The paper, invented by Cai Lun in second century of B.C., has been one of the biggest factors in the development of cultures over the years. Paper consumption is increasing in parallel with this development, but the need for paper raises many problems. The main basis of these problems is the destruction of forests, the triggering and emergence of environmental problems such as air pollution and natural disasters. In addition, with the increasing need for paper consumption in the world, it has revealed the risk of decreasing natural resources such as straw and cotton, as well as wood, which is the source of cellulose used in paper production. As a solution to this, the producers have begun to turn to the used paper source. In this sense, recycling is frequently used to recycle used papers. The prevalence of useage area puts the paper among the products with high social and economic effects. However, due to its nature, paper cannot be procured from nature as a substance that can be directly utilized, it emerges from different raw materials and in different ways with human labor and knowledge. Acidiferous substances and hard water used in the production of paper have shortened the life of the paper. Especially in calligraphy and marbling art, the quality of the paper directly affects the quality of the work to be built. For this reason, artists prefer traditional hand-made papers that are good and low in acid and can last for many years or even centuries. In this study, traditional handmade acid-free paper production will be explained in the sample of the project of Düzce University Calligraphy and Marbling Art Paper Production with Traditional Methods and a comprehensive analysis will be presented on its method and benefits. As a result, traditional paper production will be encouraged in calligraphy and marbling art, where paper affects the quality of the work. In this sense, it is thought that the study will contribute to the field of art, ecology and cultural studies. Keywords: Paper, paper production, traditional handmade paper production, acid-free paper, art

Education is the deliberate enculturation process in general. The concept of deliberation here emphasizes a program that does not leave expectations to coincidences and thus excludes unwanted situations. No matter how accurately and effectively this program is organized, quality control is still carried out at the end of the process with assessment and evaluation processes. The assessment and evaluation processes in education provide feedback in terms of the effectiveness of both the student and the program. This would also lead to an effective reorganization of the process. One of the problems faced during the transition from product or outcome based student assessment approaches to process-based alternative assessment approaches is the difficulty in evaluating the student data collected by more than one alternative assessment instruments. Using all the data about the student in determining the academic achievement of students affects the success of process assessment approach positively. Educational Data Mining is the computer aided search of the relations and rules that enable us to make predictions about the present and the future through the use of the massive amount of data concerning the educational process obtained from various sources. With this process, patterns, similarities and correlations that are in a large data warehouse can be determined and interpreted by using any of pattern recognition methods. Through enabling holistic evaluation of data obtained by process evaluation oriented assessment instruments such as portfolio, rubrics, self and peer assessment, performance assessment etc. it will be possible to obtain the relations concerning not only students’ academic achievement but also students, teachers, schools and courses. The Ottoman Empire signed an alliance agreement with Germany right after the start of the First World War. After the Alliance treaty, political and military targets were determined in the meeting held among the leaders of the Committee of Union and Progress to determine the policy to be followed. In this meeting, it was also decided to set up an Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa, which would carry out a guerilla war for the army. Establishment of Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa, immediately after the alliance signed with Germany, shows that Germany is also looking at this kind of initiative. It was established under the proposal of Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa Enver Pasha under the Ministry of War. Süleyman Askeri Bey, who dealt with the guerilla war, was brought to the head of the Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa. The next two presidents were elected among soldiers of military origin. Unionist officers formed the core of the organization. Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa carried out activities in the Balkans, Caucasus, Morocco, Tripoli, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and Syria during the First World War. However, during the war, the Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa underwent some changes. After Ali Başhampa, a civilian, became the president, the name of Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa became Umur-ı Şarkiyye Dairesi, and Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa became more central and civil. Following this change, Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa started to conduct propaganda rather than military activity. In this article, the activities carried out by Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa during the First World War will be evaluated.

Helenistic art is a reflection of eclectic culture. We come across Helenism as a period of change in every kind of field. Social and economic difference of the Greek enabled them to turn into multi national structure from a perspective of a political site state run and to unite different nations in the same place. Alexander’s Eastern expedition (battle/fight) made also a cultural movement, This structural change was followed by forming stat-run instutions and wealth in religions, ideal forms in Helenistic sculpture arts made ideals get materialized by leaving its place to a naturalistic perspective. Helenstic artist, by this way, was able to open the doors of unlimited World that he formed in his own mind. The subjects in the sculptures were those from social life. By this way, we enabled us to be able to see the effect of epicurism and stocism which were the philasophical ideas of Helenistic period Therefore, lt can be said that there is a human image in Helenistic art. Helenistic understanding which was based on individual showed its effect also on sculptures. Human characters are reflected in a realistic way. The topics, from that time, were about ordinary people, children, drunk wamen and all segments of society. The impact of Epicurus and Stoa philosophy on the society enabled the art to be oriented to human, and enabled the heavenly art to be on the earth. Helenism which gave a spiritual meanig to the stone, undersigned beautiful work. The new human image which powerful minds explored showed itself in all its dimensions.

With the rapid development of technology, the education system also needs to renew itself and keep up with these developments in technology. A new approach in the field of education, the Flipped Learning Model, uses technology to give students the opportunity to learn the theoretical part of the lessons individually from videos and to come prepared for the lesson. In order to have a good accounting education, applications and case studies should be conducted frequently. Therefore, the Flipped Learning model seems to be a very appropriate approach to accounting education. In this study, a questionnaire is applied to 136 students who took accounting education in Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in order to analyze the appropriateness of the Flipped Learning model in accounting education and to investigate perspectives of students related to the subject. According to the results of the study, the students reported that the Flipped Learning model would increase the interest to the class, make it easier to learn the lesson, increase communication with classmates and the lecturer and increase the active participation and motivation of the class. Most of the students stated that they would like to study accounting in Flipped Classes. Keywords: Flipped learning, survey, perspectives of students
