: Purpose – The issue of sustainable consumption is becoming increasingly significant and intricate. There are few other matters that merge the careless actions of individuals in their daily lives with the theoretical aspects of ethical obligation and the connection between humanity and the environment. Research on sustainable consumer behaviour is mainly dominated by two perspectives - the demand side, which reflects customer value, and the supply side, which is represented by firms' supply chain strategies. Closed-loop Supply Chain (CLSC) is a method used to address the aforementioned imbalance, among various other strategies. So, the main purpose of the article is to clarify the impact of Closed-loop Supply Chain (CLSC) on raising Egyptian customers' sustainable consumerism (Care for environmental well-being, Care for the future generations and Quality of life) by studying the mediation effect of customer value by providing an explanation of the definition, description, advantages and disadvantages, significance, examples from literature, and possible research, one can acknowledge its role as a catalyst for promoting sustainable consumerism in the FMCG market in Egypt. Design/methodology/approach – A survey

The effects on the developing countries from the developed countries have continued to restrain the developing countries from producing knowledge economy products, which widened the gap between developed and developing countries. Knowledge has been developed all over the world, and Egypt has the right land for development, and the Egyptian state is distinguished by its population wealth that allows manpower and specialization in work to produce highly specialized, highly knowledgeable products. The research has been divided into four axes, The first axis: The theoretical framework of the knowledge economy, second axis: characteristics of the knowledge economy, the third axis: the theories that explain the knowledge economy and its relationship to economic growth, fourth axis: the theoretical frame work for the relationship between the knowledge economy and economic development in Egypt. We argued that there is a positive relation ship between development and knowledge economy, but the Egyptian state alone cannot move forward with steady steps towards the knowledge economy and industrialization based on the knowledge economy, the secret is in cooperation.

The study aimed to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on customer satisfaction and the challenges Saudi Arabian banks face in implementing this cross-cutting technology. The study used a survey design and collected responses from 100 participants, mainly bank customers and bank officials. The result revealed that artificial intelligence (AI) is positively and significantly correlated with customer satisfaction (CS). This suggests that customer satisfaction tends to rise in tandem with the application of AI in banking. The mediation analysis result showed that Ease of Use only mediates 9.82% of the relationship between AI and CS, and it is not statistically significant (β=0.0607 (95% Cl: -.0246, .146), z=1.39, p=0.163. The study provides practical insights for Saudi Arabian banks, highlighting the need to enhance the adoption of AI to promote customer satisfaction. It also outlines frameworks for minimizing challenges and barriers against the implementation of AI, including the promotion of data security and customer privacy.

: Over the past decade, the Egyptian government has grown increasingly concerned about the sustainability of its public debt. This study examines the sustainability of Egypt’s public debt using various indicators. The DSF indicators showed contradictory results, as most external public debt showed weak ratings that allow more borrowing capacity. However, the debt service on external debt to exports was already high in 2022 and 2023. Moreover, the study applies the Debt, Investment, Growth, and Natural Resources (DIGNAR) model, which relies on the IMF projections to quantify the impact of changes in exports and private remittances from 2019 to 2026 on Egypt’s public debt, assuming all other exogenous variables remain constant. The findings reveal a significant effect of changes in exports on changes in total public debt, domestic debt, and external commercial debt. Since the projections of the IMF show slight changes in private remittance, the researchers attributed the change in public debt to the change in exports. According to the DIGNAR results, the change in total public debt to GDP, domestic debt to GDP, and external commercial debt to GDP are expected to decrease by 2.6%, 1.6%, and 1%, respectively. Consequently, the study proposes several policy recommendations to enhance the sustainability of Egypt’s public debt. These include reducing debt services through debt restructuring and debt swaps, minimizing stock-flow adjustments, curbing inflation, and focusing on infrastructure investments with high returns. The findings of the DIGNAR model also confirmed the importance of promoting exports, which necessitates encouraging industries as the highest priority.
