A fault simulation method based on mutated truth table of logic gates 基于逻辑门突变真值表的故障仿真方法

A new fault modeling and simulation method based on VLSI is proposed to evaluate the fault coverage in VLSI accurately. Firstly, inject the circuit-level faults into the logic gates by means of simulation and experiments. Built the fault dictionary consisted of MTTs by analyzing the experimental effect of faults on function. Secondly, considering the MTTs and their weights, a testing coverage model is proposed which is applied to the gate-level fault simulation later. At Last, experiments on standard combinational circuits are done ground on the methods above. The results show that, comparing to the traditional stack-at fault model, the proposed method can better reflect the fault coverage capability of given testing sets.

A novel voltage regulation control method of distribution network based on switched affine model 一种基于切换仿射模型的配电网电压调节控制新方法

In order to solve the distribution of voltage quality problems, this paper presents a new voltage regulation control strategy of distribution network based on switched affine model. By establishing the state space equation of the controllable series voltage regulation device, using the method of Lyapunov function and quadratic stability theory, according to the convex combination stability theory, the common Lyapunov function of each subsystem is constructed, and each subsystem is divided into the new area. This switched rule can make the switching system always run in the minimum value of Lyapunov function derivative of the subsystems and ensure system of quadratic stability under arbitrary switched rule. The performance of the controller is verified to be very effective and feasible through the MATLAB simulation.

A smart meters optimization model for reliability prediction 一种智能电表可靠性预测优化模型

In view of the influence of smart meter's reliability on smart grid, this paper presents a reliability prediction optimal model of smart meter. Firstly, establish the reliability model of smart meter based on the component stress method. Secondly, combined with the field data, smart meter prediction model is established based on new Weibull distribution parameter method and point estimation method respectively. Thirdly, the fuzzy binary sorting method is used to optimize two smart meter failure rate for optimal smart meter optimal failure rate. On the basis of the above research, construct the optimization model of the failure rate of the smart meter and then build the optimization model of the reliability of the smart meter. Prediction optimal model of smart meters for reliability proposed in this paper can well reflect the actual working status of smart meters. It can be a reference and lessons can be drawn from each smart meter for domestic enterprises.
针对智能电表可靠性对智能电网的影响,提出了一种智能电表可靠性预测优化模型。首先,基于构件应力法建立智能电表可靠性模型。其次,结合现场数据,分别基于新的威布尔分布参数法和点估计法建立了智能电表预测模型;再次,采用模糊二元排序法对两个智能电表故障率进行优化,得到最优的智能电表最优故障率。在上述研究的基础上,构建智能电表故障率的优化模型,进而构建智能电表可靠性的优化模型。本文提出的智能电表可靠性预测优化模型能较好地反映智能电表的实际工作状态。可以为国内各智能电表企业提供借鉴和借鉴。

Detection technology of plant protection equipment nozzle based on machine vision 基于机器视觉的植保设备喷嘴检测技术

In this paper, we present a method of using machine vision technology to detect the nozzle of plant protection equipment through two spray variables (spray angle and spray volume distribution area), which provides a good experimental direction to improve the performance of the nozzle of plant protection equipment. Firstly, we get the images information with different backgrounds and shooting angles. Secondly, we process the images by edge detection, mathematical morphology and other related digital image processing techniques. Thirdly, we obtain the target area of spray angle and fog quantity distribution using the Hough transform line detection algorithm and pixel method. Finally, we compare the area and angle with the reference values to judge the rationality of the method and establish the error range. Experimental results show that the feature variable values are ideal for plant protection equipment nozzle spray angle and spray volume distribution area. It is proved that the feasibility of our method.
本文提出了一种利用机器视觉技术通过两个喷雾变量(喷雾角度和喷雾体积分布面积)对植保设备喷嘴进行检测的方法,为提高植保设备喷嘴的性能提供了良好的实验方向。首先,获取不同背景和拍摄角度下的图像信息。其次,采用边缘检测、数学形态学等相关数字图像处理技术对图像进行处理。第三,利用霍夫变换线检测算法和像素法获得目标区域的喷雾角和雾量分布;最后将面积和角度与参考值进行比较,判断方法的合理性,建立误差范围。实验结果表明,该特征变量值对于植保设备喷嘴的喷淋角度和喷淋体积分布面积是理想的。实验证明了该方法的可行性。

A design of on-chip terahertz horn antenna with microstrip feed 微带馈电的片上太赫兹喇叭天线设计

A novel and well-performed design of terahertz horn antenna with microstrip feed is presented in this paper. The overall design is divided into two separate parts and the horn antenna can better radiate signals into open space with a novel feed of graded shape supporting it. Promising results are obtained with the help of High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS). The antenna can work with a wide range of frequency from 718GHz to 788GHz, meanwhile, at its operating frequency, properties of return loss less than −10 dB and power gain more than 5 dB are observed. Because of the small scale of the design, the horn antenna and microstrip feed can be integrated and fabricated easily on chip with the technique of micro-electro-mechanical-system(MEMS).

Design of signal conditioning circuit based on MEMS acceleration sensor 基于MEMS加速度传感器的信号调理电路设计

The MEMS acceleration sensors have been widely applied in many fields, especially in the detection of geological and geological imaging. In this paper, on the basis of MEMS sensors designed the sensor peripheral circuit and the signal conditioning circuit. The theoretical simulation and experimental test are adopted to carry out the shallow geological exploration project. Experimental results show that the design of the MEMS digital geophone of this topic has a high resolution and precision as well as characteristics of low noise, and meeting the requirements of the digital detector for shallow geological exploration.

This paper introduces the research results of the GaAs ultra-wideband MMIC control circuit technology, including: ultra-wideband digital phase shifter, digital attenuator, absorption type switch, reflective switch and vector modulator. The research results of three-dimensional integrated circuit technology based on LTCC are also proposed in this paper, including a variety of LTCC bandpass filters, lowpass filters, highpass filters, duplex devices, power dividers, baluns and couplers. Especially, It is discussed the design ideas and methods of the above circuit in details.

An automatic test equipment for integrated circuits in the extreme environments 一种集成电路在极端环境下的自动测试设备

This paper describes an automatic test equipment for integrated circuits. Most traditional automatic test equipments focus on integrated circuits tests in conventional environments. They usually can not test integrated circuits in the extreme environments, such as thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, vibration and shock. Some can accomplish the tests in only one kind of extreme environment. We invent an automatic test equipment that can test integrated circuits in various extreme environments, such as thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, vibration and shock. We use this equipment to evaluate the feasibility of using the tested integrated circuits in space navigation. The actual use of this ATE demonstrates its obvious advantage in environmental tests.

The maximum operation frequency of integrated circuits (ICs) has reached multiple Giga Hertz. When a large number of transistors switch at the same time, high current consumption is generated. The parasitic resistance of the power ground network (PGN) combining with the high current consumption, generate significant IR-drop. This paper presents a novel PGN optimization flow, which can monitor the peak IR-drop and optimize PNG according to the demand of users. The novel flow has been implemented in Synopsys 28nm technology. When IR-drop constraints are given by users, the flow can quickly calculate out PNG optimization result. It has been proved that the presented optimization flow can measure IR-drop value accurately and optimize PGN in a short time. Experimental results demonstrate that the method has high consistency with EDA tools optimization result. IR-drop calculation error only ranges from 2% to 4%. Besides, the time consumption in this novel optimization flow is reduced 90% of the current optimization flow at least. The operation only takes one action step to complete.

Mechanical design and research of a novel power lines inspection robot 新型电力线巡检机器人的机械设计与研究

This paper proposes a novel mechanical structure for power transmission lines inspection robot. The proposed structure composed of two identical lifting arms which are connected through middle girders with two rotational joints. Symmetric mechanical structure is adopted as a whole. There are four mainly units, including motion units, open-close units, pressing units and rotating joints. Walking and obstacle-overcoming experiments on the simulative lines achieve the desired effects in the lab. It proves the validity of the mechanical structure design and the maneuverability of the robot.
提出了一种用于输电线路巡检机器人的新型机械结构。所提出的结构由两个相同的提升臂组成,它们通过带有两个旋转接头的中梁连接。整体采用对称机械结构。主要有四个单元,包括运动单元、启闭单元、按压单元和旋转接头。在实验室中对模拟线路进行了行走和越障实验,取得了理想的效果。验证了机械结构设计的有效性和机器人的可操作性。
