Thick-film Josephson transition on Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ substrate Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/衬底上的厚膜Josephson跃迁

Josephson transitions based on new thick film technology are made. The main difference of the new technology is that the operation of a mould of ceramic slices in the forms combine with the operation of manufacturing of microcontour. In this case the silicon slices with a required microcontour in side walls of casting forms are pasted.

Investigation of rapidly quenched Nd-Fe-B alloys for production of high-coercivity composite magnets 制备高矫顽力复合磁体用快速淬火Nd-Fe-B合金的研究

The paper is devoted to producing and studying magnetic properties of rapidly quenched neodymium-iron-boron based alloys (RQA). Extreme dependence of coercive force upon quenching ratio and alloy chemical composition (neodymium and boron content) is shown. Particles produced by quenching are shown to be X-ray amorphous and isotropic. By means of thermal influence it is possible to improve the magnetic characteristics of RQA and powders on their basis. The optimal annealing temperature is 600...800/spl deg/C. Composite magnets, produced from the above RQA have the following properties: B/sub r/=0,53 T, /sub i/H/sub c/=1100 kA/m.

Laser-photodynamic therapy of brain tumors 脑肿瘤的激光光动力治疗

The purpose of this study was to develop methods of brain tumor PDT, based on locoregional injection of photosensitive substance in liquor system. The first experience in performing this PDT procedure showed that it is well endured by patients with brain tumors. MRI and clinical examinations of patients 14 months after PDT revealed the absence of continued tumor growth. All this testifies to the favourable preconditions for further development and application of this treatment technique in neurooncology.
本研究的目的是建立基于液体系统局部注射光敏物质的脑肿瘤PDT方法。执行这种PDT手术的第一次经验表明,脑肿瘤患者可以很好地忍受它。PDT后14个月的MRI和临床检查显示肿瘤没有继续生长。所有这些都证明了该治疗技术在神经肿瘤中的进一步发展和应用的有利前提。

Excitation conditions for the distributed generator with a ring resonator oscillating system 环形谐振振荡系统分布式发电机的激励条件

We determine the excitation conditions for the distributed generator with a ring resonator excited by several dependent sources. The resonator is formed by the segments of an artificial transmission line, and contains a distributed load, which can be provided by the plasma of the gas discharge maintained by the resonator field. The possible field patterns in a ring resonator are discussed.

The study on electro-physical properties of sandwich structure based on fullerene films 富勒烯薄膜夹层结构的电物理性质研究

We report the technology of sandwich structure based on fullerene films and experimental results in research of optical and conductivity properties of sandwich samples. The single-crystal of sapphire [100] or silicon was used as a substrate. The sandwich specimens were based on structure M/C/sub 60/ fullerene film/M (M=Cr,Pd,Ag,Al,Cu). The thickness of fullerene films /spl sim/0.2-1.0 /spl mu/m. The area of C/sub 60/ film under the top contact /spl sim/1 cm/sup 2/. The specimens have been investigated in IR-spectroscopy, spectra-photometry, ellipsometry and XRD. The measurements of I-V characteristics and research in temperature dependence of conductivity were made as well. It was shown that metals as Cr, Pd, Ag, Al, Cu penetrates easy in fullerene film. It appears that specimens show the large value of conductivity. Silver/C/sub 60/ structure and other sandwich structures show semiconductor behaviour of conductivity.

The problem of distinguishability of state space models 状态空间模型的可分辨性问题

The problem of distinguishability of state space model structures from input-output observations of the system is considered. We prove the proposition allowing to significantly simplify the system of algebraic equations solved in the symbolic form and, hence, to reduce the amount of required analytical computations. Two examples are given to illustrate the application of this approach.

Design of digital control systems with two-time-scale motions 双时间尺度运动数字控制系统的设计

The problem of digital controller design is discussed. The design method is based on the formation of two-time scale motions in the closed loop system. It is shown that, if a sufficient time-scale separation between the fast and slow modes in the discussed closed loop system and stability of fast modes are provided, then slow modes have the desired form. Thus, the output transient performance indices are insensitive to external disturbances. Relationships for control accuracy analysis and choice of the sampling period are obtained. Finally, an example with simulation results is presented.

Adaptive systems of etalonless diagnostics of machines 机器无完备诊断的自适应系统

The adaptive rank systems of etalonless diagnostics of machines are offered and the error analysis of systems introduced on practice is carried out. It is shown, that the error of an estimation of a rank of vibroacoustic indications submits to the uniform law and is estimated by methods of a nonparametric statistician, the two-threshold test of a state estimation of machines ensuring a minimum control errors for a given measuring error of a rank is offered.
