The paper analyzes the statistics of traffic accidents in the urban agglomeration. Sections of the road network with repeated types of traffic accidents have been identified. The issues of development of the theory of modeling of transport flows are considered. A fuzzy inference model based on the basic data of the traffic situation has been developed. A rule base has been formulated that allows determining the speed of traffic flow depending on the parameters of the traffic flow and the traffic situation.

The results of the analysis of failures of the rear axle of Higer buses are presented, the structure of work to eliminate failures in the conditions of the bus fleet is considered. The processes of forming the reliability of the rear axle of buses under the influence of six sets of factors, reflecting: the design features of the car and the rear axle, the system of maintenance and repair, climatic and road conditions, the intensity of operation, the characteristics of the driver, are analyzed. A classification of factors has been developed, the possibility of correcting the frequency of maintenance has been proved, taking into account the permissible level of probability of the failure-free operation of the rear axle of the bus.

In this paper, a detailed analysis of the quality of atmospheric air in Moscow is carried out. The main methods of air quality control in the city are considered. The possible reasons for these results are analyzed and the main indicators that affected the quality of atmospheric air in a certain area are identified. The possibility of improving the quality of exhaust gases (EG) of vehicles operating at the airport is analyzed. The beginning of the calculation was taken to calculate the hazard category of the car and compare them with the current and relevant EURO standards. The relevance of the study is to improve the ecology of the city, which is an important factor in the health and quality of life of the population.

The actual problem of choosing a rational scheme of movement from one and two bases when delivering cargo along circular routes with a limited number of unloading points is considered. The amount of cargo at the bases is not limited. The same quantity of goods is delivered to each point. The objective function is the minimum length of all routes. To solve the problem, an im-proved model of the method of fictitious nodes and branches has been developed, according to which the databases can be visited repeatedly. The fulfillment of restrictions on the number of vis-iting points is achieved by blocking branches with the maximum score on the decision tree. The proposed solution algorithm is demonstrated by a numerical example for three circular routes with three points in each.

The analysis of problem issues which occurs in the production of the road traffic expert determination is carried out in this paper. There is a need to solve particular problems within the framework of determining the mechanism of a road traffic accident (hereinafter referred to as an accident), since the lack of methods for determining a number of complex situational mechanisms does not allow the expert to solve these particular problems now. Modern methods for solving par-ticular problems (including those which proposed by the authors) are presented. They allow us to consider the mechanism of an accident as a whole. Means for solving these are proposed.

The work considers the issue of using digital and information technologies at car service enterprises. An analysis of possible measures to improve the efficiency of automotive service enterprises through the introduction of digital and information technologies was carried out. It has been established that the use of digital systems in the process of maintenance and repair reduces the document flow of the enterprise, reduces the time for processing documents and transferring information between employees, increases the level of automation of processes and minimizes the number of errors that occur, which generally increases the efficiency of car services.
