The face is an essential part of the body, and who does not want to have a glowing face as we know the first impression is the last impression, and the face is the mirror image which shows the mental and physical status of the body. Yuvanpidika is a burning issue in youngsters and due to hormonal derangements, unhealthy food habits and deranged routine and occurs mainly in the age group between 15 – 30 years. Acharya Susruta has advised Vamana procedure along with Bahya Lepa and some Shaman Oousadhis, which really works in alleviating the disease and helps in regaining the fair complexion of the face. Acharya Vagabhatta added, showing resemblance with Salmali Kantaka Pitika having pain with Ghana pidika filled with Meda and named it Mukhadushika or Yuvanapidika. In the current single case study 25 Years old female patient, Vamana, along with Nasya, followed by Siravedha from Lalatapradesha, was advised. Shamana Chikitsa (Kaishor Guggulu, Mahamanjisthadi kwath1 , Sarivadyasava and Local application with Vacha, Lodhra, Saindhava, Kustha and Kustumbru (Dhaniya) was also prescribed after Shodhana Chikitsa. In follow-up after six months, it was observed that there was no recurrence. In contrast, in modern counterparts, recurrence frequently occurs, so for the treatment of Mukhdushika, multifaceted Ayurveda treatment is found to have the upper hand with much fewer chances of recurrence.

Diabetes is a disease when the glucose content in your blood is exorbitantly outrageous. Insulin, a chemical made through the pancreas, urges you to disconnect glucose from suppers and get into your body cells for energy. On this, we used a cluster set of rules methodologies of the device overwhelming to expect diabetes. Five machines depending to be more familiar with estimations, explicitly SVM, and Naive Bayes, are used to hitting upon diabetes. This may be good for expecting the opportunity levels of diabetes and gives the first in class get to know a group of rules with better precision and comparatively interesting analyses. Because of its endlessly growing occasion, a consistently expanding number of families are affected by diabetes mellitus. Most diabetics think insignificance about their prosperity quality or the risk factors they face going before the future. In this research, we have proposed a smart model ward on data mining strategies for predicting type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The major issues we are trying to comprehend are working on the assumption model's precision and making the model flexible for more than one dataset. Given a movement of pre-processing philosophy, the model is contained two segments, the better K-means estimation and the essential backslide computation. Using the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset and the Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis tool compartment to differentiate our results from various researchers. The end shows that the model achieved a 3.04% higher precision than other researchers. Similarly, our model ensures that the dataset quality is sufficient. We applied it to two distinct diabetes datasets to survey our model's show. The two research results show satisfactory output.

This model of recovering useful data and models from the information is called KDD (Knowledge Discovery of Database), which includes specific steps like information finding, grouping and change review. AI analyses are called managed and independently. A supervised learning analysis uses insight to predict new or unseeable information, though unaided measures can draw impedances from informative clusters. Supervised learning is additionally described as arrangement. This review uses clustering methods to deliver a more precise area with the class. The clustering analyses have been applied to the Indian Diabetes Data-set of the PIMA of the National Institute of Diabetes, Stomach related and kidney diseases which contains information on diabetic women

Twenty- four reproductive systems of Frisian cross breed cows, aged between (3-5years) were obtained from Basrah abattoir during the period of (2nd March 2020 - 30th June, 2020). They were divided into 3 groups of cows with ovarian follicular cystic (n=8), cows with endometritis (n = 8), and healthy cows (n=8) depending on clinical signs. The main gall of this paper compare and report the different values of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), some biochemical and hormonal levels in those cows in the native Basrah climate. Samples of blood were collected from all cows subjected to this study and serum was harvested from each individual sample by centrifugation. Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70), total protein (TP), albumin(Alb), globulin, total cholesterol (Cho), triglyceride (TG), low density lipo-protein(LDL), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), cortisol, testosterone, thyroid stimulation hormone (TSH), thyroxin (T4) and triiodothyronine hormones(T3) were measured in serum samples. Results revealed a significant increase (p≤0.05) in the level of Hsp70, and thyroid stimulation hormones (TSH) of cows with two pathological cases (endometritis and follicular cysts) compared with those healthy cow. Significant decrease (p≤0.05) in the measurement of total protein, albumin, globulin, thyroxin (T4), triiodothyronine (T3) hormones, cholesterol, triglyceride, and low density lipoprotein (LDL) in cows having those two genital diseases compared with normal cows. The results also were revealed a significant increase (p≤0.05) in the level of testosterone hormone in cows with follicular cystic ovarian case compared with endometritis case and control ones. Finally, significant increase (p≤0.05) in cortisol hormone level and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity in cows with endometritis case compared with the control one and follicular cystic ovarian cases.

The most frequently used organic compounds are Schiff bases. They have been demonstrated to have a broad variety of biological activities. Using a thermal method, the synthesis of a series of imine derivatives 4a-f from Amino triazole thiol (3) as starting material with six different aldehydes. Target compounds' full characteriszation was achieved using 1H and 13C- NMR, mass spectra, and FT-IR. In the 1H-NMR spectra of compounds (4a-f), an isotope with a proton signal for the CH of the azomethine group that ranged from 8 to 10.30 ppm was observed. Due to labile hydrogen bonds with nitrogen and sulfur, compound 3 exists in two tautomeric forms. Synthesis compounds' antibacterial activity was investigated against the bacteria Klebsiella, E. coli and, S. aureus

Infertility primarily refers to the biological inability of a person to contribute to conception. In women, it may also refer to the state when she is not able to carry a pregnancy to its full term. Female infertility is caused due to structural problems like blocked Fallopian tubes, defect in cervical canal, uterine fibroid or polyps, hormonal imbalance; Leading ovulation problems too can cause infertility. From Ayurvedic perspective, shukradhatu (reproductive material) can get affected by various physical, mental causes and even by serious diseases. Poor quality shukradhatu can cause infertility in males & females.

As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) is spreading rapidly worldwide. The symptoms include respiratory illness, commonly fever, tiredness, dry cough, breathlessness & chest tightedness. There are many ways to prevent the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, such as maintaining social distancing, wearing a protective mask, avoiding getting outside the house, avoiding touching any surface, avoiding touching on face, and one of the best measures is to maintain the hand hygiene. Hand hygiene is the best tool in preventing the infection caused by the disease. It is a simple, affordable and very effective method to achieve this use of hand sanitizer is useful and very important measure. In recent weeks, as the death toll has climbed & the panic surrounding /coronavirus has mounted. The need of hand sanitizers has greatly increased. The purpose of this study is to prepare the herbal hand sanitizer incorporating the leaves extracts of Ocimum sanctum (tulsi), Azadirachtaindica (neem), Citrus lemon, Aloevera (kumari), Eucalyptus (tailparni), Ethyl alcohol and water. The properties and chemical composition of each drug and the method of preparation of Herbal Hand sanitizer have been included.
