In this paper different approach to adaptation mechanism for fuzzy model reference learning control (FMRLC) method will be introduced. In comparison to original method the proposed procedure shows larger possibilities in design of FMRLC method. The main idea consists in new approach of design of the inverse model — an important part of FMRLC. This innovation is based on using more general fuzzy system in the inverse model, type-2 fuzzy system. Type-2 fuzzy systems are superior to classical fuzzy systems. From this reason using such systems in adaptation mechanism brings new possibilities. The advantages of the proposed modification are presented on control of magnetic suspension system and compared to FMRLC with convergent rule base.

A new method of control for high-voltage Full Bridge Series-Parallel Resonant (FBSPR) DC-DC converter with capacitive output filter, using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is proposed in this paper. The output voltage regulation obtained via high switching frequency and Soft switching operation (ZCS and ZVS technologies) to decrease the losses and optimize the efficiency of converter. In the following sections, a Small-Signal Model of FBSPR converter on base of first harmonic analysis and the generalized averaging method is derived. Then the obtained model is used to simulate the dynamic behavior of real converter using Matlab software. It was also used to obtain ideal control signals which are the desired ANN inputs and outputs and were saved as a training data set. The data set is then used to train the ANN to mimic the behavior of the ideal controller. In fact the ANN controller is trained according to the small signal model of converter and the ideal operating points. To compare the performances of simulated and practical ANN controller, a prototype is designed and implemented. The prototype is tested for step changes in both output load and reference voltage at steady state and under transient conditions. Comparison between experimental and simulations show a very good agreement and the reliability of ANN based controllers.

In the paper, the base device for a frequency division circuit (FDC) system is calculated. Evaluation of the characteristics with maximum approximation to theoretically ideal is carried out. A diplexer for the ground penetration radar is investigated using L and C lumped elements. The diplexer shows very small insertion loss, and the VSWR of less than 2.0 through the all pass-band. The theoretical analysis of the FDC is carried out basing of the differential equation method. The standard strategy of filter synthesis is applied for synthesis of the FDC structure.

An analytical method for solving nonlinear differential equation that describes the Bouc-Wen model of dynamic hysteresis is proposed. Solution is sought in the form of successive approximations based on the Fourier transforms. The results confirm the efficiency of this method.

Medium waveband navigation systems are considered. Systems using code-division multiplexing have intrasystem interference level determined by cross-correlation sidelobe. Interference immunity of spread spectrum signal with minimum shift keying correlation receiver is improved with powerful adjacent-channel interference compensator providing high accuracy interference copy forming. Correlation receiver equipped with compensator modeling denotes that designed compensator provides high signal dynamic range around 80 dB and higher in terms of Doppler frequency shift equals from 0 to 0.2 Hz and 14-bit analog-to-digital converting with limited dynamic range.

Determined the transcendental transfer function of the torsional vibrations of an elastic bar with distributed parameters and the concentrated mass which fixed at one end. Input is a torsional moment which attached to the free end of the bar, output is the angle of rotation bar. Problem is solved by methods of the structural theory of A.G. Butkovskiy.

The crystal structure of the bismuth cobaltite Bi24(CoBi)O40 is determined. The resistivity and thermoelectromotive force measurement in the temperature range of 80–1000 K is performed. The temperature hysteresis of resistivity below the temperature Т = 950 K is revealed. The crossover from semiconductor to metallic behavior of thermoelectromotive force versus temperature is found at high temperatures.
