The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales volume in SMEs. The sample of this study were 34 traders who redistributed the product, the sample was taken using a census sampling technique, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, the data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, while the data analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing this hypothesis using the coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a significant effect on sales volume.

This study aims to determine the effect of equity market timing on the capital structure of manufacturing companies that conducted initial public offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is the manufacturing sector companies that conduct initial offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2010-2015 periods. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, 18 companies became the research sample. Capital structure in this study is proxied by leverage while equity market timing is proxied by the market-to-book ratio. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis with panel data estimation. Prior to the regression analysis, the model specification test and classical assumption test were carried out to ensure that the research model was feasible to use. The results of this study indicate that equity market timing has a negative and significant effect on the company's capital structure.

The study aims to examine the effect of tax socialization, understanding of taxation, tax rates and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in e-commerce at Shopee. The population used in this study were all questionnaires distributed via chat on the Shopee platform. The data used were collected based on voluntary sampling method and obtained a sample of 104 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS. The result in this study reveal that the variables of taxation socialization, understanding of taxation, and tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance in e-commerce at Shopee and tax rates affect taxpayer compliance in e-commerce at Shopee.

The problem that occurs at PT Hamana Works Indonesia is that the employee's performance has not been maximized, which is indicated by the fact that there are still many employees who use their leave rights from what has been stipulated. The research was conducted by collecting data by using a questionnaire on all employees with a total of 62 employees as respondents. Data from 2019 to 2020 shows an increase in employees using leave entitlements beyond the stipulated and reaching 50% in 2020. Researchers conducted tests using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Partial Least Square or SEM PLS approach using tools in the form of statistical software, namely Smart pls. The results of the study are self-efficacy does not have a significant impact on employee performance, competence does not have a significant impact on employee performance, remuneration does not have a significant impact on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, communication has no significant effect on employee performance, Organizational citizenship behaviors have a significant effect on performance employees, self-efficacy has a significant effect on OCB, competence has a significant effect on OCB, remuneration has no impact on OCB, leadership has no impact on OCB, communication has a significant effect on OCB, self-efficacy through OCB has a significant effect on performance, competence through OCB has no significant effect on performance , remuneration through OCB has no significant effect on employee performance, leadership through OCB has no significant effect on performance and communication has a positive effect through OCB on app employee performance. Researchers suggest companies to improve leadership, OCB, competence, communication and self-efficacy for employees.

This study aims to determine the influence and analysis of local government policy strategies on increasing production capacity, employment, and increasing income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buol district. This study uses a quantitative research design with correlation inferential statistics. Data sources are primary and secondary data, namely data obtained from observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. In this study 102 respondents as a sample of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buol District. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the research and discussion of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the local government's policy strategies have an effect on increasing the production capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). further Government policy strategies affect the employment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Service quality is very important in the development of a hotel, namely to attract guests who come and become regular visitors, as well as price and location. Price and location is one of the keys to the success of a business, especially in the hospitality sector. Currently every hotel has the goal of ensuring an adequate level of profitability from its core activities, which can be achieved not only by reducing the cost of providing hotel services, but also by setting an optimal price for their services. and the location at the Hotel Pansur Gading Ressort. The respondents of this study were 20% of all hotel guests, namely 40 people. This research method used SPSS 25, the data analysis method was descriptive quantitative, and this study used multiple linear regression analysis mode. This study aims to determine the effect of the Sapta Pesona Program on the level of tourist visits to Ergendang Cave. Data collection techniques used in this study are: observation, interviews, and questionnaires. After all the data is obtained then the data uses spss 28.0. From the results of testing the data that has been processed, the first termination coefficient is 0.227 or 2.7%, indicating that the saptapesona and facilities variables are able to express variations in the number of tourist visits to the Ergendang Cave tourist attraction. The two Sapta Pesona variables have a partial effect on tourist visits, the facility variable has a positive effect on the number of visitors to the Ergendang Cave tourist attraction and is partially significant. The three charms and facilities in the Ergendang Cave also increase the number of visitors.

This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus competence, internal control, and organizational commitment to the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of data in this study is quantitative data using a questionnaire as a means of obtaining data. This research was conducted in the village of Perbaungan sub-district Serdang Bedagai Regency as many as 24 villages. The population and sample in this study were 120 people, 5 people each in each village. The data analysis method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study found that apparatus competence have a significant influence on the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. While internal control and organizational commitment have no effect on the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Construction companies are one of the investment sectors in Indonesia in the country's economy. However, in recent years, construction sector stocks have experienced fluctuations, which has caused many construction sector issuers to sell their shares. This study aims to examine potential factors in influencing the influence of stock returns on the construction sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 period. This research obtained data obtained from financial statements on companies listed on the IDX. Purposive sampling was used in this study in obtaining research samples. Nine companies were used in this study that met the criteria in purposive sampling. Based on the results of chow testing and hausman testing, and for the data analysis method, namely by using panel data regression with fixed-effect models, the results of this study show that the current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on stock returns. However, the return on assets and debt to asset ratio have no effect on stock returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Telkomsel in city X which will be conducted in 2022. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews with respondents using Telkomsel cards. In addition to primary data, this study also uses secondary data in the form of references derived from published articles in journals or proceedings and books. Questionnaires were distributed to 109 respondents using Telkomsel cards, sampling using accidental samples. The variables observed in this study consisted of service quality and customer satisfaction. The service quality variable indicators consist of physical evidence, attention, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. While the indicators of customer satisfaction consist of product quality, service quality, and convenience factors. The research data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression with data quality testing and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test and partial test, while data processing used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that service quality influences customer satisfaction at PT. Telkomsel in city X.
