This research analyzes emotional branding in the visualization of Coca Cola Zero television advertisements. Objectively, this research aims to examine the analysis of Emotional Branding Visualization of Coca Cola Zero Television Advertisements on Purchase Interest. The research method applies a qualitative-desktiptive method with Marc Gobe's emotional branding theory approach. The research results show that the Coca Cola Zero advertising visualization seeks to build emotional branding through a series of strategies such as building relationships with consumers, multisensory experiences, affirming vision, and imagination to establish communication with consumers as self-actualization. Conveying information through messages that are easy to remember is different from competitors, this will create a need and ultimately increase consumer buying interest.

This study discusses the protection of personal data in the context of human rights, specifically the right to privacy in Indonesia. In the digital era, personal data has become a valuable asset that drives the operations of businesses, governments, and individuals. Digital literacy plays a crucial role in the protection of personal data, equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage personal information effectively and safely. Although personal data protection laws in Indonesia have been implemented, many challenges remain, including the gap in public awareness about personal data protection and the readiness of infrastructure and human resources. This study also highlights survey results showing that the awareness of Indonesians about personal data protection is still low, with many data breach incidents occurring.

The total retail sales of social consumer goods is a comprehensive reflection of a country's consumption capacity, consumption structure and living standard, which is of great significance for evaluating a country's economic vitality and social development level. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the consumer market and the improvement of consumers' purchasing power, the total retail sales of social consumer goods has continued to grow, and its role in the national economy has gradually increased. However, there are many factors that affect the total retail sales of social consumer goods, including economic environment, policies and regulations, consumer behavior and so on. Under this background, this paper takes Hainan Province as the empirical research object, and selects per capita disposable income, rural residents' per capita disposable income, gross domestic product, resident population at the end of the year and local government's general budget expenditure as explanatory variables to analyze the factors affecting the total retail sales of social consumer goods. The results show that the average disposable income of rural residents and the general budget expenditure of local governments are significant factors affecting the total retail sales of social consumer goods in Hainan Province. Finally, the model is analyzed economically, and some conclusions are drawn, and some policy suggestions are put forward.

Female's current involvement in the business sector is caused by economic uncertainty, rising prices, basic needs, and stagnation of family income. This phenomenon is the reason why women decide to work in the informal sector and must be able to divide their time, especially women in Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the income of female flower traders in Wangaya Flower Market, Denpasar, both simultaneously and partially. The data in this study entirely uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents who were sampled for the study. The sample determination was made using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that age, working hours, business capital, number of family dependents, and religious holidays simultaneously affect the income of female flower traders in Wangaya Flower Market, Denpasar. Partially, age, working hours, business capital, and the number of family dependents have a positive and significant impact on the income of female flower traders in Wangaya Flower Market, Denpasar and religious holidays income is higher on holidays compared to weekdays. Banking performance must be maintained and improved so that performance is good, so that the number of customers will increase in the future. The aim of the research is to see the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in terms of NIM, BOPO and LDR. The research method uses regression correlation analysis, partial tests and simultaneous tests of BRI's profitability (ROA) for 8 years from 2015 to 2022 in Indonesia. The research results showed that only the BOPO variable had a significant effect on BRI's profitability, while NIM and LDR showed insignificant results, but simultaneously had a significant effect on the Bank's profitability (ROA).

This study, titled "Language Learning through a Cultural Lens: Assessing the Benefits of Cultural Understanding in Language Education," investigates the role of cultural understanding in the language acquisition process among fourth-year English majors. Utilizing a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with 12 participants. The findings reveal that cultural exposure through media, interactions with native speakers, and study materials significantly enhances motivation, contextual understanding, and language proficiency. Participants emphasized the importance of integrating cultural content into language curricula, noting that such integration makes learning more engaging and relevant. However, challenges in understanding subtle cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions highlight the need for targeted support. The practical benefits of cultural understanding were evident in students' real-world interactions, underscoring its value beyond the classroom. This study concludes that incorporating cultural understanding into language education is essential for effective language learning and real-world communication, and it recommends further exploration of specific teaching methods and materials to enhance cultural competence in language learners.

The article describes the relationship between ideology and religion in Turkey and their mixed aspects. The influence of Islam in Turkish society is very large. After all, a very large part of the Turkish population consists of Muslims. When the Justice and Development Party came to power, it took the path of hybrid governance, in which Islam and democracy were closely intertwined. In foreign policy, it claims regional superiority. In doing so, it offers its own solutions to increase its influence on the countries of the region, which are historically, culturally, linguistically, religiously and territorially close to it. These include Pan-Islamism, Pan-Turkism, New Ottomanism, and Turkish Eurasianism. With the help of these ideologies, it intends to achieve its geopolitical goals and revive its cultural values. The question of which ideology is more important still remains open. Because among the Turkish elite, there are still debates about which one is more universal. All ideologies complement each other. But none of them has been announced as an official ideology. It is precisely these ideologies that have been divided.

This research identifies, analyzes, and reformulates the juridical basis regarding criminal sanctions for domestic violence committed by law enforcement officials. By focusing on the criminalization policy in the application of criminal sanctions in the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence and the minimum limit of criminal sanctions for domestic violence according to Indonesian legislation and the application of the code of ethics for the Police. This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely by examining/analyzing secondary data in the form of legal materials, especially primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, by understanding the law as a set of positive rules or norms in the legislative system that regulates human life. The results show that the new Criminal Code Law and the PKDRT Law have undergone significant evolution in dealing with domestic violence in Indonesia. The new Criminal Code Law regulates sexual violence by incorporating elements of the PKDRT Law, albeit with lighter criminal penalties. The PKDRT Law introduces a system of formulating alternative criminal sanctions, giving judges flexibility, but the main challenge is the consistency of law enforcement and the application of professional codes of ethics in law enforcement officials, such as those stipulated in the POLRI Code of Ethics.
