Healthcare workers (HCw) are at the forefront of treating infectious diseases. The excessive workload on Covid-19 HCw adds to the level of fatigue and psychological burden that existed before the Covid-19 pandemic. HCw knowledge of the likelihood of infection can affect their mental and physical stress levels, so they will experience common symptoms including trauma, fear, anxiety, and insomnia caused by excessive fear of infection. This study aims to summarize most research articles that discuss the description and influence of psychology on health workers throughout Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a systematic method of qualitative review (meta-synthesis). High levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and insomnia symptoms were found in Indonesia. The results also showed the influence of gender, education, and contact with patients on the incidence of psychological problems in health workers. Providing positive support and preparing psychiatric personnel in hospitals and/or other healthcare settings can reduce the impact of psychology on healthcare workers.

Wasting is a form of malnutrition that reflects a child's weight being too thin for his height, marked by a BB/TB z-score less than -2 Standard Deviation (SD) for wasting and a BB/TB z-score less than -3 SD for severe wasting. Quantitative study with Case Control design. The sample consisted of 35 children in the case group and 35 children in the control group. Intake of macronutrient intake with recall 1 x 24 hours 3 times. The picky eater variable was measured using the Child Eating Behavior Questionnaire (CEBQ). Analysis used Descriptive Test Univariate analysis, Biavariate Chi-Square Analysis and multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression. There was relationships between nutritional status (0.001), intake of carbohydrates (0.001), protein (0.016), fat (0.014), and behavior (0.002) with the incidence of picky eaters. Logistic Regression Test with Exp (B) valued respectively carbohydrate intake and protein intake. Logistic Regression Test with Exp (B) values respectively carbohydrate intake and protein intake. The conclusion of this study shows the relationship between the nutritional status of toddlers, intake of carbohydrates, protein, fat and behavior with the incidence of picky eaters.

One way to overcome and prevent that can be done to increase student awareness and shape pro-environmental behavior is through the learning process with psychoeducational methods. Psychoeducation is not carried out directly to students, but is taught to teachers through the "KASIPANG" Training of Trainer program. This program aims to equip teachers with knowledge and skills in forming pro-environmental behavior in students because teachers play an important role in shaping student behavior in schools. The Training of Trainer program is carried out through lectures, discussion and role-playing methods. The teachers who participated in the training were given the material on ways to form pro-environmental behavior with 3 techniques as research that had been done before, namely Psychoeducation of Pro-environmental Behavior, Symbolic Modeling and token economy. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 92% of participants were satisfied with the services provided, 92% of participants considered that the presenters had good mastery of the material, 91% of participants considered satisfied with the activities carried out and 97% of participants were satisfied with the facilities provided. In addition, based on the follow-up, it was found that 100% of the participants expressed an increased understanding of pro-environmental behavior, pro-environment behavior change techniques through modeling and token economy.

Smoking-induced respiratory epithelium changes, driven by nicotine and smoke components, can lead to severe lung alterations with prolonged exposure. However, until now, no one has examined the histopathological appearance of bronchioles and alveoli in Wistar rats following exposure to cigarette smoke. This study aimed to assessed lung histopathological changes in white rats (Rattus norvegicus) exposed to cigarette smoke. A descriptive study used a post-test group control design, exposing Rattus norvegicus to cigarette smoke and dividing them into control, 1-week, 2-week, and 4-week groups. Histopathological findings revealed that the control group had intact bronchioles; the one-week group showed lymphocyte infiltration and typical alveolar structure; the two-week group had increased respiratory epithelial cells; the four-week group displayed dominant bronchiole changes; the one-week group had varying alveolar septal thickness; the two-week group had narrowed alveolar lumens; four-week group showed thickened septa and pronounced pigmented macrophages. Cigarette smoke exposure affects changes to Rattus norvegicus lung histology. Prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke induces damage to the structure of the bronchioles and alveoli.

Immunization is one of the programs under the health development sector. Based on data of complete basic immunization coverage in South Kalimantan in 2020 is 75.4 percent in 2021 it becomes 80.2 percent, and there is an increase if it was compared to 2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the factors that influence the mother's behavior towards basic immunization. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Sample size using the Slovin formula as much as 93 people. Data analysis in this study using univariate and bivariate with the Chi-square test. Based on the results of this study, there was an influence between income on the mother's behavior toward complete basic immunization because of the p-value <0.05 (0.038). Variabel of education, mother's occupation, father's occupation, number of children, knowledge, and attitude did not affect the completeness of basic immunization in infants because of the p-value >0.05. Income factors are very closely related to health such as immunization in infants. An adequate family income will support the growth and development of children, so parents can provide for all the children's needs, both primary and secondary.

Lead (Pb) is a class of heavy metals that are most commonly used in the motor vehicle industry because lead reacts easily with other compounds. These compounds produce accumulative neurotoxic toxins that are very harmful to the human body. Workshop mechanics are potentially at risk of lead poisoning. Lead can enter the body through absorption mechanisms (respiratory tract, digestion, and skin). Lead is distributed in the body and eliminated 60% through the kidneys then excreted into urine. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to lead levels in the urine of authorized workshop mechanics. This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design on 50 respondents of authorized workshop mechanics in Banjarbaru City area by total sampling. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rho test with 95% CI. There was a concentration of lead in the urine of authorized workshop mechanics between 0.024-0.062 mg/L. The results of correlation analysis of age (p-value 0.705), tenure (p-value 0.550) and smoking habits (p-value 0.565) did not have a significant correlation with urine lead levels.
