in the form of propaganda, provocation, disinformation, intimidation, is revealed, and the place and role of constructive communication in the process of counteracting manipulative influence is defined. A theoretical analysis of the concept of «isolation» was carried out. It was determined that this is a protective mechanism that removes associative connections when the threat of danger is perceived.It was established that the social isolation of the individual in the collective makes support, empathy, and mutual understanding impossible in critical situations and in situations of uncertainty. And this, in turn, can increase the feeling of constant danger, excessive excitement, panic attacks, problems in relationships, the inability to express and show one’s feelings and experiences. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it was determined that the role of the leader is actualized in the conditions of martial law, because the situation that has developed requires him to be flexible in thinking and speed of decision-making, objectivity of reactions to external challenges in conditions of changeable situations and limited resources.We see the prospects for further research in the diagnosis of the current state of the social and psychological climate in the collectives of educational institutions, and in the search for optimal ways to solve the problem.The role of the team and the leader in the formation of a favorable social and psychological climate is characterized.

The article exposes the problematic of creating the readiness of the future individual to use information technologies. Computers open up new ways in the progress of intellectual assistances and the facility to explain professional tasks when training future specialists in higher education. The main directions of using information technologies are highlighted. The effectiveness of computer use at various stages of the pedagogical process is determined. The practice of computer technologies by students in the progression of education the basics of science pays to growing the success of the educational process in the field of learning the ability to independently accumulate and present knowledge. The informational component of a specialist’s readiness is defined, which is today an central section of defining the value of his training.The process of forming a new information environment of society creates unique opportunities for human progress, for the real answer of several professional, economic, social and everyday difficulties. The socio-economic change of the nation depends on the presence of a modern information sphere of society. The information sector primarily depends on qualified personnel, which, in turn, crucially depends on the education system in the country. One of the main tasks facing the education system is the task of forming the basics of the information values of the future expert.

Under conditions of full-scale invasion of Ukraine, prompt social assistance for general public becomes significant, which determines scientific justification of safety-related branch of contemporary social work. The aim of the article is to analyze transformation of social work based on system approach in unison of components (theory, praxis, training of specialists) with regard to actual conditions of modern society, martial law, increased danger for general public. Analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific facts, comparison and explication of theoretical ideas are used as methods. Emphasis is made on the concept of steady development and quality of life to improve the content component of social work in conjunction with assistance, support and accompaniment of social groups and communities. Special attention is paid to emergencies, in which social work must promptly react and develop social accompaniment technologies. Because in a wide sense social work is seen as a tool for balancing social opportunities for proper human existence, it must perform both traditional tasks of assisting those in need and self-assistance in order to reach a new quality level of social subjects’ interaction through productive pro-social activities. Among the tasks of social work in the field of security: prompt response to a negative event, research of extreme conditions and their leveling in view of the survival and social functioning of the population, identification and maximum overcoming of consequences in the system of assistance and provision of social services, prevention of negative circumstances. Theory and praxis of social work in the field of population security determines the necessity to train specialists, social workers, who will provide effective social support and protection under conditions of contemporary dangers and threats.

The article substantiates the need to use sociocultural and linguodidactic scientific approaches to the problem of formation of professional competence of future philologists by means of modern information technologies. The analysis of the pedagogical and linguistic aspects of the problem under study made it possible to isolate the leading system characteristics of the professional training of philologists at the university (essence, composition, structure, functions, history of the system) and to clarify the manifestation of the system characteristics of the phenomenon under study in the university environment as a system object. The necessity of introducing the socio-cultural component (at the normative, organizational, technological and methodological level) to the content of modern information technologies as requiring the formation of an appropriate level of socio-cultural knowledge from all subjects of the organization of the educational process in the university implementing the relevant educational programs is emphasized.The use of leading scientific approaches is correlated with the educational environment of HEI; noted that any educational environment is inherently informational and linguistic environment. The specificity, type and level of this information depends on the type and level of HEI, the direction of training, etc. It is noted that modern information technologies allow to create a special information environment of the institution of higher education and the corresponding educational program due to the involvement of modern educational, organizational, technological, didactic, methodological information to all stages and components. The linguodidactic foundations of professional training of future philologists are presented in the light of the Pan-European recommendations on language education, as well as the main problems and factors that make it possible to implement a linguodidactic approach to the formation of professional competence of future philologists.

The article updates the view that the knowledge, value-semantic and general cultural and purely personal components of the professional competence of a future history teacher are considered by the author as one's ability to generate and adhere to own responsible decisions and to actively participate in identifying and solving both professional and socially important problems, subject to defending one's position. The author characterises some key social determinants of the process of forming professional competence of future history teachers while studying specialised disciplines, which ensures both the development of their intellectual and creative abilities and promotes ongoing creative and socially active interaction with all subjects of the educational process of a higher pedagogical education institution. The following social determinants have been identified: formation of social competence of future history teachers along with the processes of their socio-cultural identification; actualisation of the leading features of a creative personality; solving the problem of professional self-esteem of future history teachers; their self-development in the processes of obtaining the pedagogical profession; modern higher pedagogical education institutions provide equal start-up opportunities in acquiring quality professional education and facilitate the implementation of their potential, creative abilities, and interests and requirements in the process of professional training in the study of specialised disciplines. The paper determines that in the processes of professional training of future history teachers in higher pedagogical education institutions, it is important to create conditions for their effective development as a citizen of Ukraine, a patriot of the country, the professionally and life-competent and competitive personality who successfully self-realise in society.
