Key Life Differences for Older Men and Women 老年男性和女性的主要生活差异

This article examines the issue of gender differences in attitudes towards life in older people. The study found that older women are more positive about life than men. To process the research results, such methods of mathematical statistics as the Spearman rank correlation coefficient and the Mann– Whitney difference criterion were used. Based on the results of the work carried out, recommendations were formulated for specialists working with the elderly.

Specificity of Socio-Psychological Technologies for Increasing Volitional Self-Regulation of Students-Shooters (On the Example of the Shooting Gallery of the Russian State Social University) 提高学生射击自主性的社会心理技术的特殊性(以俄罗斯国立社会大学射击场为例)

The specificity of socio-psychological technologies for increasing volitional self-regulation of students-shooters of the shooting range of the Russian State Social University has been determined. The socio-psychological technologies used for the development of volitional self-regulation of studentsshooters (information blocks, active forms of work – exercises and games, psychological modeling and playing and analysis of various situations) during the course of classes contributed to the achievement of the goal to an insignificant extent. However, raw scores make it possible to conclude that active forms of work (exercises and games) contribute, first of all, to an increase in the style of self-regulation of behavior and its components such as flexibility, modeling, evaluation of results, planning, programming, and independence.

This article addresses such an important and topical topic as the formation of a digital culture of student youth in leisure centers. It describes the role that the digital structure in the life of students plays, the role necessary for successful academic and future professional activity, and determines the role of digital culture in the life of a modern young man. We address the importance of organizing digital leisure activities by specialized institutions, as well as the need to improve the digital literacy of today’s youth.

The Problem of Developing the Cognitive Interest of Modern Teenagers in Classical Music: Methodical Aspect 培养现代青少年对古典音乐的认知兴趣:方法方面的问题

The development of classical music traditions in Russian culture testifies to its enormous potential and significance in the spiritual and moral development of the younger generation. However, in the modern information society, the potential of classical music in educating the personality of adolescents, in establishing the spiritual foundations of domestic society, culture and the state is not appreciated. Underestimating the role of classical music in the life of a modern teenager will contribute to the manifestation of negative trends in society and affect the life of the younger generation. Therefore, in modern society, active attempts are made to revive the interest of children and youth in classical music. To date, a methodology for forming the cognitive interest of adolescents in classical music in the conditions of extra-time activity, which occupies most of the life of modern schoolchildren, has not been developed. In this work, an attempt is made to consider the problem of developing the cognitive interest of adolescents in classical music from the point of view of modern pedagogical technologies.

Fears of 18–30-Year-Olds in Moscow and the Moscow Region in the Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Periods 大流行和大流行后时期莫斯科和莫斯科地区18 - 30岁人群的恐惧

The article contains the results of a study conducted at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic (April-May 2020) and after the abolition of self-isolation (July-August 2020) with the participation of 80 residents of Moscow and the Moscow region who joined the VKontakte social network group (40 men and 40 women aged 18–30). Applied: 1) ISAS questionnaire Yu. Scherbatykh and E. Ivleva, with the help of which the hierarchical structure of the actual fears of the subjects was studied; 2) V. Levy’s method (C-test); 3) multidimensional functional diagnosis of fear (DS). It is shown that at the peak of the pandemic, the male and female samples were dominated by fears of the consequences of the illness of loved ones, the illness of loved ones, and getting sick. At the same time, men were diagnosed with more pronounced fears of responsibility, as well as fears related to sexual function, and aggression towards loved ones; the female sample was distinguished by fears of spiders and snakes, for the heart, “exams”, war, confined spaces, depth, and public speaking. After the lifting of the quarantine in the male and female samples in the hierarchy of fears continued to lead the same fear; the intensity of fears decreased in both samples, however, women were more severe than in men, with increased additional parameters experiences of fear; women found to have a high sensitivity to the parameter “Effects of fear” – they have longer to recover and enter into the usual rhythm of life after the alarming situations of everyday life. The three most “active” fears are noted, the study of which will contribute to this: 1) fear of getting sick; 2) fear of aggression in relationships with loved ones (especially important for young men); 3) mental instability.

Technologies for Training in Singing Breathing of Teenagers in Pop Vocal Class 流行声乐课堂中青少年歌唱呼吸训练技术

The vocalist’s breath is one of the important areas of work in the pop vocal class. This area of work is especially relevant in adolescence, since at this age stage this process will become conscious and meaningful, and not intuitive, and complex works that are included in the repertoire of adolescents will require a more attentive attitude to breathing technique. The problem of singing breath received a theoretical justification from the point of view of different methodological approaches and is considered both in the context of the features of the vocalist’s work in different vocal styles (academic, folk, pop-jazz) and in the context of solo and choral vocal performance. However, breathing technologies in teenagers involved in pop vocals remain poorly illuminated. The object of the study is the singing breath of teenagers of the pop vocal class in the institution of additional education.

Specifics of Formation of Professional Skills of Musical Theater Artists in College 高校音乐剧艺术家专业技能形成的具体情况

Every year in Russia there is a growing number of people who want to devote themselves to stage professions. Pop and academic singer, actor of musical and dramatic theater, ballet dancer – here is an incomplete list of specialties that can be obtained in educational institutions of culture and art. The main task of these educational institutions is the professional formation of future stage masters, the formation of competencies that allow students to carry out further acting activities. The basis for the preparation of the future artist is the formation of stage skills, since this complex concept includes the internal (psychological) and external (physical) data of the actor, the possession of the art of reincarnation in the process of creating a stage image, the possession of stage freedom. The professional training of a musical theater artist in college becomes a multifaceted process, where the combination of vocals, dance, acting is aimed at solving the dramatic problems of a musical performance. The purpose of the article is to theoretically justify and identify empirically the specifics of the formation of professional skills of musical theater artists in college.

A higher than average level of educational and professional reflection of students in the conditions of online-learning was revealed, characterized by a higher than average degree of reflection of interaction in society, activities in the future, oneself and the system plan, pragmatic, reflective and theorizing types, as well as average active type, introspective and false (quasi) reflection, reflection of activity in the past and present. It is proved that the above average level of educational and professional reflection is a factor in the adaptation of students to online-learning

Systematization of the Definition of «Soft Skills» in Domestic and Foreign Scientific Literature 国内外科技文献中“软技能”定义的梳理

Currently, the world educational community is actively discussing the problem of developing students’ universal competencies, flexible skills, or «soft skills». A global trend is indicated that requires young specialists to master the skills included in the definition of «soft skills», since a set of such skills and abilities allows you to effectively approach tasks and quickly adapt to changing environmental conditions. The application of these skills in everyday life is also actualized, which can help a person to be adaptive in changing conditions. Indicating the high demand and relevance of this issue, scientists note serious difficulties in using various approaches associated with the discrepancy and different use of the definitions of «soft skills». The purpose of this study was an attempt to systematize the concepts used and develop the author’s list of «soft skills», including: «creativity», «cooperation», «persuasion», «emotional intelligence», «adaptability».

History of Piano Technique Development: Methodical Aspect 钢琴技术发展史:方法方面

The history of the development of piano technique has been counting down since the 17th century. The most common keyboard instruments before the invention of the piano were the harpsichord, clavicord and organ. These early instruments had much lighter keys compared to modern ones. Therefore, performers could easily press the keys without feeling much resistance. With the advent of the piano, both the playing technique and the training technique for professional pianists and amateurs began to be reviewed. Musicians, summarizing their own performing experience, wrote treatises, textbooks and manuals, looking for the most effective method of mastering the technique of playing the keyboard instrument. In history, there are two schools of piano technique: the so-called school of “high lifting of fingers” and “playing with all the weight of the hand”. This work is devoted to the history of the development of these schools and methodological approaches to piano training. The views on piano technique that developed in the 18th–20th centuries, which were reflected in the textbooks of pianistsperformers and teachers, help to understand how to perform music of a particular period and what finger technique to use for a perfect interpretation of piano works of the past.
