Invoice checking code is one of the key factors affecting invoice reimbursement, but some invoice checking codes are covered by red seal, resulting in lack of information. In order to solve the identification problem of defect invoice check code, in this paper, the color distribution in the check code region and the interaction between color and light are studied, and the scheme of invoice monochrome light reverse transmission is formulated. By analyzing the gray histogram of R, G and B three-channel images, a threechannel weighted graying method for invoice images is proposed. After locating the region by vertical horizontal projection of the check codes, the binarization of the check codes is realized by double threshold segmentation, and the single character segmentation is obtained by vertical projection. Finally, character recognition is carried out by template matching method. The experimental results show that the above method can eliminate the influence of red seals and improve the accuracy of the identification of check codes for defective invoices.

: In this brief, the problem of the finite-time synchronization is considered for neutral-type neural networks (NTNNs) with the Markovian switching and multi-delays. Sufficient conditions are acquired for the finite-time synchronization of NTNNs by Lyapunov stability theory. Then, the adaptive control is designed by a suitable updated law. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained result.

: In view of the high attitude stability requirements of shipborne radar turret under sea conditions, the hardware and software of the two-axis shipborne radar turret servo control system were designed.DSP chip TMS320F2812 and FPGA chip were used as the servo control core for controller design, and Copley motor drivers were used to drive the motors. The control software used the "current + speed + position" triple closed loop control method and PID control algorithm was developed with CCS3.3 development platform. The system triple closed loop control model was established and simulated with the Simulink module of Matlab, and the result of 30 ms response time of the system was derived. Finally, the experimental verification shows that the design of shipborne radar turntable servo control system meets the design specifications.

TRIZ theory is one of the most practical and efficient methods of innovation in modern times, The article aims to solve the problem of "low efficiency in welding production of Big-caliber steel tube ", based on TRIZ theory, the design of large diameter steel tube auxiliary welding positioning device can be flexible clamping of various sizes of steel tubes, ensure that the big-caliber steel tube fitting can be welded flexibly after being fixed, The practical problem of repeated clamping during welding is solved. 1 APPLICATION OF TRIZ THEORY 1.1 Initial Investigation of Positioning Device Design According to market research, the main function of existing auxiliary welding positioning devices is to completely fix the workpiece, ensure smooth operation of welding, its usage characteristics lead to the tube cannot be rotated or moved after the welder has fixed it, after welding some welds, the rest parts are difficult to be welded, it needs to be fixed and welded again, the working process is timeconsuming and laborious, and easy to appear the sealing-off welding situation, the equipment is not easy for operators to use. In order to research the influence of the different friction models on the frictional characteristics and the dynamic response of the multibody system with different kinds of joints, eleven different kinds of friction models were used in three different specified scenarios. Firstly, each friction model is simply introduced, and its friction characteristics are illustrated. In addition, in order to test the physical properties of these friction models, there are two different scenarios: (i) multibody system with revolute joint; (ii) multibody system with revolute joint and prismatic joint simultaneously. Secondly, when these friction models are applied in the scenarios, the comparison analysis between with friction phenomenon model and without friction phenomenon model is implemented, which is validated by the commercial software ADAMS. Finally, the simulation shows that the type of joint in the multibody system has a significant effect on the selection mechanism of these friction models. Namely, this investigation provides a reference method for choosing the friction model that is the best suitable for the above two different scenarios according to the computational efficiency and position stability.

: In recent years, network control systems and visual servo systems have received a lot of attention, but due to network delay and the low sampling rate of visual sensors, it has caused problems for control. In order to reduce the effects of the sampling and delay, this paper deals with proportional integration piecewise continuous observer (PI-PCO), which is based on the theory of a particular class of hybrid systems, called linear piecewise continuous hybrid system (LPCHS). This proposed PI-PCO can estimate the continuous and non-delay state by using the sampled and delayed measurements with variable sampling time period. To show the proposed PI-PCO performance, some numerical simulations with compared results are demonstrated.

: Considering that it is difficult to determine the load points or the locations of user access facilities in urban areas for the planning years, an optimization method for the routing planning of urban medium - voltage (MV) trunk lines is proposed based on power supply meshes. Firstly, based on the results of load forecasting and high voltage substation planning, power supply meshes are generated in the entire planning area according to the principle of selecting standby substations close to loads. Then, based on the thinking line of “trunk firstly, branch then”, a shortest path based two-step algorithm is proposed to find the shortest trunk lines for the load centres of power supply meshes and the shortest trunk tie-line be-tween the load centres of each mesh. A numerical example shows that the method is practical and feasible, which can provide a reference for the reasonable routing scheme of medium voltage trunk lines.
