The article reflects the main stages of the formation of additional professional education. The authors analyze Russian and foreign scientific works, provide normative legal sources, and reveal the role of education as an element of continuous adult education. The article evaluates the current socioeconomic conditions for the reproduction of the professional educational potential of the society, using the example of the organization of professional education by employees of the penal system, as well as monitoring the quality of educational services provided in the Russian State Social University, according to the results of which the authors identified the need to develop new approaches to assessing the quality of additional professional programs. Based on the results of the study, the authors propose to optimize the system of additional professional education by improving the regulatory framework and requirements for the structure and content of programs.

The article presents the results of a study of the motives of prosocial activity of students. The study was conducted on a sample of students of Russian universities (Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republics of Buryatia, Mordovia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Ivanovo, and Astrakhan regions). We used the methodology for assessing the level of prosociality on the altruism scale (F. Rushton), modification of the portrait value questionnaire of Schwartz, the method “Measurement of prosocial tendencies” (G. Carlo and B.A. Randall), as well as the author’s method of multiple comparison of variables (M.M. Basimov). The purpose of the work is to theoretically justify and experimentally prove the effectiveness of the use of musical and didactic games as a means of teaching younger students in music lessons and identify its advantages in comparison with traditional methods. The main conclusion of the work – a comparative analysis of the results of experimental work showed that significant changes took place in the development of the musicality of elementary school students, in which musical and didactic games were used. In general, after the use of music and didactic games in music lessons in elementary school, more schoolchildren with a high level of musicality development were identified. The results of the study showed the effectiveness and efficiency of developing the musicality of primary school students using music and didactic games and the feasibility of their use in music lessons in primary school. The great advantage of games is that this type of work is joyfully perceived by younger students, and you can organize the game so that it will contribute to solving the problems of their musical training, education, development. When using music and didactic games in music lessons in elementary school, the dynamics of the development of the musicianship of students is clearly observed.

The article deals with the main pedagogical conditions and the essence of the creative imagination of children in the artistic and pedagogical process. The author analyzes the pedagogical possibilities of involving children and adolescents in various forms of activation of this activity; the characteristics of different types of creative imagination are given, taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of children. The corresponding method of studying the peculiarities of imagination and its pedagogical potential in the process of introducing the younger generation to the achievements of literature and art is proposed. Further prospects for the development of creative imagination with the use of promising strategies and technologies of art pedagogy are outlined. The article may be of interest to a wide range of specialists in the field of art pedagogy.

the results presented in the article allow us to justify the use of pilgrimage tourism as a tool in the formation of spiritual and moral values and worldview. The purpose of the study is to determine the specific features of pilgrimage tourism as a technology of religious education of the individual. The information base of the study was the stock, cartographic and statistical materials, including pilgrimage centers, as well as the sites of tourist organizations and materials collected during the expedition trips of the authors. The interdisciplinary nature of the research allowed us to use different methods from related fields of knowledge – religious studies, geography, sociology, and pedagogy. When interpreting the results of the study, historical, comparative-geographical methods and the method of statistical analysis were used. The results obtained allow us to substantiate the possibility of using pilgrimage tours as a religious education of a spiritual and moral person. In the course of the study, based on the analysis of the ideas of different authors, the value content of the conceptual apparatus of religious and pilgrimage tourism is determined. The system of developing religious education through pilgrimage tourism promotes the formation of a worldview, spiritual guidelines, ideals and meaning. The analysis of the role of pilgrimage in society allows us to distinguish its educational, missionary, charitable and spiritual-educational role. The results presented in the article can be used by pilgrimage centers, services of the Russian Orthodox Church for the development of pilgrimage tours, tourist companies for the promotion of religious tourism, geographers, historians in research and pedagogical activities when improving training courses.

the article deals with the actual problem of coping with exam stress. Most of the students participating in the study noted that they had a stressful state while preparing for exams. The method of sociopsychological analysis confirmed the dominance of constructive strategies for coping with exam stress in the student environment. Gender characteristics were revealed in the use of non-constructive coping strategies by students during the session. The results obtained are consistent with the trends identified in the studies of domestic psychologists studying coping behavior.

there is no doubt that the media can find ways to influence public opinion only after building trust in them. Identifying ways to win over the target audience by publishing relevant information and news has become a major challenge for the media. The main objectives of this study are to assess the overall level of trust of Syrian youth in the Russian Arabic-language media and to identify a significant relationship between faith in the objectivity of the media and trust. The researchers used the interview-questionnaire method to assess the psychological climate of news and information broadcast by the media as a factor of trust in them. Key findings: 1) the psychological climate of news and information broadcast by the media is a factor in the level of confidence of the Syrian youth in the Russian Arabic-language media; 2) the overall level of such trust is quite high today; 3) the degree of trust is a direct continuation of the belief in the objectivity of the Russian media in general. Accordingly, the higher the belief in the objectivity of the media, the higher the level of trust and vice versa; 4) unlike other media, the trust of the Syrian youth in Russian Arabic-language radio channels is not based on objective information transmitted on the radio.
