Influence of orientational phase transition in conductivity of fullerene-iodine films 取向相变对富勒烯-碘薄膜电导率的影响

The synthesis and research of intercalated fullerene are greatly significant in understanding for this new molecular modification of carbon. Here we report the results of conductive properties of fullerene-iodine compound films. It is found that there are strong changes in the temperature dependence of the conductivity in range of 240-250 K which can be concerned with orientational phase transition of fullerene molecule. It should be noted that the value of changes of conductivity much more strong than in pure fullerene films.
嵌层富勒烯的合成和研究对于理解这种新型的碳分子修饰具有重要意义。本文报道了富勒烯-碘化合物薄膜导电性能的研究结果。发现在240 ~ 250 K范围内,电导率的温度依赖性有很大的变化,这可能与富勒烯分子的取向相变有关。值得注意的是,电导率的变化值比纯富勒烯薄膜强得多。

Plastic flow of metal due to thermomechanical effect of a laser ray 激光热机械效应下金属的塑性流动

The use of plastic flow of metal due to thermomechanical effect of a laser ray allows to apply this effect to shaping volumetric constructions of micromechanics in thin films with the purpose of creation of devices such as microcoolers, extra small gas and fluid chromatographs, and microlens matrix optics.

The task was to design an easy-to-use and portable device used for a training course (e.g. for test measurements of p-n junction back current, I/sub /spl infin// of bipolar transistors, FET gate current, etc.). The device represents a portable adaptor to the digital voltmeter, designed as a module and a portable mains-operated power supply. It can also be powered by a self-contained source (two dry batteries with voltage 9 V). The modules can have 3 modifications.

Coefficients and functionals of sensitivity for continuous many-dimensional dynamic systems described by integral equations with delay time 用时滞积分方程描述的连续多维动力系统的灵敏度系数和灵敏度泛函

The variational method of calculation of sensitivity coefficients (components of vector gradient from quality function to constant parameters) and sensitivity functionals (connecting first variation of quality function with variations of variable parameters) for multivariate nonlinear dynamic systems, described by continuous Volterra integral equations of the second order with delay time, is developed. The basis of calculation is the decision of corresponding integral conjugate equations for Lagrange multipliers in reverse order (on time).
提出了用二阶连续Volterra积分方程描述的多变量非线性动力系统灵敏度系数(从质量函数到常参数的矢量梯度的分量)和灵敏度泛函(将质量函数的一阶变化与变参数的变化联系起来)的变分计算方法。计算的基础是拉格朗日乘子逆序(准时)求相应的积分共轭方程。

The synthesis method of discrete controllers for nonlinear systems 非线性系统离散控制器的综合方法

The synthesis method of the discrete control algorithms for automatic control systems of multi-input multi-output nonlinear nonstationary dynamic objects, with the limited norm of the controlling actions vector, is considered. The discrete model of the object is obtained by the approximation of the continuous model by the Euler formula, subject to the lag on a pitch. Resolvability conditions of the synthesis task, and basic relations for the account of the controller sampling period, are formulated. The controller is developed by the method of large gain factors.
