This study is motivated by the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation on the interest of entrepreneurial participants at the Depok City Cooperative and Micro Business Office. This is done to see how much the level of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation of entrepreneurial participants in Depok City. The research method used is quantitative method because it is a method used to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.806, this means that 80.6% of the contribution of the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Variable (X1) and Entrepreneurial Motivation (X2) influenced the interest of entrepreneurial participants (Y). The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Motivation on the Interest of Entrepreneurial Participants at the Depok City Cooperative and Micro Business Office.

Abstrak. Keputusan pembelian adalah suatu alasan yang mendorong bagaimana konsumen untuk melakukan pilihan terhadap pembelian suatu produk sesuai yang dibutuhkan Keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh harga,promosi dan kualitas pelayanan.Harga adalah jumlah nilai yang diberikan oleh perusahaan kepada pelanggan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari memiliki atau menggunakan suatu produk maupun jasa. Promosi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan unutk merayu atau membujuk konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian pada produk yang telah dipasarkannya. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan sebuah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan guna memenuhi sehingga dapat menciptakan sebuah kepercayaan pelanggan dan keunggulan kompetitif untuk kembali membeli atau berpelanggan Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh harga,promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian di CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto sebanyak 73 populasi, kemudian diambil sampel berjumlah 40 sampel dengan teknik sampling incidental. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, keamanan, manfaat, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo di Kota Semarang. Model analisis data yaitu dengan Model Analisis Linier Berganda, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji F, Uji Statistik t, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (Adjusted R2). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa keamanan, manfaat dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo, namun kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang perilaku phubbing dikalangan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Phubbing merupakan istilah yang muncul dan digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu penampakan dari perilaku individu yang mengabaikan lingkungan sosialnya,. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku phubbing di kalangan mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan informan adalah snowball sampling. Jumlah informan sebanyak 6 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif diuraikan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik validasi data menggunakan triagulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku phubbing dikalangan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar adalah keberagaman fiture aplikasi smartphone, terlalu asik chatingan, dan terlalu asik dengan game.

The purpose of this study was to determine customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. All data used in analyzing is data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, distribution of questionnaires and various literature concerning customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is consumers who have visited as many as 100 populations, then 80 samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of financial literacy, use of information technology, and use of accounting information on the performance of MSMEs. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Teras District, Boyolali Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used literature studies, questionnaires and observation. The population of this study is MSMEs in Teras District, Boyolali Regency are 145 MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector and are already used social media to sell their wares. The sampling technique used slovin with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, the use of information technology has an effect on the performance of MSMEs and the use of Accounting Information Systems has an effect on the performance of MSMEs. Financial literacy, use of information technology and accounting information systems affect the performance of MSMEs simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Operational Cost Efficiency (EBO), Liquidity, and Cash Flow on the Profitability of one of the restaurant subsector companies in Indonesia PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. This research is quantitative. The data collection techniques used in this study are library studies and documentation studies. The type of research data used is company secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk taken from the web official company, https://kfcku.com. The data is in the form of an annual company financial report from 2015-2020. From the test results obtained the result that the EBO had a negative and significant effect on Profitability, then Liquidity had a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability, while cash flow had a negative and insignificant effect on Profitability. This research is quantitative. The data collection techniques used in this study are library studies and documentation studies. The type of research data used is company secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk taken from the web official company, https://kfcku.com. The data is in the form of an annual company financial report from 2015-2020. This study discusses the important role of extracurricular management in increasing the interests and talents of students in the educational environment. Extracurricular activities are activities outside the main curriculum that can facilitate the development of students' potential in various fields. The purpose of this study was to analyze effective strategies and methods in extracurricular management to increase students' interests and talents. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires given to students, supervising teachers, and extracurricular managers. This research has implications for schools and education policy makers to pay more attention to extracurricular development and management. In conclusion, extracurricular management plays an important role in exploring the potential interests and talents of students in the educational environment. By providing a variety of extracurricular activities that are directed and involve active support from supervising teachers and administrators, schools can become an inspiring place to develop the potential of students holistically.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the perceived enjoyment dimension on behavioral intention. This research takes the object in the UNHASY Esport Community. The results of this study used Sampling Roscue because this study used correlation or multiple regression analysis, so the number of samples was at least 10 times the number of variables to be studied, therefore this study took 40 samples from 4 variables. The results showed (1) Pleasure has a partial effect on the Behavioral Intention of Mobile Legends Bang:Bang Game Users (UNHASY E-sport Community) (2) Enjoyable has a partial effect on the Behavioral Intention of Mobile Legends Bang:Bang Game Users (UNHASY E-sport Community) ) (3) Fun has a partial effect on the Behavioral Intention of Mobile Legends Bang:Bang Game Users (UNHASY E-sport Community) (4) Pleasure, Enjoyable, Fun has a simultaneous and significant effect on the Behavioral Intention of Mobile Legends Bang:Bang Game Users (Community UNHASY e-sport). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan modal kerja PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan analisis rasio modal kerja yang meliputu rasio likuiditasdan analisis rasio aktivitas serta analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, yaitu periode tahun 2018 s/d 2022, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat likuiditas perusahaan secara keseluruhan efektif. Hal itu dapat dilihat pada presentase tingkat likuiditas yang terus mengalami penurunan atau fluktuasi terutama pada Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio karena masih berada diatas 100%. Ini berarti aktiva lancar pada perusahaan masih mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Hasil analisis untuk Cash Ratio perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi sehingga Kas dan setara Kas perusahaan tidak mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat aktivitas perusahaan selama lima tahun, dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi dapat dilihat pada perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja Netto juga mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2018-2020, dan kembali mengalami peningakatan dari tahun 2021-2022. Ini menunjukan kinerrja yang baik dari PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Kata Kunci : Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Modal Kerja, Kinerja Keuangan
