The analysis of cause-and-effect relationships allows us to identify trends, patterns and problems. The formation of a management system using the principles and methods of human service in its various aspects and taking into account the Russian specifics can change the conditions and standard of living of citizens of our country.

one of the important problems in the formation of the patriotic consciousness of modern youth is the search for determinants that influence its formation. The most important factor influencing social ideas about patriotism is the quality of life and satisfaction with the life of citizens living in the state. The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between satisfaction with the quality of life of Russians and their social ideas about patriotism. The study presents a questionnaire that assesses the perceptions of Russians about patriotism, reflects the results of one-way analysis of variance between satisfaction with the quality of life and differences in social ideas about patriotism. It was revealed that the differences in the social perceptions of Russians about patriotism depend on their satisfaction with the quality of life, but these differences within the analyzed sample are not significant

the article considers the process of developing acting abilities among dancers (ballet dancers and modern dance performers) from the point of view of pedagogy (educational methods) and psychology (ways to eliminate stage excitement). Features of choreographic art and creation of choreographic images are revealed. The specifics of the dancer’s creative activity and the role of acting abilities in the embodiment of artistic images on stage are determined. The effectiveness of the process under consideration is due: to the predominance of role and thematic improvisations, trainings, as well as artistic and creative activities in general from music classes to regular choreographic practice in the training of dancers; creating an inspiring artistic and aesthetic environment in the educational institution, an atmosphere of emotional well-being and success; filling classes with content significant for young dancers and ideas close to them in spirit; and the application of a variety of methods and techniques individualized according to the age and personality characteristics of each student.

a modern education system must meet the needs of society. But from the point of view of considering the theoretical side of the issue, the education system that provides educational services is a service provider not only for the end user of the service. In various views of the theory of the question, educational services are considered as services for the state, society and the student. The article considers the main approaches to determining the quality of educational services and the regulatory and legal support of the educational process. The object of the research is the theoretical foundations of the quality of educational services. The subject of the study is the quality of educational services.

any progressive society takes care of its future, which implies controlled and planned development. The most important role in this task is played by adolescents and young people as a guarantor of the nearest changes and trends in the directions of development of society. The adolescent period of development is one of the most difficult because of going beyond thinking about yourself or about small areas of life, consisting only in performing simple tasks and approval from authorities. However, it is during in this period that a person asks questions about the general order and the world order, shows interest in the state of things in the world, structures much larger than his own personality, family or city.

the aim of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of modern domestic and foreign methods of teaching pop vocals of college students in terms of their effectiveness. Thanks to globalization, the internationalization of cultures, the active introduction of an electronic educational environment, distance and online learning, it became possible to quickly master many vocal techniques, teaching methods and apply them in practice. In this regard, the need to compare and evaluate modern domestic and foreign methods of teaching pop vocals, as well as identify advantages and determine the prospect of their further application in pedagogical practice, becomes relevant.

in the development of American music of the 19th century, researchers find stylistic trends in romanticism. During this period, the characteristic features of national musical thinking and the features of the composer’s work of US composers manifest themselves. A similar thing was observed in European music of the same century: the Polish national composer school was formed in Chopin’s works, Liszt embodied the features of Hungarian music, Grieg – Norwegian, etc. Since the beginning of the 19th century, American composers have been passionate about European romantic trends, but at the same time they have gone and developed along their special path. The influence of Schubert, Schumann, Mendelssohn is felt in the works of American composers of the mid-19th century, in the literature of the USA romanticism manifested itself much earlier, and its development was peculiar and special due to the ethnic and historical development of the country. However, all these most important historical pages still remain almost without the attention of scholars, researchers, and are also absent from the courses of music history not only colleges, but also universities of art culture. In this work, an attempt is made to outline ways to master the artistic and creative experience of composers of the USA of the 19th century in the process of studying professional disciplines by students of universities of culture and art and at the same time enriching the scientific experience of musicology with new discoveries in the field of American romantic music.

the article presents the results of socio-psychological diagnostics of a special agent in pretrial detention centers in Moscow. The total sample included 246 male defendants, from which two equal groups were formed. In one group there were persons under investigation who had been taken into custody for the first time in an isolation cell, in the other – those who had previously had experience of staying in it. The aim was to identify the degree of formation of the anti-suicidal barrier in the defendants of both groups by such structural components as the anti-suicidal factor, the need for affiliation, hope, and resilience. Diagnostic tools included: T.N. Razuvaeva’s suicide risk test; S. Maddi’s resilience test (adapted by D.A. Leontiev); A. Beck’s Hope / Hopelessness scale; A. Mehrabyan’s affiliation test (modification of M.Sh. Magomed-Eminov). It is shown that the defendants of both groups have generally low indicators of the anti-suicidal barrier and, in particular, a low degree of desire for affiliation and the anti-suicidal factor. There were significant intergroup differences in the following parameters: the overall level of resilience and the need for affiliation (the levels of these structural components of the anti-suicidal barrier are lower in the group of people who have repeatedly been in isolation). Targets for socio-psychological prevention of suicide among the special contingent of the pre-trial detention center are proposed.

the modern cultural preferences of children and youth pose the task for teachers of aesthetic education of students, the formation of their musical tastes in the process of teaching. This problem receives a special sound when students of foreign pop are included in the educational repertoire. On the one hand, children get the opportunity to expand their horizons, deepen ideas about the styles and genres of modern music, get acquainted with the work of famous foreign pop singers of the past and the present, master new techniques of performance, increase the level of proficiency in a foreign language, etc. On the other hand, the question arises about the correspondence of these works to the age characteristics of novice vocalists, about the content side of mastered music. Picking up a foreign repertoire, the teacher, as a rule, turns to the work of pop performers whose works are addressed to an adult listener, which requires an extremely attentive attitude to what information is contained in the words of the song.
