Compression of thermographic images in welding engineering: a comparative study 焊接工程中热成像图像的压缩:比较研究

This contribution investigates different coding methods in application to the compression of thermographic images which were captured on-line for an off-line inspection of welding joints. On-line recording of images enables a complete quality checking. The standard coding algorithm JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group), a wavelet-based coding scheme and a DPCM-based (differential pulse code modulation) algorithm are compared with regard to the requirements of real-time applications and minimal loss of information.

Estimation of flexibility of power electronic systems 电力电子系统柔性的估计

A method of a quantitative estimation of flexibility of systems of power supplies with variable structure, based on the application of the Sugeno fuzzy integral, is proposed. The parameter of efficiency of reaggregation is defined, and its properties are specified. The results can be applied to the design of power electronic devices.

Active current converter mathematical model and control 有源电流变换器的数学模型及控制

The paper represents a totally controlled switches based active current rectifier working in a PWM mode vector mathematical model. The active current rectifier has certain advantages of output current management, energy recuperation, supply line power factor management and forming near sinusoidal line currents. The developed model can be used for electric drive vector control system synthesis. The presented approach also can be applied to current source inverter operating mode analysis. Simulation results are presented.

The approach for determining of working frequencies for acoustic location is represented: the frequencies providing maximum of echo signal (J/sub e/) to background noise (J/sub n/) ratio are obtained. The general form relation is analysed for some particular cases.

Difference equation reconstruction algorithms based on generalized least square method 基于广义最小二乘法的差分方程重构算法

The possibilities and singularities of the use of the maximum likelihood method, for an improvement in the estimation of denominator polynomial factors at reconstruction of object discrete transfer function on noisy estimation of its impulse response, are considered. The application of this method reduces the necessity of a nonlinear algebraic system solution. A special iterative algorithm of solution of the system is proposed, on which each step, the solution of two linear systems is made. In this case the reconstruction error of the required factors is generated by an arbitrary choice of shaping filter transfer function order, and by the iterative character of a nonlinear system solution. The procedure of indirect monitoring of the obtained estimation effectiveness, by means of inspection of indices of centrality, whiteness and normality of generating noise estimation, is proposed.

New technologies and industrial setups, of powdered material heating directly in a plasma column, have appeared with the development of electric furnaces with hollow cathode arc plasma generators. This has essentially improved the efficiency and economics of producing high melting temperature and high activity metals. The electric furnace for tantalum ingot melting is described, and some melting parameters are given.

Ultrasonic and microwave irradiator for treatment of inner cavities 用于治疗内腔的超声波和微波辐照器

The ultrasonic and microwave irradiator for treatment of inner cavities, fabricated on the lateral surface of urological metallic tube with embedded piezoceramic plate, is considered. An analytical model for estimation of insonation intensity is developed, and parameters for matching with lossy media are obtained. The developed mathematical model is validated by experiment.

The task of synthesis regularizing, high-speed, capable to operate in conditions of restricted computing operational lifes of restoring algorithms of input signals implemented on the basis of representation by matrices. Tikhonov's regularization a method in a basis of synthesis is put. The original approach to synthesis of high-speed matrix algorithms of signals restoring permitting to use for solution of the obtained system of the linear algebraic equations (LAE) with a Toeplitz matrix more effective modification of solutions method of the truncated systems is offered.

The model of process of low-temperature plasmachemical treatment of units of CRPhED CRPhED机组低温等离子体处理过程模型

The application of the model of plasma gap for process of low-temperature plasmachemical treatment of units of cathode-ray and photoelectronic devices (CRPhED) is considered. The model allows to consider potential distribution in the gap as similar to potential distribution without plasma. The model gives the possibility to calculate potential on the electrodes, necessary for the quality cleaning of workpieces.
