Green marketing and purchase intention of green product: The role of environmental awareness 绿色营销与绿色产品购买意愿:环境意识的作用

Along with the development of people's lifestyles, the concept of environmental awareness has now become part of their daily lives. For this reason, it is necessary to know the effect of green marketing on purchase intention in a green label tissue with environmental awareness as a moderation. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with Google Forms to 175 respondents, which are then analyzed using Moderate Analysis Regression (MRA). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that green marketing has a positive effect on purchase intention, and the consequences of the second hypothesis test indicate that environmental awareness strengthens the influence of green marketing on the customers' purchase intention. The implications of this research can provide input for companies that want to increase purchase intention of products with a green marketing strategy. 
随着人们生活方式的发展,环保意识的概念现在已经成为他们日常生活的一部分。因此,有必要了解绿色营销对以环保意识为调节的绿色标签组织中购买意愿的影响。本研究采用定量方法,利用谷歌表格对175名受访者进行问卷调查,然后使用适度分析回归(MRA)进行分析。假设检验的结果表明,绿色营销对消费者购买意愿有正向影响,第二次假设检验的结果表明,环境意识增强了绿色营销对消费者购买意愿的影响。本研究的启示可以为希望通过绿色营销策略提高产品购买意愿的公司提供输入。

Dampak lingkungan fisik dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap emosi pelanggan serta kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening 身体环境和服务质量对客户情绪的影响以及消费者作为可变干预变量的满意度

This study examines the relationship model of the physical environment, service quality, satisfaction, and consumer emotions at a coffee shop in Jakarta. A quasi-experimental design was applied, with a sample of 60 respondents who were divided into two groups (treatment and control). The analysis results conclude that all identified variables have positive internal correlations. The results of the different tests showed significant differences in the rating of the physical environment, service quality, satisfaction, and emotion between the treatment and control groups, indicating that using unique designs and services in the room affected visitor attitudes. Finally, the physical environment and service quality have been shown to positively affect visitor satisfaction and emotions, and satisfaction also affects visitors' emotions.
本研究检视雅加达一家咖啡店的实体环境、服务品质、满意度与消费者情绪的关系模型。采用准实验设计,将60名受访者分为两组(治疗组和对照组)。分析结果表明,所有识别的变量都具有正的内相关性。不同测试的结果显示,实验组和对照组在物理环境、服务质量、满意度和情绪的评分上存在显著差异,这表明在房间中使用独特的设计和服务影响了游客的态度。最后,物理环境和服务质量正向影响游客满意度和情绪,满意度也会影响游客的情绪。

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on SMEs' performance. Moreover, this study examines the moderating role of pricing strategies on the relationship between creativity and innovation on SME performance. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using hard copy (offline) or via google form (online) from 145 SME businesses. As expected, creativity is positively related to innovation behavior and SME performance. The results also provide convincing empirical support regarding the positive role of pricing strategies in improving performance through creativity. This study provides new insights into the more complex relationship between creativity, innovation, and SME performance.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. Divisi Shop & drive Jakarta, dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. Divisi Shop & drive Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan PT.Astra Otoparts Tbk. Divisi Shop & drive Jakarta yang berjumlah 150 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dimana jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang. Prestasi kerja karyawan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi PT. Otoparts Tbk. Divisi Shop&drive Jakarta. Pentingnya peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan disebabkan karena adanya kenyataan bahwa tingkat prestasi kerja yang tinggi akan mendorong tercapainya tujuan dan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh 39,4% persen terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan, dalam hal ini didukung dari hasil analisis korelasinya r= 0,628. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh 33,5% persen terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan, hal ini didukung dari analisis korelasinya r= 0,579. Secara bersama-sama variabel disiplin dan variabel budaya organisasi nyata mempengaruhi sebesar 46,8% persen terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan. Hal ini didukung dari hasil analisis korelasinya r= 0,684, dan sisanya 53,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti Hasil Uji F sebesar 25,116 dengan signifikan F sebesar 0,000 ini menunjukan bahwa model adalah nyata karena diperoleh Signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Ini berarti H0 ditolak atau H1diterima, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan demikian,tujuan penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa Disiplin dan Budaya organisasi secara simultan nyata mempengaruhi Prestasi kerja Karyawan

A Case Study: Consumer Behavior of Frozen Fruit in terms of Preferences and Purchasing Power 案例研究:基于偏好和购买力的冷冻水果消费者行为

Frozen food or what is known as frozen food is the result of food preservation methods that are carried out by lowering the temperature to the freezing point, this aims to slow down the spoilage process. One published study found that frozen fruit was, in some cases, more nutritious. Of course, this is suitable when conditioned during a pandemic like today, because frozen fruit is more durable, of course, it can minimize the frequency of people going out to buy stock. But on the other hand, apart from the price of frozen fruit which tends to be more expensive, there is a paradigm in the community that fresh fruit is healthier than frozen fruit. Although it is undeniable that fresh ingredients have a high amount of nutrients at harvest, the nutrients will quickly break down when the food is picked, packaged, and displayed. These nutrients will break down even more when placed in the refrigerator. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. A total of 23 informants as end consumers really helped the completion of this research. The results of this study found that the paradigm in society that fresh fruit is healthier than frozen fruit is still rolling down and down, on the other hand factors such as price are also another cause. Analisis Volatilitas Variabel Makroekonomi dan Harga Saham Menggunakan Generalized Autoregressive Conditonal Heteroscedasticity (Garch Model)

Macroeconomic variables often have an impact on stock price volatility and this is needed especially to determine stock price policies in the future. The approach used to see the extent of the volatility of macroeconomic variables on stock prices is the ARCH/GARCH model. This study aims to analyze the nature of stock price volatility in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia using ARCH/GARCH. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the stock prices of food and beverage industry companies during the period January 2015 to May 2021. The analysis of stock price volatility was carried out with the help of the Eviews 9 software. The results showed the characteristics of the stock price volatility of food and beverage companies based on the ARCH model. /GARCH is quite risky in the short term but not in the long term (indicated by macroeconomic variables of exchange rates, short-term interest rates), so that stock price movements can be anticipated as an early warning system of an increase or decrease in stock prices in the sector. In addition, it can be estimated that the volatility of stock prices in the future is moderate with changes in macroeconomic variables. For policy makers to anticipate changes in macroeconomic variables in certain situations, such as during the current Covid 19 pandemic.

Dampak Media Sosial Influencer Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan Promosi Produk Sebagai Variabel Intervening 普通感冒的社交媒体对消费者的兴趣和产品作为变量干预的推广的影响

This study aims to determine how much influence of beauty vlogger on consumer purchase intention through the promotion of perfume product. This research is a quantitative analysis with a sample of 100 respondents, who live in Jakarta and Bekasi and have used perfume products which are promoted by certain beauty vlogger (Rachel Goddard). The sample method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect because the influence of beauty vlogger is greater than promotion. The benefit of this research for Perfume Products is to increase consumer buying interest through promotion by beauty vlogger.

This research was conducted on the garment manufacturing industry in Sukabumi, West Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM) on Marketing Performance (MP) with Marketing Assiatant (MA) as a mediation variable. The data in the study consisted of 235 populations with 149 samples. Data analysis in this study used quantitative methods with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 test tool. MA is government assistance help to maintain the sustainability of the SMEs industries, considering that this sector is also a social safety net.
本研究是在COVID-19大流行期间对西爪哇省素kabumi的服装制造业进行的。本研究以营销助理(Marketing assistant, MA)为中介变量,探讨创业型营销(EM)对营销绩效(MP)的影响。该研究的数据包括235个群体和149个样本。本研究的数据分析采用定量方法,使用SmartPLS 3.2.9测试工具。MA是指政府协助中小企业维持可持续发展,同时考虑到该行业也是社会安全网。

Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, solvency and firm size on profitability. The research data used is secondary data. The total population used is 30 food and beverage companies for the 2017-2020 period. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 18 companies and a data sample of 65 data. Based on the multiple regression analysis tool, previously the data was tested using the classical assumption test and it is known that working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability, liquidity has no significant affect on profitability, solvency has a significant effect on profitability and firm size has no significant effect on profitability. 摘要:本研究的目的是确定营运资金周转率、流动性、偿付能力和企业规模对盈利能力的影响。使用的研究数据是二手数据。2017-2020年期间,使用的人口总数为30家食品和饮料公司。该抽样技术采用目的性抽样技术,研究样本为18家公司,数据样本为65个数据。基于多元回归分析工具,之前对数据进行了经典假设检验,得到营运资金周转率对盈利能力无显著影响,流动性对盈利能力无显著影响,偿付能力对盈利能力有显著影响,企业规模对盈利能力无显著影响。关键词:营运资金周转率、流动性、偿付能力、企业规模和盈利能力

Strategi Peningkatan Aspek Keuangan dan Manajerial Koperasi Seruni Putih 改善金融方面和白人合作管理的战略

This research aims to: (1) analyze monetary and managerial condition at Seruni Putih Cooperative now, (2) determine and recommend the right strategy to improve monetary and managerial aspect of Seruni Putih Cooperative. Research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Data retrieval techniques are carried out with interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using SWOT analysis. By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, it will further facilitate to compose the right strategy in improving the financial and managerial aspects of Seruni Putih Cooperative. The results of this study show that to improve the financial aspects in Seruni Putih Cooperative can use the following strategies: (1) improve the quality of performance, both in carrying out RAT and lending services in cooperatives, (2) make letters of agreement when borrowing to minimize bad credit, (3) regenerate cooperative managers so that productivity in cooperatives is more optimal. Strategies that can be applied to improve managerial aspects in Seruni Putih Cooperative are: (1) utilizing the knowledge gained from the training of the Department and other institutions to improve the quality of Human Resources in cooperatives, (2) maximize opportunities for local resources to increase cooperative capital, (3) optimize their own capital by increasing compulsory savings.
