Nyadran is a Javanese cultural tradition that involves visiting ancestral graves and bringing offerings and prayers to ancestors. This tradition has etymological roots in various languages and strengthens social relations. Nyadran creates moments of hustle and togetherness. The tradition reflects the harmony between culture and religion in the lives of Javanese people and remains relevant in diverse cultures around the world. The study is a literature review conducted using a qualitative approach. The data sources consist of books and journal articles that are relevant to the topic of Nyadran and civic disposition. The data were collected using documentation and observation studies. The results showed that the tradition of Nyadran as a local wisdom of the community formed a civic disposition through the civilizing of Nyadran, a cultural tradition that encourages the values of togetherness, respect for ancestors, and gratitude for the blessings given by God. Forming an ideal civic disposition through Nyadran culture can internalize character values such as moral responsibility, respect, and tolerance. Keywords: Nyadran, local wisdom, civic disposition

The Hadrami Arab tribe is one of the ethnic groups that continue to experience dynamic involvement in nation and character development efforts in Indonesia. Habaib as a cleric or preacher of Hadrami ethnic origin has a strategic position to be involved in nation and character building and present a narrative of national values in his preaching. The issue of nation and character development is important in maintaining the unity of a pluralistic society like Indonesia. One of them is a big challenge in maintaining a sense of unity and nationality. To make all this happen, support is needed from all parties and all levels of society to get involved and contribute together. The development of new media such as YouTube has recently given rise to preachers who use social media as a tool for preaching. One of them is the young cleric Habib Ja’far Assegaf who has almost 1.4 million subscribers. This young Habib is known as a preacher who consistently encourages tolerance and peace. This research aims to find and analyze Habib Ja’far’s preaching messages containing national values on the Jeda Nulis YouTube channel. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used to analyze video recordings of Habib Ja’far’s preaching. The research results show that the da’wah message conveyed by Habib Ja’far contains national values that are useful for contributing to nation and character building in Indonesia. Intergenerational learning plays a crucial role in family businesses, facilitating knowledge transfer and business skills across generations. This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of intergenerational learning research trends in the family business context from 2013 to 2023. The analysis utilized the VOSviewer application to map the research landscape and identify key themes. In the past 10 years, research on intergenerational learning in family businesses has been comparatively rare, with only 116 publications, or 10 per year on average. The highest number of citations occurred in 2013, 2015, and 2017, with China leading in Asian studies. Social sciences, medicine, and psychology were the prominent disciplines in this field. The analysis revealed clusters of key terms such as child, father, intergenerational, parent, research, digital divide, older adult, perspective, family, intergenerational transmission, language, role, and violence. The study also identified less-explored areas within intergenerational learning, including older adults, children, and the digital divide. Indonesia’s focus on family education and cultural heritage transmission could advance research in this field. Overall, this study contributes to the comprehension of forging a legacy through intergenerational learning in the context of family businesses and establishes a foundation for future research directions. Financial inclusion programs are increasingly being echoed by the government at various levels of society. This program aims to open financial access and quality financial services for community groups who have not received it, so far. But in fact, financial inclusion programs are not balanced with increasing financial literacy in the community. One of the efforts made by village-level economic institutions (BUMNag) in implementing financial inclusion, while increasing the financial literacy of their communities is through community-based savings programs. This article analyzes the challenges in improving people’s financial literacy from a social identity perspective. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in a “Simpanan Bajapuik “ program at one of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMNag) in West Sumatra. This research found that “Simpanan Bajapuik” is a program implemented with an individual empowerment approach in helping people get community-based financial access. In addition, this article finds that identity conflicts are the main obstacle in implementing the “Simpanan Bajapuik” program. From the perspective of social identity, this article analyzes the active participation of community members in the “Simpanan Bajapuik” program that can overcome multiple identity conflicts experienced by other community members. This article contributes to explaining aspects of the relationship between individuals and between groups, in the process of financial inclusion and increasing financial literacy through the “Simpanan Bajapuik” program policy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the dialogical approach in developing students’ cultural literacy in senior high school. A quasi-experiment method with a non-equivalent control group design was employed in this research, with an experimental class and a control class. Descriptive analysis and prerequisite tests, such as homogeneity and normality tests, were used in this study’s data analysis techniques. Additionally, the Independent Sample T-Test and N-Gain data analysis were used to test hypotheses. The findings of this study demonstrate that implementing the dialogical approach can significantly enhance students’ cultural literacy, with a notable difference in efficacy between the experimental and control groups in second-grade students of senior high school. The study’s findings are worldwide diversity character data gathered using 30-item questionnaire as a research tool. After receiving the treatment, the average posttest findings demonstrate that students’ understanding of global variety has improved, particularly in the experimental group. The average posttest score for the experimental class was 91.46, whereas the control class’s score was 71.37. This indicates that the experimental class’s posttest score was higher than the control class’s. This demonstrates that the experimental class’s worldwide variety is greater than the control class’s. The practical implication of students’ cultural literacy in the classroom and school environment is the ability to understand and accept differences in cultural diversity backgrounds among them. Thus, the nation’s integrity and unity can be achieved according to the ideals of the state. Of course, the authors have limitations in this study. Therefore, in the future, input and further research are needed in order to perfect the results of previous research results. This research aims to determine: (1) the quality of Android-based interactive learning media and (2) the response of teachers and students to Android-based interactive learning media in the form of an independent curriculum. A research and development (R&D) study was conducted by adapting the 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). A sample of teachers and students from a junior high school in Bireuen Regency was selected using a stratified-cluster random sampling technique (i.e., selecting research locations based on an even distribution of teacher and student populations). The initial stage of product assessment was carried out by media experts, material experts, and four chemical experts, and responses from 33 students. The results show that: (1) Based on the validity test performed by media experts and material experts, the overall average percentage in the “Valid” category was 83% and 84.5%, respectively. (2) Based on the responses from teachers, the overall average percentage in the “Very Good” category was 95.8%. The results of this research indicate that Android-based interactive learning media in the form of an independent curriculum is valid and very suitable for use in junior high school science learning. This research presents a literature review about the integration of local wisdom into Civics learning in junior high schools with an independent curriculum to strengthen Indonesia’s national identity. Through a deep understanding of local wisdom, students can develop a sense of pride in their cultural heritage. This can help strengthen national unity and prevent social disintegration. Besides, the integration of local wisdom can also help raise students’ involvement in the Civics learning process, because material that is relevant to the local context will be easier for students to understand and identify. The literature used in this study comprises 2 books and 30 articles from relevant journals. Based on the results of the review, it can be concluded that the integration of local wisdom into Civics learning can be done by incorporating local wisdom values into Civics material according to the “Theme” or “Topic”. Meanwhile, the hidden curriculum of local wisdom can be included in regulations, norms, and learning rules; for example, in the learning process, students must behave based on existing local wisdom values. This will make learning more meaningful because the material studied is relevant to the context of community life and students discover local values that are relevant to life through interaction with their environment. Keywords: local wisdom, civics learning, independent curriculum

This study aimed to challenge the strengthening of regional governance in Jayapura District, particularly focusing on the administration of traditional villages. It aligns legislative initiatives aiming to enhance governance through community empowerment and nurturing local wisdom, despite existing challenges in effective governance and development outcomes. The primary objective is to create a comprehensive framework for District Capacity Building in Village Administration. Employing a mixedmethod approach, the study combines quantitative data from structured surveys with qualitative data from FGD. Purposive sampling targets government officials and community leaders, ensuring data relevance. Statistical analysis of survey data provides a baseline understanding of district capacity, while FGDs offer in-depth insights into specific challenges and dynamics. The research introduces a refined district capacity strengthening model using the Treaming Theory, indicating indirect influences of funding, district capacity, and infrastructure on district head duties and functions through district authority. This model underscores the need for increased district authority, supported by improved funding and infrastructure, to enhance traditional village development effectively. The study reveals that revitalizing district roles as development centers and traditional village development districts can significantly improve regional governance in Jayapura District and provide recommendations for policy formulation, strengthening implementation of district functions, and enhancing traditional village governance. Keywords: district authority, government management, traditional villages
