Heart and blood artery dysfunction is the root cause of cardiovascular disease, which includes coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, rheumatic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism. A model for using a machine-learning algorithm to find cardiovascular diseases is presented in this paper. Utilized the agile methodology in this research, planning, requirements analysis, designing, coding, testing, and documentation are all carried out simultaneously throughout the stages of the production process. Using four distinct machine learning algorithms—a Support Vector Classifier, a K-Nearest Neighbors Classifier, a Random Forest Classifier, and a Decision Tree Classifier—the patient dataset is used to train the model in this paper. An algorithm will make the predictions, resulting in the most accurate results. Flask, a web-based implementation of this model, was used to make a prediction, the user must fill in 13 inputs on the web. Flask and the Python programming language are used to implement the model and the machine learning algorithms. We use a K-Nearest Neighbors Classifier algorithm after considering all four machine learning algorithms. The prediction has a good accuracy of 85.83 per cent, which is good for any model.

The current study was objective in clarifying some of the physiological and hormonal characteristics on male and female of migratory water birds Gallinula Chloropus, that bought from Basrah market during the winter season. This study conducted on 30 healthy birds was divided into fifteen males and fifteen females and suggest that the male Gallinula Chloropus has higher levels of red blood cells count(RBC), hemoglobin( Hb) and Packed cell volume (PCV) than the females, while the total protein, albumin, globulin, calcium, phosphorus, and triiodothyronine (T3) concentrations recorded high significantly in the female than the males. In addition, there is no difference in the levels of Thyroid stimulation hormone (TSH) and blood glucose.

Background: Sandhigata Vata in Ayurveda is the most common type of lifestyle disorder whose symptoms mimic Osteoarthritis in conventional medicine. Ayurveda is the evergreen science of medicine and has been showering its valuable treasures to mankind since our emergence, still the same is continue with more and more global support. Since this medical science treats on the whole it differs and occupies its special place to other medical branches which give attention to presenting signs and symptoms of the patients. The affection of Sandhi by vitiated Vata, the chief phenomenon in the Samprapti of Sandhigata Vata which is one of the types of Marma and forms a part of Madhyam Roga Marga thus the involvement of Marma, Madhyam Roga Marga, Vata Dosha, and Dhatu Kshaya make disease Kasthta Sadhya. Aim and objective: To review the encore classical knowledge about Sandhigata Vata Material and Methods: The review is based on a critical analysis of the information collected from Bruhattrayi, Laghutrai, Nighantu, various textbooks of Panchakarma, multiple research articles from databases e.g. Pubmed, Google scholar; various P.G.& Ph.D. thesis. Result and observations: The compiled information is critically discussed under different heads such as the Etymology of Sandhi-Gata-Vata, historical Glimpses of Sandigata Vata From Classical Texts Of Ayurveda, Etiology of Sandhigata Vata(Hetu), Purva Roopa, Rupa, Upshaya, Samprapti, Sadhya Asadhyata, Chikitsa Siddhanta of SandhigataVata (Treatment modalities). Discussion: SandhigataVata is a diseased condition in which vitiated Vata affects “Sandhi’. Nidan (predisposing causes), first acts on Dosha and vitiates them, the vitiated Dosha, in turn, acts on Dushya i.e Dhatus and causes disease. It can be well treated with the Panchkaarma procedure along with Snehana Swedana as a Poorvakarma. Conclusion: The increasing incidence and prevalence rate of Sandhigata Vata (Osteoarthritis) can be minimized and the disease is halted in its early stages and the main stage to live a nice life with the help of various treatment modalities in Ayurveda.

Alzheimer's disease is the most well-known type of Dementia influencing the mind's parts. As per range, this disorder influences 6.2 million Americans and 5 million individuals in India matured 65 and more seasoned. In 2019, the latest year for which information is accessible, official passing declarations revealed 121,499 deaths from Promotion, Alzheimer's, the "6th driving reason for death in the nation". In this paper, we propose AI calculations like Decision trees (DT), SVM, Linear regression, and Naive Bayes determines Promotion at the beginning phase. The Alzheimer's Sickness Neuroimaging Drive (ADNI) and the Open Access Series of Imaging Examinations give informational collections used to identify the disease in its beginning phase. The datasets comprise longitudinal X-ray information (age, orientation, small-scale mental status, CDR). By taking into; account many variables in every strategy, for example, accuracy, F1 Score, Review, and explicitness are determined. The outcomes acquired 93.7% of the greatest precision for the DT Calculation.

The face is an essential part of the body, and who does not want to have a glowing face as we know the first impression is the last impression, and the face is the mirror image which shows the mental and physical status of the body. Yuvanpidika is a burning issue in youngsters and due to hormonal derangements, unhealthy food habits and deranged routine and occurs mainly in the age group between 15 – 30 years. Acharya Susruta has advised Vamana procedure along with Bahya Lepa and some Shaman Oousadhis, which really works in alleviating the disease and helps in regaining the fair complexion of the face. Acharya Vagabhatta added, showing resemblance with Salmali Kantaka Pitika having pain with Ghana pidika filled with Meda and named it Mukhadushika or Yuvanapidika. In the current single case study 25 Years old female patient, Vamana, along with Nasya, followed by Siravedha from Lalatapradesha, was advised. Shamana Chikitsa (Kaishor Guggulu, Mahamanjisthadi kwath1 , Sarivadyasava and Local application with Vacha, Lodhra, Saindhava, Kustha and Kustumbru (Dhaniya) was also prescribed after Shodhana Chikitsa. In follow-up after six months, it was observed that there was no recurrence. In contrast, in modern counterparts, recurrence frequently occurs, so for the treatment of Mukhdushika, multifaceted Ayurveda treatment is found to have the upper hand with much fewer chances of recurrence.

Ayurvedic management of diseases includes Shodhana and Shamana treatment. Shodhana is mainly performed through Panchakarma. Virechana is considered to be the best treatment for morbid and increased Pittadosha. It not only expels Pittadosha but also expels kapha associated with Pittadosha. In classical texts of Ayurveda various Virechana drugs are mentioned in scattered form. Here an attempt is made to compile the Virechana drugs from various classical texts of Bhrihatrayee Laghutrayee and other such texts.

Osteoporosis is the most problem of women's bone disease, it has a multitude of causes, including menopause. It affects about one in three women. Before a fracture, osteoporosis does not exhibit any clinical symptoms. Important pathology is brought on by fractures. Postmenopausal osteoporosis can be avoided with early diagnosis of this condition before fractures happen; Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) significantly reduces the fracture risk in all body bones by halting bone loss and degeneration of bone microstructure. The fast bone loss brought on by declining estrogen peaks in the first two to three years following menopause. Even in women with modest fracture risk, MHT is the only antiosteoporosis medication that has been shown to be effective regardless of baseline risk . There is no rationale for using specific, efficient drugs to treat osteoporosis, making MHT the first option for maintaining bone health in women. It is also advisable to evaluate the advantages and risks of MHT. MHT has become the leading therapeutic choice for preserving bone health in early postmenopausal women.
