: According to the failure or intermittent failure of the FC-3AB ambient light sensor that feedback from the production site of Geely Automobile, the vehicles in this condition were tested and it is found that after the key hits the ignition lock ON file and switch the AUTO file, ark light environment (palm cover sun sensor) lights automatically open function is failure. When the car headlight is turned on manually, the headlight can be turned on, indicating that there is no problem with the car headlight. In this paper, the factors that cause the failure are collated and analyzed, and the fish bone map is drawn. Through the analysis of the quality of the ambient light sensor and the analysis of the process steps, it is determined that the solution is to seal the sensor assembly to ensure that the internal circuit of the shell does not fail due to moisture, the headlights of the car can be turned on normally, and the light in the car can be automatically adjusted. Eventually, the correctness of the solution is verified through experiments, and the failure rate of the automotive ambient light sensor is minimized, effectively improving the reliability of the ambient light sensor and the safety of driving.

: Aiming at the problem of noise filtering in the detection of industrial gear defects by machine vision technology, this paper makes some analysis and study for industrial gear image. For the analysis of denoising method, it uses the method of MATLAB numerical simulation to apply single noise (like Gauss noise, salt and pepper noise, multiplicative noise) to gear image, and uses median filter, mean filter, Gaussian smoothing filter and Wiener filter separately to filtering and compare the different filtering effects. For the study of denoising fusion optimization, a neighborhood mean method based on extremum median filter and a fusion filter method are proposed for the mixed noise. The simulation results show that the median filtering is the best for salt and pepper noise, the smooth filtering and Wiener filtering are better for Gauss noise and multiplicative noise, and the fusion filtering method with improved mean filtering is the best for gear images with mixed noise.

Starting from the application purpose of distribution network planning and the idea of solving a large-scale and complex problem through using a simple method, a practical method is proposed for calculating the power supply capacity of a high voltage distribution network based on power supply area division. Based on relatively independent power supply subareas, the power supply capacity of a high voltage distribution network is obtained by the direct accumulation of its subareas’ power supply capacities. As part of that work, an approximate estimation formula is deduced, which can convert the allowable line voltage loss into a corresponding capacity constraint, so that the influence of voltage quality on power supply capacity can be concisely considered. Also, the approximate formulas are deduced for estimating the power supply capacities of typical high-voltage wiring modes, which are convenient for manual calculation or intervention. The example shows that the presented model and method are intuitive, simple, stable and effective, and are convenient for popularization and application in practice.

Due to the influence of the surrounding environment of airport’s navigation equipment, the existing measurement technology cannot carry out fault diagnosis of navigation equipment according to the results of the measurement system of the navigation equipment, and the staff can only carry out artificial fault diagnosis according to their experience. However, the artificial diagnosis results may be inaccurate. This paper proposes a navigation signal measurement method and system, in order to eliminate or reduce the environmental factors interference to the measurement, so that the navigation equipment test system can measures the navigation signal more accurately, and obtains more accurate measurement results. Based on the measurement results, this paper also proposes an online diagnosis method and system for navigation equipment, which can realize the online diagnosis of navigation equipment and has a high accuracy.

: In order to improve the working efficiency of high speed and high precision AGV, the method of path planning in dispatching system is studied, and an improved Astar algorithm is proposed, which can reduce the number of inflection points needed in path planning. The weight ratio of AGV going straight and turning is raised. The improved algorithm is applied to AGV path planning, which improves the efficiency of the algorithm. Experimental results show that the efficiency of this algorithm is higher than that of traditional Astar algorithm in the application of specific enterprise projects.

: A new design method for emitter finger space of multi-finger HBT was proposed to improve thermal stability of HBT. The 3-D temperature distribution, cross section temperature distribution, cross section temperature gradient distribution of five-finger power HBT with traditional emitter structure and non-uniform emitter finger space structure at the same dissipation power are given. Compared with 3-D temperature distribution and cross section temperature distribution, the difference between traditional emitter structure and non-uniform emitter finger space structure is more distinctive, so the cross-section temperature gradient distribution is more effective for the design technique of non-uniform finger spacing of multiple finger power HBT.
