Pembuatan Mesin Pemotong Plastik 塑料切割机的制造

Maraknya sampah plastik semakin memprihatinkan, karena penumpukannya terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Sementara upaya untuk mendaur ulang plastik belum dilakukan oleh banyak orang. Biasanya, kemasan makanan plastik digunakan untuk membuat produk yang memiliki daya tarik visual yang menonjol, seperti pengisi ecobrick. Proses pengisian ecobrick mengharuskan penggunaan banyak bungkus plastik. sehingga, alat pemotong plastik telah dikembangkan dengan tujuan memfasilitasi tenaga kerja manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Proses pembuatan mesin pemotong plastik diawali dengan pembuatan rangka menggunakan hollow 35 mm × 35 mm, pembuatan roll menggunakan pipa stainless berdiameter 50 mm dan poros berdiameter 12 mm. Kemudian fabrikasi komponen pemotongan menggunakan kawat nikel. Langkah selanjutnya perakitan komponen termasuk motor AC, gulungan, dan konversi kawat nikel menjadi energi listrik. Mesin tersebut berdimensi tinggi 88 cm, panjang 50 cm, dan lebar 35 cm. Penggerak roll yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motor Moshwell, yang beroperasi pada catu daya AC satu fasa 220 volt. Human resources are one of the important factors in an organization, both agencies and companies. One of the most important resources for the world of work or agencies is a human being who is an employee, employee, laborer or worker. One of the factors that affect employee performance is emotional intelligence. Another factor that affects employee performance is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Sambas.The type of research used in this study is a research approach using descriptive methods, namely research carried out by collecting data according to the actual situation with the aim of revealing facts and seeking information about the causes of the problem and how to solve it. Descriptive method, Quantitative is a method used to make a broader conclusion. Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is known that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the value of T count is 3.291 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.032 <0.05 and the value of T count is 2.197 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y1. Based on the F test, it is known that the value of Sig. for the simultaneous influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 10.192 > F table 3.31 So it can be concluded that H3 is acceptable, which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation simultaneously on performance Employee.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence between the principal's leadership and supervisory supervision on teacher work discipline through teacher work motivation as an intervening variable in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is explanatory research and the research approach is quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers in the Regional Coordinator of the Field of Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency, totaling 54 people, the sample was determined to be 54 people using the census sampling method. Data was collected by documentation, literature study and questionnaires and then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that respondents rated the variables of teacher work discipline, work motivation, leadership and supervision in the criteria High, Leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Leadership has no significant effect on work discipline, Supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, Work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, Leadership has no significant effect on work discipline through motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work discipline through motivation.

PENGARUH RELATIONSHIP MARKETING DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALITY JASA TRANSPORTASI PADA TRAVEL CV. FLORES SIBOLGA

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and promotion on customer loyalty in transportation services at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga, which is on Jalan Diponegoro No. 42 Sibolga District, Sibolga City. The time of the research was conducted from April 2022 to September 2022. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population is the total number of consumers using CV Travel transportation services. Flores Sibolga on average every day as many as 100 people. The number of research samples of 50 people was taken from the results of calculations with the slovin formula. The results of the research analysis are known from the calculation of the research instrument, the X and Y variables for each item are declared valid because the total corrected item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). Calculation of the research data instrument, the results of the X and Y variables are declared reliable because Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. The influence of Relationship Marketing and promotion on Customer Loyalty, the result of calculating the coefficient of determination is 0.707 = 50%, this means that what happens to the variation of the dependent variable (customer loyalty) is 50% determined by the independent variables (Relationship Marketing and promotions) and the remaining 50% determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as infrastructure variables, prices and others. From the hypothesis test: The Relationship Marketing variable has a t statistic value of 3.498 and is greater than t table which is 2.010 (3.498 > 2.010) and the promotion variable has a t statistic value of 5.444 which is greater than t table which is 2.010 (5.444 > 2.010) means the hypothesis that filed "accepted"

The paper is to find out and explain the obstacles of political and economic policies in the form of The Village Owned Enterprise (what so called BUMDes) has developed three types of business units, namely a land pawning, a sound system rental and a cattle breeding business units. The research approach is used a qualitative method.  This research was conducted using observation and interview techniques using a list of questions as a research instrument, then the data were analyzed descriptively. The theories used are decision and politics. The obstacles that occur in government and community policies include political obstacles, economy obstacle.

This study aims to determine the effect of whether there is an influence of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. From the results of the research analysis it can be seen that from the calculation of the research instrument, the results between the X and Y variables are obtained for each item which is declared valid because the total Corrcted item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). From the calculation of the research data instrument, the results obtained between the variables X and Y are declared reliable because the Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. From the normality test, all of them show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot. There is an effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 68.9%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (service quality) of 68.9% is determined by the independent variable ( Total Quality Management and service quality) and the remaining 31.1% is determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as variables, infrastructure, price, location and others. From the hypothesis test obtained: Total Quality Management variable has a t statistic value of 6.190 and is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.190 > 2.030) and Service quality variable has a t statistical value of 6.154 which is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.154 > 2.030) which means the hypothesis proposed "accepted"

Pengaruh Pengetahuan Peraturan Perpajakan dan Kepemilikan NPWP Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Mahasiswa Bekerja NPWP税法知识对应力学生应税制度的影响

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen di STIE Triguna Bogor yang aktif pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah lulus atau sedang menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan serta  telah bekerja dan memiliki NPWP. Sehingga sampel yang diperoleh adalah 45 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan data kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Sedangkan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja di STIE Triguna Bogor. Hasil penghitungan R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,555. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa  variabel terikat yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 55,5%.  
本研究旨在探讨税务法规知识和产权对学生应税制度制度的影响。本研究的学术界学生是茂物三区会计与管理研究项目的学生,该项目在学年2021/2022年活跃。样本是根据已毕业或就读税务专业、曾工作并拥有NPWP的学生的标准进行抽样确定的。得到的样本是45名学生。研究是通过定量数据进行的,并使用线性多元回归进行分析。研究结果表明,部分而言,税法知识对学生纳税人的工作合规几乎没有影响,也不重要。而NPWP的所有权对工人纳税人的服从有重大影响。同时的测试结果表明,税收法规和所有权NPWP的知识对茂物十项关税学生起着重要作用。R2的计数分数是555分。这表明,纳税人的合规可以由不变量55.5%来定义。
