Experimental researches of characteristics of asymmetric zone parametrical system of nonlinear resonator are spent on the parametrical generator of inductive type, which are physical model of the nonlinear resonator. In work are resulted the oscil-lograms of parametrical electromagnetic oscillations of investigated system in various zones of instability. The analysis of the received results shows, that oscillations in asymmetric system have enough wide spectrum of harmonics, which together with casual fluctuations is compelling force for excitation of oscillations.

This paper describes the methods and principles of objects angular data determination by interferometric measuring of Satellite Radio Navigation Systems signals. It considers the ambiguity resolution problem solving by the excess method. Use of frequency and phase shifts differences is shown to decrease time expenses and algorithm complexity for orientation definition. As a result of the study we suggest some implementation algorithms and describe their particular features.

Based on the notion of information suggested earlier by the author informational paradigm of the world (nature and society) is formulated, and the values of active, passive and activated full information (video-information) are well defined. An important interdependence between the structural and physical components of video-information is pointed out, and fractality of its structure is shown by the example of binary video-information Qualitative and quantitative information characteristics of the real world are given as physical quantities and physical structures producing nonlinearity of simultaneous equations of video-information. It is shown that video-informational processes boarder formally on paradoxical ones. Hence, successive investigation of video-informational processes is made possible with a weak field approximation only, when video-information becomes weak and defines spatial properties of the real world only in little.

The codification system of models has been suggested in the article, which unlike the others makes it possible to unify the description of the basic information models. The use of the proposed logical-mathematical apparatus of representation models was illustrated by way of example of developing an automated system for building computer control systems of management reporting. The formation of the control system of power sales reporting of “Vinnytsiaoblenergo” Ltd. was made by the use of the developed information technology.
