Background:
Following cardiac damage, a complex process known as left ventricular adverse remodelling occurs, which is characterized by alterations in the left ventricle (LV)'s structure, form, and function. The study aims at assessing the significance of the LV sphericity index in quantifying LV geometric alterations, as well as the conicity index's significance in recognizing regional variations in LV geometry and evaluating its relation to the heart's systolic and diastolic function.
Methods and Methods: A total of 50 individuals with anterior myocardial infarction (MI) participates in this cross-sectional study. Sphericity (SI) and conicity indices (CI) are calculated using the ratios of the short axis and long axis, and the apical to short LV axis, respectively. Then measurements of the LV's systolic and diastolic functioning are done.
Results: The sphericity index and systolic parameters display a statistically significant negative correlation (P<0.05). The conicity index and systolic parameters show a statistically non-significant negative correlation (P>0.05).
The relation between CI and SI with LV diastolic parameters reveal a positive correlation, but it was statistically non-significant (p>0.05). Only the left atrial volume index (LAVI) was statistically significant with SI (p<0.05).
Conclusion: This study concludes that LV indices are a simple, non-invasive measure of LV remodelling, whether locally by CI or globally by SI, and can reflect the LV's systolic and diastolic performance based on correlation studies.

Background: Omega3 is a group of fatty acids which is essential and of great importance to the human body, they cannot be produced on their own, so it must be obtained by following diets that include foods rich in them. Omega 3 is nowadays one of the most desirable components of oils because of its nutritional and functional properties. Through its various processes in cellular metabolism, its therapeutic actions in numerous chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders have been identified, gene expression, and signal transduction. Numerous studies have confirmed that acne, psoriasis, and inflammatory skin conditions including atopic dermatitis can all be managed with omega 3.
Objective: The review's objective is to provide a brief scientific overview of this condition, which has recently become widespread used in the treatment of skin diseases.
Conclusion: The effects of "3 PUFA" in skin illnesses are only seldom studied in research and clinical trials, but prior studies analyzing immune cells predict that these fatty acids will have a wide range of positive benefits. Additionally, there are few findings on keratinocytes, which are thought to make up a significant portion of the epidermis' cells. Future studies should clarify the complete role keratinocytes play in the skin. since the prevalence of inflammatory skin conditions and cancers is rising at the moment, clinical trials in the future on "3 PUFAs" in dermatological sectors are likely to provide us with useful knowledge for the routine clinical management of skin problems.
Keywords: Polyunsaturated fatty acids, "PUFAs," omega-3, psoriasis, skin.

Background: The structural properties of films are studied by several techniques, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) is one of the most reliable methods that were adopted in this research, so will explain it in some detail, in addition to assays (SEM ) that give information on surface morphology. Materials and Methods: The thermochemical spraying technique was used to prepare the thin films. Results: The results showed that increasing the temperature led to a decrease in the average particle size, in contrast to the doping process. Conclusion: The reason for the decrease in particle size is due to the increase in the Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) in addition to an increase in the crystallization of the thin films, and also the membrane becomes more regular and crystalline defects decrease and increase.

Background:
Alginate impression material is an irreversible hydrocolloid due to its chemical setting reaction. Hydrocolloids dimensional stability depends on the presence of water, as water makes up around 70% of dental alginate. One of the Salvadoraceae families, Salvadora persica, is the source of miswak. The Arak tree, or Salvadora persica, is often referred to as the "toothbrush tree" as it is known in English. It is evergreen form develops like a shrub or small tree with a twisted trunk. The researchers mixed miswak powder with the alginate to examine the dimensional accuracy and tearing strength.
Materials and Methods:
Sixty alginate specimens were prepared. 30 specimens for dimensional accuracy and 30 specimens for tearing strength, each of them is divided into three groups: The control group, Group A % 17 miswak powder, and Group B % 34 miswak powder. The dimensional stability and tearing strength were tested.
Results:
There is no dimensional change in group B, lesser dimensional change was revealed in group A, according to control group. Group B is more resistant to tearing strength when compared with the control group and group A, and group A is more resistant than the control group.
Conclusion:
Adding a suitable amount of miswak powder to alginate is beneficial for reducing and preventing shrinkage, as well as improving tearing strength.

Background:
Many organic compounds are studied because of their nonlinear optical properties, which are crucial in photonics, optical switches, modulators, optical data storage, and other devices that use light to transport information. In experimental and theoretical researches, nonlinear optical phenomena, primarily resulting from interactions between matter and strong electric fields, have received considerable attention. Materials like these have numerous applications in science, engineering, and technology.
Materials and Methods: Fullerene 20 has been adopted as an electron donor, which was considered an NLO molecular material, while the thieno[2,3-c]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-dione has been adopted as an electron acceptor. Fullerene20-thieno[2,3-c]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-dione-fullerene20 (FTPDF), as D-A-D, has been designed for nonlinear optical applications. Fullerene20-thieno[2,3-c]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-dione-fullerene20 (FTPDF) was studied to determine its linear and nonlinear optical properties. For FTPDF, nonlinear optical properties were calculated with DFT/B3LYP using the basis set 6-31G(d,p). Various quantum calculations determine the structural and symmetry properties of Fullerene20-thieno[2،3-c]pyrrole-4،6(5H)-dione-fullerene20.
Results: The rotation increases the electric dipole moment µtot, average linear polarizability αo and the first hyperpolarizability βtot. And the anisotropic polarizability ∆α is smaller than the average polarizability, and the present structure has few deviations from spherical symmetry. FTPDF shows µx-switch behavior. In particular, the rotation can raise the possibility for a new type of molecular βx-switch.
Conclusion: The Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital (HOMO) and the Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (LUMO) energies estimated by DFT for the investigated molecules have been reported here. Fullerene20-thieno[2,3-c]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-dione-fullerene20 has an increased first hyperpolarizability, making it a novel material suitable for the development of optoelectronic devices.

Background:
Laser dyes are unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds that have the advantage of having double or triple bonds coupled with carbon atom chains. This system benefits from light absorption in the visible range (200–700 nm) and the transmission spectrum of absorption in the visible range
Materials and Methods:
This research has focused on the effect of Adding ethanol solution to rhodamine110 dye with different concentrations, the linear properties (permeability, absorbance) of Rhodamine110 dye were studied as it was dissolved in ethanol to prepare solutions with concentrations (0. 01, 0.03, 0.05) and at room temperature
Results:
The absorbance A of Rhodamine110 dye with ethanol was calculated for the above concentrations, respectively, as well as and the transmittance T was calculated for the above concentrations, respectively, to obtain curves and rhodamine110 dyes were mixed with nanomaterials to improve the properties of the dyes
Conclusion:
In this study, According to Beer-Lambert's rule, increasing the dye concentration will increase absorbance, which will raise the linear optical coefficients (refractive index and coefficient of absorption) for all produced samples. The probability of electronic transitions will definitely be affected by the type of solvent., and this has an impact on linear optical characteristics, particularly the positions and width of the absorption spectra. And the addition of nanomaterials added better improvements to the dye. The results showed that the highest linear properties appeared when the silver nanomaterials with rhodamine110 dye

 Conclusion:
 In this study, According to Beer-Lambert's rule, increasing the dye concentration will increase absorbance, which will raise the linear optical coefficients (refractive index and coefficient of absorption) for all produced samples. The probability of electronic transitions will definitely be affected by the type of solvent., and this has an impact on linear optical characteristics, particularly the positions and width of the absorption spectra. And the addition of nanomaterials added better improvements to the dye. The results showed that the highest linear properties appeared when the silver nanomaterials with rhodamine110 dye","PeriodicalId":17505,"journal":{"name":"Journal of University of Babylon","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136344501","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Background: The financial leverage, which is called financing by indebtedness or financing by borrowing, which is done by borrowing or issuing indebtedness instruments such as bonds and other financial instruments, is complementary to financing by ownership, which consists of shareholders’ funds and the issuance of shares, so that the financial structure in companies consists of “ownership and indebtedness.”
Materials and Methods: The bank's financial leverage was measured through the use of a number of financial ratios, including total liabilities to total assets and total liabilities to total equity, and its impact on the value of the share was measured by using the SPSS program.
Conclusions: The results showed that there is a positive correlation between the financial leverage ratios and the value of the share. The value of the share was affected by the mortgage crisis of 2007-2008 AD, as it began to decline in 2007 AD from $359.60 to $29.79 in 2009 AD. From research and study, we find, in addition to the effect of financial leverage, the existence of More than one effect on the stock value.
