Criterion modeling in the control problems 控制问题中的准则建模

The use of the criterion modeling for solving problems of optimal control of dynamic systems has been suggested in the article and the method of determining the matrix of similarity criteria of the control law has been developed. The comprehensive approach to the reduction of the complexity degree of optimal control problem has been developed, which is represented as the problem of optimization of nonlinear programming, when the matrix approach of conversion of factors and improvement of mathematical model are used. Matrix formation of optimal similarity criteria is implemented by using mathematical models of the transitive system of relative units.

Tunable resonant microstrip phase shifter with the magneto dielectric substrate 带磁介质衬底的可调谐谐振微带移相器

The new design of a tunable microstrip phase shifter is proposed. It is based on the resonant microstrip structure in which a magnetodielectric is used as a substrate with controlled electromagnetic characteristics. The design of the phase shifter is characterized by a high degree of diminutiveness and high figure of merit. The manufactured breadboard of a five-resonator phase shifter demonstrated a controllable phase shift of 360° with a figure of merit of 150 °/dB.

This paper presents the results of experimental investigations of sensitivity and pulse characteristics of detectors based on gallium arsenide compensated with chromium exposure to X-ray band 60–120 keV. A comparison of the sensitivity of detectors based on different materials has been made.

The general expression for approximation of power spectral density (SD) of phase noise direct digital synthesizers. The design procedure of factors of SD approximation of phase noise is developed. Calculated SD for integrated DDS from Analog Devices have shown good coincidence with experimental characteristics.

The results of study detector structures based on epitaxial layers of GaAs, compensated by Cr, are presented. It is shown that distribution of electric field straight in active region of the structures affected on it amplitude spectrums of γ-quantum.

Implementation of Local Satellite Augmentation System (LSAS) for airport infrastructures 为机场基础设施实施本地卫星增强系统

The paper introduces development and implementation of new Satellite Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) of GPS or GLONASS for enhancement of safety and emergency systems including transport security and control of aircraft freight, logistics and the security of the crew and passengers onboard aircraft and helicopters. These improvements include new solutions for better management and operation of airports and they are needed more than ever before, because of world aircraft fleet expansion. Namely, the world's commercial airways fleet is expected to double in the next 20 years. This will result in crowded routes leading to fuel wastage and delays, which could cost millions of dollars annually. The potential benefits will assist Air Traffic Control (ATC) to cope with increased traffic as well as improving safety and security and reducing the infrastructures needed on the ground. The establishment of Aeronautical CNS is also discussed as a part of Global Satellite Augmentation Systems (GSAS) of GPS and GLONASS systems integrated with existing and future Regional Satellite Augmentation Systems (RSAS) and Local Satellite Augmentation System (LSAS) in airports areas.
