We have done a Logistic regression Model in this exploration paper using a heart dataset. In the first place, we used Linear regression. Be that as it may, it gave just a portion of the outcomes. So, we used Linear regression, which finally helped with anticipating whether or not a particular individual gets a respiratory problem. A respiratory failure, called myocardial enclosed putrefaction, happens when a piece of the heart muscle doesn't get adequate blood. The extra time slips by without treatment to restore the circulatory system, the more vital the damage to the heart muscle. Coronary vein ailment (computer-aided design) is the essential driver of cardiovascular failure. We endeavored to predict whether an individual gets respiratory disappointment by setting up a model with some heartrelated highlights.

The research Measures the activity of CK-MB & BHBDH enzymes with some biochemical parameters and TAO for the heart Patients group (147), also to the control group (94). The results showed an increase in activity for both enzyme CKMB (33.29±4.96 U/L) and BHBDH (224.12± 0.82 U/L) in serum for the heart Patients group compared to the control (8.67±0.41 U/L, 136.73±0.95 U/L) respectively. The results also showed a significant difference in the activity of CK-MB and BHBDH in serum for the angina pectoris group with the myocardial infarction group. The results indicated that there was a significant increase activity of peroxidase in serum for the heart Patients group (92.33 ± 4.68 U/L) compared to the control group (47.66± 0.60 U/L), while there was a significant decrease in the activity of Catalase and TAO concentration in serum for heart patients group (25.53 ±0.47 U/L, 0.89 ±0.01 µmol/ml) compared to the activity of Catalase and TAO concentration in serum for the control group (53.11±0.50 U/L, 1.261 ± 0.02 µmol/ml) respectively. Potassium, iron, and copper concentrations in the serum of the heart patients group were significantly higher than those in the serum of the control group (4.07 0.06 mmol/l, 122.45 0.95 g/dl, and 103.95 1.46 g/dl, respectively). Zinc concentration was also significantly lower in the serum of the heart patients group (73.48 2.08 g/dl) than in the control group. Although there was no discernible difference in the serum calcium concentration between the cardiac patient's group (8.53 0.08 mg/dl) and the control group (8.545 0.06 m/dl). Finally, the findings in the group of individuals with heart disease demonstrated a substantial negative correlation between the activity of serum CK-MB and serum calcium levels. It was also found that there was a substantial negative correlation between the serum CK-MB activity and the serum peroxidase and TAO concentrations, and a significant positive correlation between the serum catalase and iron concentrations

Medical science essentially uses the system of information mining and AI. In various spaces of medical science, information mining methods are useful for exploration and arranging. A few applications are conceivable by including the assets of another registering area. An affiliation rule mining procedure-based prediction system is proposed in this specific situation. The affiliation rules are created in light of thing sets frequencies. The proposed technique takes care of accelerating the speed of affiliation rule age. Since the current Apriori calculation consumes a lot of time and memory for producing applicant sets. Subsequently, we carried out the partition and beating technique utilized with the ongoing Apriori calculation to further develop information handling speed. Since the age of most potential mixes of components or thing sets is required. The petite information input size decreases the calculation time in the proposed technique. The introduced work is an information model for foreseeing clinical infection as indicated by the different datasets accessible, UCI vault-based clinical datasets, for example, Heart and Diabetes datasets. In this introduced work, both datasets are utilized for trial and error. The acquired outcomes show that the proposed Apriori calculation builds their precision and reduces the total running time.

Medical care is information escalated space where a massive amount of data is made, got to, and put away today. The report collected in the paper design is challenging to detect in the system, costly to document, and accessible when required. These difficulties might prompt health choices not being made with complete data; because of missing information, there is a requirement for rehashed tests or information put away in an alternate medical clinic in another state or country. The proposed approach can utilize Blockchain innovation to safeguard medical services information facilitated inside the cloud. Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) contain clinical and clinical information connected with a given patient and are put away by the capable medical services supplier using the proposed framework. The individual or clinic authority works with recovering and examining medical services information. The proposed strategy is an electronic application where clients can enlist and get their one-of-a-type keys. Engaging essential patients can also transfer patient information to the cloud. By allowing medical clinic specialists, they can again see patients' data. By associating at least two clinics, medical clinics can share their patient's information for additional treatment. They can share patients' information provided they have been given the right when they need to move their clinical history to another specialist. Will reflect changes in communication in all medical clinics' in-network. For this electronic connection point, clients need to utilize their Aadhar card number for enrollment and login purposes, with no requirement for emergency clinic participation.

Introduction Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that is associated with a higher risk of CVD than the general population. Chronic inflammatory conditions are likely to alter magnesium levels and various biochemical parameters. Magnesium has been shown to help in fighting with inflammation by reducing inflammatory markers such as CRP and interleukin-6 and decreased level of Mg has been suggested to be reasonable marker of RA. There is growing evidence that serum uric acid might play a crucial role in inflammatory responses. The association between serum uric acid concentrations and inflammation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been still controversial. Aims – To assess and compare the serum magnesium and uric acid levels between RA cases and controls. MethodologyA comparative study was conducted in the department of Biochemistry and Rheumatology at SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Serum Magnesium and uric acid were measured in 30 patients with a known history of rheumatoid arthritis, and the results were compared with those of 30 age- and sex-matched controls. Results The mean serum magnesium in RA patients was 1.68±0.42 mg/dl and uric acid was 3.7±0.9 mg/dl and in controls was 2.56 ± 0.28 mg/dl and 3.03± 0.6 mg/dl respectively, which were highly significant (P < 0.001). Serum magnesium was significantly lower while serum uric acid was significantly higher in RA cases as compared to the control group. Conclusion A significant decrease in serum magnesium and an increase in serum uric acid were found in RA subjects compared to the controls. Hence, serum magnesium and uric acid can be used as screening parameters.

The current study aimed to find the Toxoplasma gondii parasite in uterine and prostate tissue models infected with cancer, which were collected from the cities of Kut and Nasiriyah, and to identify infected organs using Real-time PCR based on (B1) gene and histological examination, and the other is to identify histological changes in tissues. Cancer as a result of infection with the parasite. By examining the histological sections of samples positive for the parasite, (120) hundred and twenty tumor tissue samples fixed with formalin as well as embedded with paraffin wax were collected from incoming patients and subjected to surgical intervention for samples located in the tissue laboratories of Al-Zahra and Al-Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital and previously diagnosed with prostate and uterine cancer a month ago October 2022 to January 2023 in my province of Wasit and Dhi Qar / Iraq, whose ages ranged from (25-93 years), as it included (40) samples of the prostate for males and (80) samples of uterine tissue from females. Positive samples were taken using real-time PCR technology, and tissue sections were prepared to diagnose parasite presence and to identify histological changes in infected tissue models. The total number of samples positive for T. gondii parasite, based on the tissue sections, was 53 (44.16%) distributed according to organs, the percentage of infection was recorded in the prostate 5 (35.71%) and the uterus 19 (48.71%). These results indicated the possible role of infection with the Toxoplasma gondii parasite in causing different types of infection cancer. It is concluded that infection with the Toxoplasma gondii parasite and its presence inside the cells has a role in the development of different types of histopathological changes, which in the future turn into possible cancers in the affected organs

Background: Dhatu Sarata is defined as the supreme quality & functional aspect of Dhatu. (2) Chakrapani described it as "Vishuddhatara Dhatu," which means the finest, purest & excellent state of Dhatu. It is the actual test to measure an individual's strength (physical and mental). On the other hand, Intelligence is a feature that is defined to describe a person's cognitive abilities concerning their Sarata. Aim: The Present study primarily deals with intelligence quotient (IQ) & its correlation with Dhatu Sarata through questionnaires & assessments with special reference to Rasa and Rakta Sarata. Material & methods: The present survey (Observational) study was conducted on apparently healthy individuals randomly selected from O.P.D/I.P.D. of Pt. Khushilal Sharma Government (Autonomous) Ayurvedic College and Institute, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), including students and staff of the college and people living in the surrounding areas. All the volunteers who have Rasa or Rakta Sarata evaluated by Ayursoft software were further assessed for IQ with the help of the Wechsler Adult intelligence scale online test with 20 questions. A non-parametric test (Spearman Correlation) was used to explore the correlation between the two variables, i.e., Rasa Sarta &IQ and Rakta Sarta & IQ, as at least one of the variables. Result & observations: Out of 300 individuals, a total of 290 persons were found to be of Rasa Sara and Rakta Sara. There was a moderate correlation between Rasa Sarata & IQ, while Rakta Sarta and IQ showed a strong positive correlation. These positive findings obtained through this study validate the classical reference about the clinical manifestation of Rasa & Rakta Dhatusarata. Conclusion: Furthermore study can be carried out to find out its relationship with recent laboratory parameters. All remaining Dhatu Sarata can also be studied & compared with IQ level.

Defense mechanism (immune system) is a primary function to protect our body from external invaders (bacteria, virus), but in some situations our immune system attacks the body itself and it includes hypersensitivity reaction, autoimmune disorders and immunodeficiency Immune disorder (like SLE) is a dysfunction of immune system. SLE (systemic lupus erythematous) is autoimmune disorder which causes long term chronic inflammation of affected organs leading to degradation in overall quality of life. SLE is much more common in female than male. It may occur at any age, but appears most often in reproductive age. Its manifestation are fatigue, fever, rashes, general discomfort, uneasiness, Hair loss, Mouth sores, Sensitivity to sunlight, swollen lymph node .As discussed above, sign and symptoms of SLE have similarities with pittaadhkiya vatarakta in Ayurveda. An attempt is made to treat SLE with panchkarma procedure like Basti (patoladhi ghrita Anuvasan basti and yastimadhuadi ksheer niruh Basti).

Chest x-ray imaging is an essential screening and medication device for some lifethreatening infections; nonetheless, the screening instrument can't treat all patients due to the lack of radiologists. In this research, we are identifying 14 different types of chest infections from chest x-ray images. The task's key objective is to know the level of infection recognition of every 14 tests performed on the human chest with the most superior accuracy. Deep learning-based, typically medical picture classifiers, is one expected response. It likewise ignores the attire and jewels present on the human body while going through the x-ray test, giving us the most powerful accuracy of disease recognition. This experience runs, transfers, techniques, and creates reports with precision at some random reason of your experience.
