Influence of diffusive combustion on the rotary furnace performance 扩散燃烧对转炉性能的影响

Diffuse combustion is one of the basic mode of the heat generation. Solution of the diffuse combustion problems very tightly connected with specific conditions of its utilization. Insufficient regarding of the specific conditions can significantly decrease their performance (in comparison by their technical possibility). On the other hand, by proper solutions of diffuse combustion, activity of thermal apparatuses can be significantly improved. Diffuse combustion can be realized by axial or radial burners. Axial diffuse burners are generating required flame length by adaptation of their geometry, mainly by the position and dimensioning of fuel nozzles. By their adequate arrangement combustion efficiency can be significantly improved. Radial diffuse burners consist in transversal fuel flow. By radial mixing, flame length in axial direction can be significantly decreased. Radial flame is arranged in such way that the principal combustion is executed in its primary part. This has important influence on development of combustion process. Pilot and industrial experiments of diffuse burners on the rotary furnaces enabled to achieve improved combustion and to increase the heat transfer directed to the heated material. The main contribution is very effective combustion of the secondary air, which results in the increasing influence of the secondary air proportion on the whole combustion process. Developed mathematical model of the rotary furnace combustion was used for burner design and flame optimal distribution in the burner side of the furnace. Presented diffusive burner was experimentally verified on the sintered magnesia production process in the rotary furnaces.

Measurement-control system for an automotive vehicle engine mount 汽车发动机悬置测控系统

The measurement-control system developed for testing the automotive vehicle engine mounts based on a MR damper operated in squeeze mode has been installed in a purpose-built test facility. The paper summarises the structural design of the system, the procedure applied in identification of characteristics of signal processing from sensors and selected results of preliminary tests.

Active noise control in the concept of IoT 物联网概念中的主动噪声控制

This paper introduces a “proof of concept” system for Active Noise Control (ANC) where the audio data from the reference microphones are travelling through the already existing Ethernet network. The system realizes the active noise control with the help of a multi channel DSP card. The noise control algorithm is the Filtered Error Least Mean Square (ELMS) - an LMS variant -, which has already proven its efficiency previously in different environments. The audio data from the reference microphone to the DSP card are digitalised with the help of an ADSP-BF537 Ez-Lite Kit, and transmitted over Ethernet to a counterpart ADSP-BF537 Ez-Lite Kit card, which converts it back to an analogue signal to be able to be fed into the multi channel DSP card. The article highlights the usage of Ethernet network for audio transmission, and shows the problems that are caused by the properties of such medium, as well as the potential that lies in it. The working of the system and its efficiency is illustrated by measurement results.

On the dynamics of oilwell drillstrings with asynchronous motor drive 异步电动机驱动下油井钻柱动力学研究

Recent work in stick-slip vibration quenching for drill pipes has been focused on models with distributed parameters where the drill pipe is assimilated to a rod. On the other hand it has been pointed out that the driving motor dynamics control may be helpful in reducing the breakdown/failures of the drilling devices. The present paper incorporates the dynamics of the induction driving motor. The influence of the control approach is discussed.

Model reference adaptive sliding surface design for nonlinear systems 非线性系统模型参考自适应滑动面设计

In this study, a new model reference adaptive sliding surface (MRASS) design algorithm is proposed for a general class of nonlinear systems. The proposed MRASS methodology generates a nonlinear sliding surface for a given nonlinear plant dynamics by using a model reference sliding surface. Before the adaptation process, a model reference sliding surface is designed for a reference nonlinear system by using the State Dependent Riccati Equation (SDRE) techniques. The designed sliding surface for the reference nonlinear model is then adapted for a given nonlinear plant dynamics. The sliding mode controller for the nonlinear plant is then designed by using the adaptive sliding surfaces. The proposed method is illustrated with an autopilot design for a missile model.

EPC application framework in the context of Internet of Things 物联网环境下的EPC应用框架

Internet of Things philosophy implementation in conditions of the existing communication networks requires new types of services and interoperability. Once of the desired innovations is communication between existing IP world and the new generation network. Not just networks of smart devices that may not always have IP connectivity, but also other RFID-labeled objects and sensors. Fulfilling the need for high-quality applications for further more specific parameters of these objects internet of things, as may be location, serial number, distinctive and unique characters/connections, can add a proper extension of the existing network and system infrastructure with new information and naming service. Their purpose is not only to assign a unique identifier to the object, but also allow users to new services use other information associated with the selected object. The technology that enables the data processing, filtering and storage is defined in the Electronic Product Code Application Framework (EPCAF) as RFID middleware and EPCIS. One of the implementations of these standards is the Open Source solution Fosstrak. We experimented with Fosstrak system that was developed on Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) by an academic initiative but nowadays we are going to prove its benefits in the context of business environment. The project is aimed also on connection and linking between systems of the EPCIS class made by the ONS systems.

Use of PLC and PIC for realization of intelligent family house 利用PLC和PIC实现智能家庭住宅

The article deals with usage of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) for realization of intelligent family house model. The aim was to design intelligent family house model with help of microelectronic components and compare advantages and disadvantages of PLC Simatic 314C-2DP and PIC 16F873A in this branch. In this thesis were made for example modules serving for temperature control, DC motor control, lights control or modules for security system. Data transfer between PIC and PC is realized by serial communication and between PLC and PC is OPC (OLE for Process Control) communication. Everything is controlled and monitored from SCADA/HMI system called Control Web 6. Application is accessible via Internet browser in local network. The view of application is adapted to viewing through mobile phone.

Differential filters in control systems - manipulator 控制系统中的微分滤波器。机械手

The paper discusses the use of differential filters in control algorithms. The filters are designed to determine the derivatives of the input signal and eliminate measuring and quantization noise. The differential filters improved the quality of control, with the results being better than those obtained with the classic Finite Difference Method (FDM). The primary purpose of the study was to employ the differential filters in a real-time control algorithm, which requires appropriate derivatives. The control process involved applying a method of aggregation of state variables, based on signal derivatives, which can be used for non-linear dynamic systems. The experiments were conducted on a test stand with a manipulator equipped with an electric drive acting as the plant to be controlled.

The filters are designed to determine the derivatives of the input signal and eliminate measuring and quantization noise. The differential filters improved the quality of control, with the results being better than those obtained with the classic Finite Difference Method (FDM). The primary purpose of the study was to employ the differential filters in a real-time control algorithm, which requires appropriate derivatives. The control process involved applying a method of aggregation of state variables, based on signal derivatives, which can be used for non-linear dynamic systems. Mathematical modelling of single pressure heat recovery steam generator 单压力热回收蒸汽发生器的数学建模

The paper presents the methodology, algorithm and results of simulations of single pressure heat recovery steam generator. The analyzed waste boiler contains economizer, evaporator, primary, secondary superheater and desuperheater. Using mass and energy balances, the mathematical model of HRSG is worked out. Development of analytical model of heat transfer in heat recovery steam generator is very complex. This approach requires a detail knowledge about construction and geometric dimensions of surface areas. Hence, to simplify descriptions of heat transfer process, an empirical equations were used. A developed system of equations was solved with the help of iterative procedure.

Ensuring the security of warehouse using automatic identification by RFID 采用RFID自动识别,确保仓库安全

Every company and institution faces the necessity to manage its inventory. For high accuracy, security and easy operation of inventory management system it is necessary to have an easily recognizable identifier on all managed objects. The aim of our present project is to modernize the methods of automatic inventory management and asset protection with the help of the application of radio frequency identification technology (RFID hereinafter) to automatically identify the occurrence of marked objects. During the solutions we have to deal with many obstacles such as the bindings of data flowing from RFID system with internal information systems of asset owner companies. Appropriate choice of tags for individual subjects, their testing and readability experiments also have to be done. Another important part of the solution, that has to be developed in the project, is the system of reading gates. The gates are integrated in the door frames to allow automated identification of the objects brought in and out of the selected room. By modifying of mentioned solution we also introduce the design of a gatehouse that is able to prevent theft or unauthorized take away of material and equipment. In contrast, when the permitted items are taken away the system can easily generate the necessary forms to manage status of selected objects, decreasing the administrative burden. The result of the project is a solution consisting of information system and described hardware components for inventory management. The information system is possible to integrate with corporate ERP information systems. The pilot project was implemented and tested at VřB laboratories and we suppose deployment of the system in close future in cooperation with TINT Ltd. Company.
