PHYSIOLOGICALDETERMINATION OF ADAPTIVE RESPONSES LEVEL TO STRESS TO THELABOUR AND EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES IN MIGRANTS AND STUDENTS 移民和学生对劳动和教育过程压力的适应性反应水平的生理学测定

The paper presents the physiological researches results of nine migrant professional groups who arrived from south republics of Central Asia to Moscow region of the Russian Federation. We studied the characteristics of adaptation process in labour migrants by the parameters of the cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems. Peculiarities of regulation for heart rate variability (HRV) (changes in the stress-index Sl, AMo values, VLF spectrum power, PARS index) in migrants depending on the neuroemotional nature of labour activity and the amount of muscle loads are revealed. A pronounced decrease in dynamometric indices of endurance and maximum performance of arms, body and legs muscles by the end of work process has been established. We have developed a method to determine the adaptation process stages with the combined effects of physical severity and neuro-emotional labour intensity, at the same time, poor adaptation increases health disorders risks.

HYGIENICASSESSMENT OF AMBIENT AIR AND NON-CARCINOGENIC RISK FOR PUBLICHEALTH LIVING ON BORDER TERRITORIES 居住在边境领土上的环境空气和非致癌风险的卫生评估

The purpose of the research study was the identification and quantitative assessment of ambient airpollution with risk assessment to public health on the territories of the Orenburg region, bordering theRepublic of Kazakhstan. A hygienic assessment of thirteen border municipalities of the Orenburg regionwas carried out in the paper. We conducted an ambient air analysis for 23 substances, which are underlong-term dynamic observation and a non-carcinogenic risk to public health was calculated. It wasestablished that the Western and Central parts of the border territories differing in the qualitativecomposition of pollutants have the highest level of anthropogenic air pollution. At the same time, thequalitative composition of pollutants in the Western part of the border territory is mainly represented bysubstances that originate from gas and oil refining facilities. Priority pollutants in the Central part ofthe border territory are substances that originate from non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy facilities.Climatic data analysis in the study territory has shown that conditions for the transboundary transfer ofatmospheric pollution, both from Kazakhstan and from the Russian Federation can be created withcertain meteorological parameters. Non-carcinogenic health risk analysis showed the probability ofadverse effects development on organs and systems, as well as the probability of malignant neoplasmsoccurrence in the population living on the border territories. The study justifies and confirms the need todevelop a system for monitoring and to assess the probability for transboundary transport ofatmospheric pollution, as well as practical recommendations and preventive measures to reduceanthropogenic load.

We presented the assessment results of the potential epidemic risk level (PERL) of conditions forcentralized drinking water supply and recreational water use, as potential epidemiological risks for 85subjects of the Russian Federation. High level of potential epidemic risk of centralized drinking watersupply conditions for 21 subjects of the Russian Federation and increased level taking into accountwater quality, water supply of the population, isolation of pathogenic bacteria, virus markers andregistration of the morbidity rate of acute intestinal infections with the implementation of water factor ofpathogens transmission for 60 subjects have been established. When assessing recreational water use, ahigh level of potential epidemic risk was determined in 39 subjects, an increased level of potentialepidemic risk was determined in 30 subjects, which indicates the probability of the waterway for thespread of the cholera pathogen and other acute intestinal infections of bacterial and viral etiology. It isplanned to use in conjunction with other data in determining the epidemic potential of the subject.

High levels of industrial development of the region’s areas caused long-term and continuous of habitatobjects pollution. Based on socio-hygienic monitoring data, over 70 per cent of the Sverdlovsk Regionpopulation is exposed to a set of various chemicals, and children constitute the most sensitive risk group.Lead, cadmium and arsenic are priority contaminants of the habitat in industrial cities and towns of theregion. According to the integral estimates, chemical contamination of the habitat by these toxicants formsnon-carcinogenic risks to public health. The established non-carcinogenic health risks are confirmed bysocial and hygienic monitoring indicators of the children chronic morbidity level in organized groupsand indicate a statistically significant excess compared with the average regional indicators. Accordingto the mathematical modeling data, statistically significant interrelations were found between thecontent of lead, cadmium, arsenic in environmental objects and the biomonitoring results.

HYGIENIC EFFICIENCY OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT USINGPOLYMERIC ION-EXCHANGE MATERIALS 高分子离子交换材料处理废水的卫生效率

Polymeric fibrous ion-exchange materials based on polyacrylonitrile matrix, produced in the form ofcation-exchanger KN-1 and anion-exchanger AS-1 were the object of the study. We studied the sorptionproperties of these materials to heavy metal salts and products of their chemical transformation withflotation reagents. According to obtained results, exchange processes have high speed and materials arecharacterized by high value of absorption – up to 250 mg/g. The introduction of a cascade filtrationscheme ensures the treatment of highly contaminated multicomponent industrial wastewater to levelsthat comply with the hygienic requirements. The advantages of the materials under study are thepossibility of their repeated regeneration (by acid and alkali) without losing their original properties andthe possibility of concentrating the desorbed metals for the purpose of their recycling again.

The paper presents the study results of the dynamics in the erythroid indices of peripheral blood inchildren of the early postnatal period ontogenesis. All of them were healthy, showed no developmentaldefects. Based on the results of biometric analysis of the data obtained, the significance of genetic andenvironmental factors in the identified dynamics was determined. It was largely caused by the influenceof natural factors caused by cosmophysical processes during children's development years, such as anincrease in the indicators of various types of radiation and basic indexes of solar activity. We conducteda quantitative assessment of their influence on the variability of all erythrocyte indices.

We presented the data on the study of the working conditions of female workers engaged during concentrating on non-ferrous metal ores at the mining and processing plant, the frequency of gynecological pathology, as well as the retrospective analysis results of the course of pregnancy and labor. It has been established that the working conditions during concentrating on non-ferrous metal ores increase the risk of gynecological diseases and complications in the course of pregnancy and labor.

We analyzed the characteristics of the immunoregulatory parameters of the child population (94 people)aged 5 to 10 years exposed to aluminum. The control group included 45 children, matched by age and sex,living in areas not exposed to aluminum. The study consisted of determining the content of IgG specificto aluminum, total IgE (hypersensitivity indicators) and phagocytic-active cells. A study of CD-markersof cell differentiation and intracellular markers for assessing the apoptosis system (absolute and relativesuppressor T-cell receptors CD127–, Bax, anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 and proapoptotic cell death receptorCD95+) was performed. As a result of the research, it was reliably established that in the examined childpopulation there are violations of the cellular immunity, which manifest themselves in a decrease inphagocytic activity by the criterion of absolute phagocytosis (42 per cent), relative phagocytosis (56 percent) and phagocytic number (75 per cent) (for example, decrease in phagocytic activity of cellscompared with control was 1.2-1.5 times), activation of absolute and relative suppressor T-cell receptorsCD127–, Bax deficiency, antiapoptotic protein Bcl -2 and the proapoptotic cell death receptor CD95+(p < 0.05) responsible for apoptosis, relative to the reference values. There is a significant increasecompared with the norm of specific IgG to aluminum in 44 per cent of children of the observed groupand an increase in the level of total IgE by more than 1.4 times compared to the control group (p < 0.05)

We studied the functional state of the cardiovascular system in 997 schoolchildren of Ufa and 597students of the Bashkir State Medical University with different levels of physical activity. All subjectswere divided into 3 groups depending on the level of physical activity: the first group (control) consistedof schoolchildren and students, which do not involve in sports outside the school and university programs,with the lowest physical activity compared with other groups; the second group included persons withan average level of physical activity, who in addition to physical education classes independently engagein physical culture: running, walking, outdoor games and daily morning exercises; the third groupconsisted of schoolchildren and students regularly engaged in sports clubs and sections, having thehighest level of physical activity. The following hemodynamic parameters were calculated: systolic bloodvolume, minute blood volume, pulse pressure, fatigue coefficient, blood circulation efficiency ratio, Robinsonindex. The data obtained for each group were subjected to statistical analysis separately for males andfemales in the age aspect. We have established the positive influence of regular physical education andsports on the metabolic and energy processes in the heart, which in turn leads to an improvement in themain indicators of the cardiovascular system. Thus, among schoolchildren and students regularlyengaged in physical culture and sports, significantly lower values of minute blood volume, bloodcirculation efficiency ratio, endurance coefficient, Robinson index and high values of systolic bloodvolume, pulse pressure were noted. The presence of reliable direct correlation of the weak degree ofphysical culture and sports with the majority of studied hemodynamic parameters was revealed.

SHELF LIFE PREDICTION OF DIAGNOSTIC FLUORESCENTTULAREMIA DRY IMMUNOGLOBULINS 诊断性荧光血症干免疫球蛋白的保质期预测

We described the results of studying the stability of the main indicators of medical product quality for invitro diagnostics - diagnostic fluorescent tularemia dry immunoglobulins RIF-Tul-StavNIPCHI,developed on the basis of Stavropol Anti-Plague Institute of Rospotrebnadzor to justify the shelf life andrecommended storage conditions when used on a real scale time and accelerated research methods. At thesame time, one of the main criteria for the study of stability is its study during sample storage not onlyin the primary packaging of an industrial output, but also after the first opening of the package, duringthe use period of the reconstituted preparation. On the basis of data obtained in both long-term andaccelerated trials, a shelf life of three years is recommended. It was experimentally proved that duringthis period of time, the quality indicators of the drug remain at a level one that complies with therequirements of technical and operational documentation. In the course of application the recoveredproduct demonstrates stability of its biological and physical-and-chemical properties within 5 days at astorage temperature of 2 to 8°С.
