Integral Paraphrase of Physical Parameters of Non-uniformly Induced Medium in Optical Current Transformer 光电流互感器中非均匀感应介质物理参数的积分解释

: The three global physical quantities is presented to reveal optical sensing properties of a non-uniformly induced medium. The study found that, the sine function of average induction angle is the weighted integral of sine function of induction angle of optical path; the exponential function of average uneven angle is the weighted integral of exponential function of uneven angle of optical path; the global phase shift difference is the weighted integral of induced birefringence of optical path. The values verify that physical quantities have a specific but non-approximate integral relation with the corresponding physical quantity of optical path.

Xiangtan geely automobile production base, the author of this paper wiper washing system failure occurs, the washing ball core fracture problem of the nozzle, combined with the actual production, based on product failure reason analysis, found the ball core fracture basic appear in the winter, the temperature decrease after the plastic shrinkage, the matching of the nozzle and the spool too tight, the user without the use of special debugging tools debug copper ball, caused the ball core fracture, for this reason, put forward to increase before initial washing nozzle spray Angle 6.5 o, and adjust the structure of the nozzle core ball, the ball core from square to V groove root, enhance the strength of ball core groove, using the method of 3D modeling, According to former car washing nozzle design parameters, through the Pro/E 3D software to complete before washing nozzle and improving design of 3D model, using the finite element analysis of ANSYS Workbench before washing nozzle improvement before and after the deformation and stress distribution, the improved deformation from 0.0023643 mm to 0.0012954 mm, the improved maximum stress value from 472.87 MPa to 259.09 MPa, ultimate strength less than 300 MPa, improve the rationality of the design is verified, for enterprises to solve the quality problem, have a very good reference value.

Study on Intermittent Failure Phenomenon of the Automotive Environmental Light Sensor 汽车环境光传感器间歇性失效现象的研究

: According to the failure or intermittent failure of the FC-3AB ambient light sensor that feedback from the production site of Geely Automobile, the vehicles in this condition were tested and it is found that after the key hits the ignition lock ON file and switch the AUTO file, ark light environment (palm cover sun sensor) lights automatically open function is failure. When the car headlight is turned on manually, the headlight can be turned on, indicating that there is no problem with the car headlight. In this paper, the factors that cause the failure are collated and analyzed, and the fish bone map is drawn. Through the analysis of the quality of the ambient light sensor and the analysis of the process steps, it is determined that the solution is to seal the sensor assembly to ensure that the internal circuit of the shell does not fail due to moisture, the headlights of the car can be turned on normally, and the light in the car can be automatically adjusted. Eventually, the correctness of the solution is verified through experiments, and the failure rate of the automotive ambient light sensor is minimized, effectively improving the reliability of the ambient light sensor and the safety of driving.

Analysis of Denoising Method and Study of Denoising Fusion Optimization Algorithms for Industrial Gear Image 工业齿轮图像去噪方法分析及去噪融合优化算法研究

: Aiming at the problem of noise filtering in the detection of industrial gear defects by machine vision technology, this paper makes some analysis and study for industrial gear image. For the analysis of denoising method, it uses the method of MATLAB numerical simulation to apply single noise (like Gauss noise, salt and pepper noise, multiplicative noise) to gear image, and uses median filter, mean filter, Gaussian smoothing filter and Wiener filter separately to filtering and compare the different filtering effects. For the study of denoising fusion optimization, a neighborhood mean method based on extremum median filter and a fusion filter method are proposed for the mixed noise. The simulation results show that the median filtering is the best for salt and pepper noise, the smooth filtering and Wiener filtering are better for Gauss noise and multiplicative noise, and the fusion filtering method with improved mean filtering is the best for gear images with mixed noise.

Internet of vehicles technology can realize intelligent traffic management, intelligent dynamic information service and intelligent vehicle control, which is a typical application of Internet of things technology in the field of transportation system. With the development and promotion of communication technology and Internet of vehicles, the future development of driverless technology is very worth looking forward to. V2X technology, which is indispensable for driverless driving and smart transportation, has gradually become the research key point of Internet of vehicles technology, as a specific application of the Internet of things, V2X technology can play a great role in driverless vehicles. With the continuous development of technology, V2X technology has also been developed rapidly in China. This paper introduces the key technologies and technical standards of V2X, summarizes and forecasts the application of V2X technology in driverless technology.

A Method for Calculating Power Supply Capacity of a High Voltage Distribution Network based on Power Supply Area Division 基于供电区域划分的高压配电网供电容量计算方法

Starting from the application purpose of distribution network planning and the idea of solving a large-scale and complex problem through using a simple method, a practical method is proposed for calculating the power supply capacity of a high voltage distribution network based on power supply area division. Based on relatively independent power supply subareas, the power supply capacity of a high voltage distribution network is obtained by the direct accumulation of its subareas’ power supply capacities. As part of that work, an approximate estimation formula is deduced, which can convert the allowable line voltage loss into a corresponding capacity constraint, so that the influence of voltage quality on power supply capacity can be concisely considered. Also, the approximate formulas are deduced for estimating the power supply capacities of typical high-voltage wiring modes, which are convenient for manual calculation or intervention. The example shows that the presented model and method are intuitive, simple, stable and effective, and are convenient for popularization and application in practice.

Due to the influence of the surrounding environment of airport’s navigation equipment, the existing measurement technology cannot carry out fault diagnosis of navigation equipment according to the results of the measurement system of the navigation equipment, and the staff can only carry out artificial fault diagnosis according to their experience. However, the artificial diagnosis results may be inaccurate. This paper proposes a navigation signal measurement method and system, in order to eliminate or reduce the environmental factors interference to the measurement, so that the navigation equipment test system can measures the navigation signal more accurately, and obtains more accurate measurement results. Based on the measurement results, this paper also proposes an online diagnosis method and system for navigation equipment, which can realize the online diagnosis of navigation equipment and has a high accuracy.

Research of Intelligent Dynamic Dispathcing System of High Speed and High Precision AGV 高速高精度AGV智能动态调度系统研究

: In order to improve the working efficiency of high speed and high precision AGV, the method of path planning in dispatching system is studied, and an improved Astar algorithm is proposed, which can reduce the number of inflection points needed in path planning. The weight ratio of AGV going straight and turning is raised. The improved algorithm is applied to AGV path planning, which improves the efficiency of the algorithm. Experimental results show that the efficiency of this algorithm is higher than that of traditional Astar algorithm in the application of specific enterprise projects.
为了提高高速高精度AGV的工作效率,对调度系统中的路径规划方法进行了研究,提出了一种改进的Astar算法,该算法可以减少路径规划中所需的拐点数量。提高了AGV直行和转弯的重量比。将改进算法应用于AGV路径规划中,提高了算法的效率。实验结果表明,在具体企业项目的应用中,该算法的效率高于传统的Astar算法。

: A new design method for emitter finger space of multi-finger HBT was proposed to improve thermal stability of HBT. The 3-D temperature distribution, cross section temperature distribution, cross section temperature gradient distribution of five-finger power HBT with traditional emitter structure and non-uniform emitter finger space structure at the same dissipation power are given. Compared with 3-D temperature distribution and cross section temperature distribution, the difference between traditional emitter structure and non-uniform emitter finger space structure is more distinctive, so the cross-section temperature gradient distribution is more effective for the design technique of non-uniform finger spacing of multiple finger power HBT.
