An algorithm for assessing maintainability was developed, followed by verification of the adjusted process in service centers. As an example, the technical process of disassembling the electronic module of the ignition switch was simulated, the maintainability of the components was assessed, and corrective actions were proposed.

VIBRATION PROTECTION SYSTEMS OF VEHICLES: ACTIVE CONTROL AND OPTIMIZATION 车辆防震系统:主动控制与优化

The article presents the results of studies of the dynamic properties of a vibration-protective system with active control, which is directly identified with the compensatory effect and is charac-terized as direct control, as well as a vibration-protective system with indirect control, which forms a compensatory effect mediated through the implementation of an intermittent process of changes in the parameters of the inertial link. To find the optimal positional control function of direct (ac-tive) control, as well as indirect (singular) control of the inertial link, information technologies for solving boundary value problems were used in relation to the canonical Hamilton equations for the vibration protection systems under study. The parameters are established at which vibration protection systems of this type eliminate resonance phenomena and provide comparable indicators of vibration safety for protected objects under kinematic disturbance.

The presented work opens a series of articles devoted to the study of the impact of the local project of the intelligent transport system, implemented in the Kursk region, on reducing the negative impact of motor transport on the components of the environment and public health. The results of the review conducted by the authors prove the relevance of research in this area, while the main attention should be paid to the development of comprehensive measures to reduce environmental damage to the environment from the impact of motor vehicles.

The article deals with the use of binder-strengthened soils as layers of road pavement. Particular attention is paid to the problems of application of this technology in modern road construction. The analysis of methodological researches of scientists has been carried out, on the basis of which the conclusion about the necessity of creating the regulatory framework devoted to the reinforced soils which must include the basic technical requirements, necessary data for calculations, recommendations for application and other methodical documentation has been made.

The article presents a study of the adhesive strength of adhesion of thin solid antifriction coatings. A brief analysis of existing methods for determining the adhesive strength of thin anti-friction coatings is performed. The method is described and experiments are carried out using a universal-purpose breaking machine with an electronic force meter IR5047-50 and a portable ad-hesive meter of the «Constant A» model. A number of quantitative estimates of the adhesion strength of the antifriction coating with the base are obtained. Conclusions are made about the adhesion strength of the coating and methods for determining its adhesion. Recommendations on the application of methods for determining the adhesive strength of thin solid antifriction coatings are given.

Vizion Zero – a long-term program to improve road safety, according to which no one should be killed or seriously injured as a result of a road traffic accident (RTA). Due to the high efficiency of this program, many world countries, including the Russian Federation, took it as a basis for de-veloping long-term transport strategies. To assess the indicators and determine the possibility of achieving the established safety level, within the framework of this article, the main statistical models applicable to the analysis of the indicators of world countries are considered, a mathemat-ical calculation is made and the analysis of point data is carried out.

INVESTIGATION OF OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEMS 柴油机供油系统运行可靠性研究

The results of the investigation of operational reliability of the fuel supply system of diesel engines F1A FIAT DUCATO cars, the main reasons for the system's loss of operability, the numeri-cal characteristics of its failure-free performance are given. On the basis of processing the array of experimental data on faults and failures in the system, the regularities of change of failure intensi-ty and probabilities of failure-free operation of its main parts depending on vehicle mileage are determined. Methods and algorithm of troubleshooting and timely elimination of damages occur-ring in the fuel supply system are proposed and tested at the FIAT PROFESSIONAL dealership in Vladimir. The introduction of the results of the performed investigations into the production pro-cesses of car service enterprises allows to significantly reduce the costs of maintaining the opera-ble state of the diesel engine fuel supply system in operation.
