Effect of Activator Type, Curing Condition and Calcium Addition on the Strength and Microstructure of Fly Ash-Based Geopolymers 活化剂类型、固化条件和钙添加量对粉煤灰基地聚合物强度和微观结构的影响

The paper describes the synthesis and study of the mechanical characteristics and microstructure of geopolymers based on low-calcium fly ash (Class F) depending on the type of activator, temperature and humidity conditions of curing, and the content of an additional source of calcium. Sodium silicate solution with a silicate modulus SiO2/Na2O = 1-3 (Ms=1-3), a density of 1400 kg/m3, and a 12M NaOH solution were used as activators. Curing conditions included: (1) curing in an oven at 90 °C for 6 hours; (2) curing with steam at 90 °C for 6 hours. The heating rate was 0.5 deg/min, inertial cooling. During the experiment, it was revealed that for the investigated fly ash (FA), the most promising type of activator is sodium silicate solution with Ms=1, and the preferred curing mode is steam treatment since under these conditions and the type of activator the following were achieved: compression strength – 15 MPa, bending strength – 6 MPa, open porosity – 24%, water absorption – 15%, apparent density – 1830 kg/m3. Calcium oxide (CaO) was used as an active additive at dosages of 10, 15, and 20% by weight. With the introduction of 15% CaO into geopolymers activated by sodium silicate solution with Ms=1 and cured with steam, it was possible to increase their compressive strength by more than 2.5 times, the flexural strength increased by 17%, and the density by 9%, open porosity decreased by 25%, water absorption by 34%. It has been established that the curing conditions and the type of activator are the main factors that determine the properties and structure of FA geopolymers. A promising curing condition for alkali-activated FA is steam treatment at 90 °C since under these conditions it was possible to achieve strength twice as high as under heat treatment conditions. The introduction of a calcium component (up to 15% CaO) has a positive impact on the mechanical properties and durability of FA geopolymers.

Generate 3D Triangular Meshes from Spliced Point Clouds with Cloudcompare 使用Cloudcompare从拼接点云生成3D三角形网格

The modeling technology of point cloud scanning provides a detailed digital format to preserve records of existing cultural relics. It also provides the possibility of diversified development for the reproduction and application of cultural relics. However, the records of existing buildings involve indoor cultural relics, indoor spaces, and outdoor masses and their roofs. For the different parts and scales of the building, the surveying and mapping of different viewpoint heights require the application of different instruments and scanning methods to obtain different point cloud entities. Thus, they need to be edited, spliced, and processed properly to get all the digital information of the building. The technology can be further applied to the preservation and activation of cultural assets. This research proposes the modeling technology to use a cross-platform and CloudCompare software and to integrate UAV scanning and ground-based LiDAR scanning point clouds with the octree structure and Poisson surface reconstruction calculation abilities. Then, a 3D triangular mesh surface model is generated with indoor space and outdoor volume.

Correlation Between Behavioral Experience and Inattentional Blindness Under Regression Model 回归模型下行为经验与无意盲的相关性研究

Regression model is a predictive modeling technique, which studies the relationship between dependent variables (targets) and independent variables (predictors). Regression analysis is an important tool for modeling and analyzing data. In this paper, a regression model is established to study the relationship between behavioral experience and inattentional blindness and to explore whether behavior can reduce the occurrence of inattentional blindness. In this study, training years, age, and sport level are taken as dependent variables. The probability of occurrence of inattentional blindness is an independent variable. The data analysis of the dynamic inattentional blindness test shows that the behavioral experience reduces the occurrence of dynamic inattentional blindness to a certain extent, while exercise level, age, and training years effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of dynamic inattentional blindness.

Assembly Process Model for Automated Assembly Line Design 自动化装配线设计的装配过程模型

Automated assembly line design faces multiple challenges. One of those challenges is the automation of resource selection, especially when heterogeneous machines are used. In this paper, a data model for the skill definition of heterogeneous machines is presented. The data model is based on state-of-the-art concepts and focuses on the standardization of capability representation. The data model is validated using different machines that can be employed within an assembly system. A particular focus is put on pick and place operations by structurally and logically different machines as typical assembly operations. Furthermore, the presented and validated data model is abstracted to define a generic assembly process model. The resulting model is a key to a fully automated matching of machines and processes that is required for product assembly within automated resource selection.

Web Scraping to Implement Tape Reading on Taiwan Stock Periodically with GUI 利用图形用户界面实现台湾股票的周期性磁带读取

Tape reading in stock is surveilling the stock price once in a while and recording the stock price. The way of observing stock price is by monitoring the stock exchange. The time step for recording stock prices depends on every stock user's experience from three minutes to two hours. The Taiwan stock market starts from 09:00 to 13:30. How to split the four hours of the operating time for tape reading is the skill of stock users. The stock price sequence generated by tape reading can be predicted by stock users. The meaning of tape reading is recording the stock price but predicting. This research proposed a tape reading method with web scraping. This method scraps stock price periodically and generates this stock price sequence in an MS Excel format. This application satisfies the demand of stock users. As stock users want to gain stock price sequence minute by minute rather than stock exchange format like day by day, minute by minute stock price sequence is clearer to forecast. This research method implemented a prior scheme and designed the GUI to query several companys’ stock prices and stock news every second. Updating stock price and time up feature scrap stock price periodically.

Evaluation of Building Safety Environment Operation and Maintenance Management Based on the AIoT System 基于AIoT系统的建筑安全环境运维管理评价

With the acceleration of urbanization, many construction safety issues have arisen. Operators’ demand for research on building safety issues is moving towards a more meticulous quality of life than before. The internal equipment and external structure are expected to achieve better management quality through technological advancement. This also highlights the urgency of operation and maintenance evaluation and smart management. Based on the development of AIoT technology, this research uses focus groups and Fishpin multi-attribute model to summarize the influencing factors of building safety and environmental operation and maintenance management and concludes the most important elements. Based on the evaluation indicators, an AIoT system for building safety operation and maintenance management is designed, to dynamically supervise the construction results of building safety operation and maintenance management from a quantitative perspective and promote the sustainable development of building safety operation and maintenance management and real-time exquisite buildings Safe operation and maintenance management.

Flexible Tracking Area List Forming Registration Scheme based on Movement Direction Prediction in Mobile Communication Networks 移动通信网络中基于运动方向预测的柔性跟踪区域列表形成配准方案

To reduce the signaling traffic required to manage user’s mobility in mobile communications networks, the flexible tracking area list (TAL) forming registration scheme was previously proposed by predicting the direction of movement. In the scheme, using the mobility prediction and variable TAL forms, the new TAL is constructed such that the registration cost can be minimized. In this paper, the semi-Markov process model is newly presented for the flexible TAL forming registration scheme assuming urban environments. Simulation results are also compared with the analytical studies. Numerical results show that the analytical and simulation results are very similar (average relative error of 1.4%), and the registration cost decreases as the moving probability (q) to the predicted direction increases. By comparing the performance of the proposed scheme with those of the existing distance-based registration (DBR), it is shown that the performance of proposed scheme could be found to improve by 9.99%. When call-to-mobility ratio is 1, the proposed scheme outperforms the DBR in case of q≥0.75.

The Design of the Wireless Pick-up Module of On-line Electric Vehicles to Increase Amount of the Magnetic Flux Density 提高在线电动汽车磁通密度的无线拾取模块的设计

The application of online electric vehicles (OLEVs) in mass transportation and smart factories is gaining much attention. It considerably helps electric vehicles and automatic guided vehicles (AGVs). It will no longer need large capacity batteries for the power supply and avoid a long charging process. Therefore, we do not have to worry about charging demand caused by power shortages. The activation of AGVs in smart factories will be improved and no longer be limited to charging stations. At present, the main problems encountered by OLEVs are the efficiency of reception and the cost of construction. In this paper, an oval pick-up module with a compensation structure is proposed for OLEVs. It is compared with the uncompensated structure to show the difference in the 2D magnetic field by using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in the air gap from 0 to 7 cm. In addition, the oval pick-up coil is more conform to the power transmission of OLEVs. Its winding method enables the compensation coil to reduce magnetic leakage. The simulation results show that adding a compensation coil enhances the magnetic field receiving efficiency. The pick-up amount of magnetic flux density increases by 42% when the air gap between AGVs and the ground is 5 cm. Therefore, the wireless charging efficiency and the charging time improve.

Research on Optimal Scheduling of Wind and Solar Energy Storage Microgrid Based on Data Set 基于数据集的风能和太阳能储能微电网优化调度研究

The application of big data speeds up the construction and development of China's power grid and makes the work of the power grid more efficient than without it. We gathered historical data sets to establish self-learning, self-optimization, and self-adjustment strategies of the microgrids wind power and solar energy storage. We propose a design to realize an optimized system that combines wind and solar power generation with energy storage. Experimental results show that the combination of ultracapacitors and batteries can store energy with different grid parameters based on combined historical data for optimization. It improves the accurate capacity optimization of the energy storage system, meets the demand of output power capacity, and realizes the safety and economy of the whole power grid.
大数据的应用加快了中国电网的建设和发展,使电网的工作比没有电网更有效率。通过收集历史数据集,建立风电和太阳能微电网的自学习、自优化和自调节策略。我们提出了一种将风能和太阳能发电与储能相结合的优化系统的设计。实验结果表明,基于组合历史数据,超级电容器与电池组合可以存储不同电网参数下的能量。提高了储能系统容量的精准优化,满足了输出功率容量的需求,实现了整个电网的安全与经济。

Surface Defect Detection Using Singular Value Decomposition 基于奇异值分解的表面缺陷检测

The defect inspection on the surface becomes a critical task in industrial manufacturing. Defects often appear on surfaces of steel, plastic, and glass. There are a lot of research efforts to develop advanced image processing methods to improve defect detection. Based on the assumption that each defect image could be decomposed into two components: the defect-free background component and the defect foreground component. The background reflects the similarities of different regions, and the foreground reflects unique defect information. In this work, we propose the singular value decomposition-based (SVD) algorithm for color images to detect surface defects. First, we determine the residual component by using the SVD-based full rank approximation. Next, we recognize the structural part by choosing the suitable matrix rank for the SVD-base structure-rank approximation. The addition of the residual part and the structural part becomes the background image. The result of subtraction between the original image and the background image carries the defect information. Finally, we locate the rectangle boundary that surrounding the defect based on the simple thresholding operation.
