The study aims to determine the effect of application of green manure compost and ZPT floravit to increase the growth and production of tomato plants. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jabal Ghafur Sigli University. The materials used were tomato seeds of Servo variety, green manure compost and ZPT Floravit. This study used a factorial randomized block design. The green manure compost factor is, K1:10 tons/ha, K2:20 tons/ha, K3:30 tons/ha and the floravit ZPT concentration factor is Z1:1 ml/liter, Z2:1.5 ml/liter, Z3:3 ml/liter of water. The results showed green manure compost had a significant effect on plant heigh at 35 DAP and the number of branches 45 DAP, no significant effect on plant height 25 and 45 DAP, the number of branches 25 and 35 DAP, fruit weight and fruit weight per plot. The concentration of floraphyte ZPT had no significant effect on plant height, number of branches, weight of fruit planted and weight of fruit per plot. There was an interaction between green manure compost and PGR Floravit on plant height at 35 DAP in the combination treatment (K2Z3).Keywords: tomato, green manure compost, ZPT floravit

This study aims to identify problems that occur during the process of distributing APBN funds, one of which is the main salary using the SPAN application. The research design uses a qualitative descriptive design, this research was conducted at KPPN Meulaboh where the office is one of the sources for researchers in conducting interviews and collecting data in the process of distributing the main salary. The interview results show that the SPAN application has not been running effectively because there are still various shortcomings or obstacles in the process of disbursing the main salary that is felt by the Meulaboh KPPN staff such as an inadequate network that hampers office work and also inflexible job placement where the work can only be done at the office. . As for some that were analyzed, such as the effectiveness of using the SPAN application, comparisons between the manual system and SPAN, and also wanted to see the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems. Then the formulation in making policies on what are the problems in processing the main salary sourced from the APBN in using the SPAN application.Keywords: SPAN, Main Salary, APBN.

Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is also a disease that is often accompanied by death and is caused by various factors, one of which is poor environmental sanitation. This study aims to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in the Menggamat Health Center Work Area, South Aceh Regency in 2022. This research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional research design. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all mothers of children under five, totaling 227 people. Samples were taken as many as 70 people. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the proportion of diarrhea was 58.6%, clean water supply was 61.4%, good feces disposal was 52.9%, infectious diseases were absent 87.1%, preparation and provision of good food was 57.1%. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the provision of clean water (p value 0.002), feces disposal (p value 0.019), infectious diseases (p value 0.028) and food preparation and provision (p value 0.013) with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five.Keywords: environmental sanitation, diarrhea, toddler

Nurses as health workers can protect themselves from contact with infectious materials or exposure to infectious diseases by having knowledge of the infection process and proper barrier protection. The high number of work accident cases and the high prevalence of infectious diseases are indicators of the importance of nurses applying standard precautions. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of socializing the use of PPE on the behavior of ICU Nurses in the use of PPE (Handscoon, Mask, Gown). This study uses a pre-experimental design in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample of 35 respondents was taken using saturation sampling technique. There is a significant difference between before and after the socialization of PPE SOPs on the behavior of nurses in the use of PPE (Handscoons, Masks, Gowns) both on the 3rd and 6th day observations after the intervention was carried out with a p value of 0.000. Suggestions for hospital management to routinely hold PPE SOP socialization once a month so that the safety behavior of nurses, especially in the use of PPE can be maintained or increased as an effort to prevent nosocomial infections.Keywords: Use of PPE, Nurse Behavior, PPE SOP socialization

This study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught with the Problem Based Learning model and student learning outcomes taught with the Direct Instruction model on social arithmetic material. This study used a quasi-experimental method, with a research design of Posttest Only Control Group Design. The samples of this study were taken from 2 homogeneous and the same classes, class VIIA which consisted of 20 students as the experimental class and VIIB which consisted of 20 students as the control class. Research statistics were analyzed using t-test with tcount = 3.644 ttable value = 1.686 then H0 was rejected. Thus, it is concluded that the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model are higher than the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Direct Instruction (DI) model on social arithmetic material.Keywords : Problem Based Learning Model, Sosial Arithmetic, Learning Outcomes

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang telah peneliti lakukan dikelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Tondano, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan diantaranya adalah hasil belajar bangun ruang sisi datar yang dicapai siswa masih rendah. Fakta ini terlihat dari nilai ulangan harian pada bulan Januari 2021 yang menunjukan presentase kelulusan hanya 60%, sedangkan 40% masih di bawah KKM 76 yang ditentukan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan software geogebra pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Tondano. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Tondano pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri 4 kelas. Sampel Penelitian dilakukan pada 2 kelas yaitu Kelas VIII A dan VIII B dengan jumlah masing-masing 19 siswa, kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII A sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil belajar siswa dari kedua model pembelajaran diperoleh dari pretest dan posstest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji perbedaan dua rerata(uji-t) pada taraf nyata 0,05 diperoleh thitung= thitung= 3,55 dan ttabel = 2,10 dengan H0 ditolakdan H1 diterima, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan software geogebra pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan software geogebra pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Tondano.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar, Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning , Software Geogebra.

This research is entitled The Use of Indonesian in Scientific Work of Middle School Teachers in Pidie Jaya Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the use of Indonesian in scientific work for junior high school teachers in Pidie Jaya Regency?". Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to describe the use of Indonesian in the scientific work of junior high school teachers in Pidie Jaya district. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis type of research. Researchers used reading and note-taking techniques. This is based on the consideration that this technique is considered the most appropriate for the data source, namely the scientific work of a junior high school Indonesian language teacher. Data collection techniques using reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data display, (4) Conclusion drawing and verification. The research shows that the data examined in 6 scientific works of teachers in Pidie Jaya district there are 44 errors in the use of standard language consisting of 7 types of errors, namely, errors that are influenced by the regional language there are 2 errors or (4.44%), influenced by foreign terms there are 6 (13.63%) errors, there were 3 (6.81%) errors in the variety of spoken language, 20 (45.45%) errors in the use of diction, 1 (2.27%) ambiguity, 10 (22.72%) errors in pleonasm, and 2 hypercorrections ( 4.54%) errors So, the most common errors found in this study were diction errors, namely 20 (45.44%) errors, and the error that I got the least was ambiguous error 1 (2.27%).Keywords: Indonesian, teacher's scientific work

The data analysis techniques used in this study are (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data display, (4) Conclusion drawing and verification. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan: (1) penggunaan google classroom dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada masa pandemi covd-19, (2) kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19, (3) penggunaan google classroom dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni analisis kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan kelas XI MIA berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil pengujian analisis diperoleh, (1) nilai Sign. X1 sama dengan 0.000. Nilai pengujian tersebut kurang dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran google classroom (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y). (2) nilai Sign. X2 sama dengan 0.003. Nilai pengujian tersebut kurang dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y). (3) nilai Sign. pengujian sama dengan 0.013 yang mana kurang dari nilai pembanding sama dengan 0.05. Unsur latihan prestasi atletik secara keseluruhan setiap orang memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam hal atletik sehingga dapat menguasai unsur-unsur kompetensi. Selain keterampilan motorik, faktor internal (intrinsik) dan eksternal (ekstrinsik) anak juga terpengaruh. Keterampilan motorik perlu dilatih dan dikembangkan sejak usia dini, terutama pada masa pertumbuhan anak, termasuk siswa sekolah menengah. Pengembangan keterampilan motorik dapat dilakukan dalam latihan olahraga, sehingga dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui reaksi dan implementasi perkembangan motorik pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Sigli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam wawancara dan survei. Selain itu pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa guru PJOK mampu meningkatkan keterampilan motorik siswanya dengan pembelajaran bermain bola basket, namun secara ilmiah masih banyak aspek pengembangan keterampilan yang terjadi dalam permainan bola basket yang perlu ditingkatkan sehingga benar-benar berpengaruh kepada kemampuan motorik siswa.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Guru PJOK, Prestasi Atletik, Permainan Bola Basket

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa metode pembelajaran Learning Start With A Question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siswa kelas X MIPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Glumpang Tiga tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian yang dilakukan tergolong sebagai penelitian eksperimental dengan one group pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X MIPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Glumpang Tiga Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple randoms ampling, yang kemudian diperoleh kelas X MIPA-1 sebagai sampel. Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif diketahui dari nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttes siswa, sedangkan peningkatan minat diketahui dari skor rata-rata angket yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran. Uji yang digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar siswa adalah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebesar Padas Siklus I hasil pree test menunjukkan siswa yang tuntas ada 13 orang atau 43,33% dengan nilai rata-rata 67,5 dan hasil post test siswa yang tuntas ada 21 orang atau 70% dengan nilai rata-rata 72,5. pada Siklus II untuk pree tes siswa yang tuntas ada 15 orang atau 50% dengan nilai rata-rata 70,83 dan pada post test siswa yang tuntas ada 28 orang atau 93,33% dengan nilai rata-rata 81,5. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Learning Start With A Question dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar fisika siswa lkelas X MIPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Glumpang Tiga Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.
