Spectroscopy Analysis and Confirmation of EN31 Steel EN31钢的光谱分析与确认

The spectroscopy process involves a large number of techniques in the analysis of a material. The spectroscopy test results involve the various quantitative elements that belong to the composition of the material. The determination of the composition of material helps in getting the exact results during the experiments. The experiment’s primary focus is to select the weakly bound metal ions and study these ions’ mass in spectroscopy. The elements like carbon and chromium are the secondary targets so that the material can be confirmed by analyzing the exact composition of the ingredients. The observations obtained from this study will play an essential role in finding the authentic material.

External Auditors and Earnings Management: Palestinian Evidence 外部审计师和盈余管理:巴勒斯坦证据

Managers in large companies may manipulate earnings reports to suit their desire at the detriment of shareholders and other stakeholders. This may obstruct the companies and their sustainability. The objective of this study is to examine a relationship between external audit characteristics and Earnings Management (EM) in Palestine. Secondary data is collected for a sample of 480 observations of companies listed in the PSE for the period of 2010-2019. Earnings management is measured by the level of discretionary accruals using the modified Jones model (1995). The results show that external auditors’ type is negative and significantly related to discretionary accruals and may reduce EM. However, external auditors’ independence is positive and significantly related to discretionary accruals and may increase EM. Studying the impact of external auditors’ characteristics on EMhave not been well researched in the past literature, especially in the Palestinian context.

Analysis of Load Carrying Capacity of Strip Footing Resting on Geogrid Reinforced Fly-Ash Over an Earthen Slope Using Plaxis2D 基于Plaxis2D的粉煤灰加筋土工格栅条形基础承载能力分析

The current study deals with the use of material waste such as fly ash as a fill material or replaced layer placed over an earthen slope and strip footing is placed over the slope in order to explore the benefits of using geogrid sheets to strengthen the fly ash layer and to investigate its effects on the load carrying capacity. Using Program PLAXIS-2D v8.2, the fly-ash sheet is positioned over an earthen slope with slope inclination of 3H:2V, and multiple type of models were investigated, to study the integration impact of geogrid-reinforcement layers on load carrying ability. For optimal improvement in load carrying ability, models have been tested to evaluate the best location, length and configuration of geogrid layers and top fly-ash layer depth. In order to evaluate the effect of one parameter in each sequence the other factors were kept constant. The sequence of findings was illustrated using PLAXIS-2D on the strip base in both strengthened and un-reinforced cases. Test findings demonstrate that inclusion of geogrid significantly enhances efficiency of slope and footing.

Study on Efficiency of the Sewage Treatment Plant at College Campus (Karnataka) for Sustainable Artificial Recharge Designed model: A Case study 卡纳塔克邦大学校园污水处理厂可持续人工回灌设计模式效率研究

International Center for Applied science, MAHE Manipal International Center for Applied science, MAHE Manipal Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality of sewage generated from 7000 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) located at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Karnataka which is based on the Activated Sludge Technology. The study of sewage quality of this plant is essential as most of the treated effluent discharged into a stream during monsoon and remaining season used for a Gardening purpose. Water samples were collected from the outlet and analyzed for the major wastewater quality parameters, such as pH, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and residual chlorine. The overall quality of sewage of 7000 KLD Sewage treatment plants will be evaluated by collecting samples. The results of these evaluations also determine whether the effluent discharged into the water body is under limits given by Karnataka state pollution control board (KSPCB) & BIS standards.

Profile Monitoring for Com Poisson Responses Com泊松响应的剖面监测

In some real case problems, the relationship between a response variable and one or more explanatory variables called as profile should be monitored over time instead of the quality characteristic itself. Profile monitoring is used in such instances. Many researches have been done in the area of profile monitoring but in most of them it is assumed that the response variable follows normal distribution. In recent years Yeh et al. (2009) proposed 5 T2 based methods for monitoring logistic profiles in which response variable is binary and Amiri et al. (2011) evaluate two of the best T2 methods for Poisson response profiles monitoring in Phase I. In this paper we will obtain the form of the Com Poisson equation and parametric estimation.

A Simulation Model for Sprinklers Irrigation System 喷灌系统的仿真模型

Center pivot irrigation (CPI) system is one of the most efficient methods of applying irrigation water. It is a form of overhead sprinklers irrigation supported by trusses. The sprinkler flow rate out of each sprinkler orifice is based on the water pressure supplied to the sprinkler inlet. The objective of this paper is to build a simulation model for CPI to optimize performance of system estimating the expected number of a sprinklers and diameter of nozzle according to the required water quantities.

Image segmentation is an integral part in recognizing pat- terns. Image segmentation techniques aim to partition of images into several parts so that object and background are separated for image un- derstanding and analysis. There are many image segmentation method presented but very few work with infrared images (IR). Fast improving performance and falling cost of IR sensors strengthen IR image process- ing popular. IR images provide more capability to capture images at large distance without light illumination in diverse environment condi- tions, which is not present in visual images. IR image segmentation grows slowly in practical aspect rather than theoretical. Thresholding is sim- ple and widely used method for image segmentation. For this work, IR images are captured using SeekThermal IR sensor. The various statis- tical parameters such as mean, mode, median, standard deviation (SD) etc. are retrieved from input image. Based on these statistical parame- ters a new automatic method for image segmentation is proposed called as StatSDM. The proposed StatSDM method uses combination SD and median for automatic image thresholding. The performance of statSDM is evaluated with standard statistical based image segmentation meth- ods. The results are compared with global Ostu, Max Entropy, Trian- gle and Percentile thresholding techniques show promising performance. This work presents automatic and efficient thresholding method for IR image segmentation.

The Establishment and Development of Vietnam Industrial Park – Singapore Binh Duong – Some Experience 越南工业园区的建立与发展-新加坡平阳-一些经验

Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Binh Duong was established in 1996, is a symbol of friendship and economic cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore. With an approach to dialectical materialism combined with a historical perspective, the article uses historical methods and qualitative analysis on historical causes, the formation and development process of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Binh Duong. With the above analysis, the article gives some comments about the experience from the Vietnam - Singapore Binh Duong industrial park model. The article also discusses the issues: the Vietnam - Singapore industrial park model complements the theory of the Communist Party of Vietnam on socialist-oriented multi-sector economic development; inherit the experiences of Vietnam - Singapore industrial park in building this industrial park model in Vietnam; contribution of Vietnam - Singapore industrial park to Binh Duong and make Binh Duong the second Singapore in Asia.
