Subject/topic. The subject of the research is the analysis of prices on the oil market due to the conduct of «energy wars» as a potential element of the geopolitics of states that are the main players in the oil market. Goals/tasks. Using numerous statistical sources, the opinions of oil market experts, and the work of scientists in the field of ensuring economic security and stable economic development of our country, the causes of crisis phenomena in the oil market were analyzed and the role of the main participants-states in the conduct of «energy wars» was revealed. Methodology. The methodological basis of the article consists of modern achievements of the theory of knowledge. During the research, event and statistical analysis, system analysis methodology, as well as expert and structural analysis were applied. Results. The article analyzes the economic crises from the end of the 20th century to the present, their relationship with the geopolitics of the oil market, reveals the main reasons for conducting «energy wars», the goals and objectives of individual states. Based on expert analysis, available statistical and scientific publications in the field of pricing in the oil market, the author's views and recommendations for conducting the policy of our state on pricing in the oil market are given. Conclusions/significance. The study revealed significant differences between the causes of the sharp drop in prices on the oil market in 2008, 2014 and 2020 and the role of OPEC, OPEC+, and the main oil market participants. The article substantiates the need for a consolidated decision by all countries that produce oil in large volumes, for a gradual exit from the current situation as a result of the «energy war». Application. The results of the research can be applied in making managerial decisions by officials of state authorities on the implementation of state policy in the oil market.

The article discusses the problems, risks, trends in the development of the world economy at the beginning of 2022 and the mechanisms translating the negative impacts of the world economic system to the Russian economy in the context military special operation in Ukraine and increased sanctions pressure. Goal. To identify and analyze new problems, risks and trends in the development of the world economy after the outbreak of the military conflict in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, as well as mechanisms for relaying the negative impacts of the world economic system to the Russian economy in new conditions. Objectives. Analysis of the impact of the military conflict in Ukraine on the main macroeconomic indicators of the development of the world economy; study of the socio-economic consequences of the conflict in Ukraine on individual countries, groups of countries and regions; analysis of new sanctions measures imposed against Russia by other countries; analysis of the impact of new sanctions measures and negative impacts of the world economic system on the main macroeconomic indicators of the development of the Russian economy. Methodology. The methods of system analysis, classification and comparison, evolutionary-institutional theory and historical approach were applied in the course of the study. Results. Despite the fact that the conflict in Ukraine is local and only two countries are directly involved in the fighting, occupying a fairly small share in world GDP and world trade, the socio-economic consequences of this conflict are global in nature and will affect most regions and countries of the world. This is due to the fact that Russia and Ukraine are the main suppliers to the world markets of a number of raw materials and agricultural goods. In 2022, a rather serious reduction in the main macroeconomic indicators of the Russian economy is predicted. Such deep rates of decline in GDP and gross fixed capital accumulation have not been observed in Russia since the crisis of 2009 and the transformational crisis of the early 1990s. Conclusions. One of the main challenges for the Russian economy at the moment is the issue of the ability of structural adjustment to move away from commodity dependence in the face of sanctions restrictions on the export of new technologies to Russia and the outflow of highly qualified specialists from the country.

Subject/topic. The article discusses the possibilities and prospects of ensuring the dynamic stability of the economic development of industrial enterprises through the use of end-to-end technologies of the digital economy. The purpose and objectives of the study is to consider the potential and state of the use of digital technologies in the context of ensuring the dynamic sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises and to identify promising areas for improvement. Methodology. The study used: the general scientific dialectical method of knowledge, as well as some special research methods: comparative, survey method, statistical, generalization method and others. Results. An approach to understanding dynamic stability as a key characteristic of economic development has been substantiated. The importance of end-to-end digital technologies as a source of dynamism and sustainability of the development process of industrial enterprises is noted. Insufficient effectiveness of digitalization of Russian industrial enterprises is stated, factors that inhibit and stimulate industrial digitalization are highlighted. Some promising areas of digital assistance to ensure the economic development of Russian industrial enterprises are presented. Conclusions/Relevance. It has been confirmed that complex digital technologies of the so-called "end-to-end" nature can be fairly considered as the most modern toolkit for ensuring the dynamic sustainability of the development of economic entities in industry. Their use is truly synergistic in nature, since it pushes high-tech development of related industries, provides a deeper penetration of digitalization into the public sector, and also contributes to an integral increase in the global competitiveness of domestic industry, thereby making an invaluable contribution to achieving the desired parameters of national economic security. The promising directions of digitalization as a tool for ensuring the dynamic stability of the economic development of Russian industrial enterprises are given, such as the introduction of wireless communication technologies and the industrial Internet along the entire territorial chain of added value creation; activation of the use of robotics and sensorics components through the support of digital control and monitoring tools; orientation of the consumer product portfolio to the "Internet of Things"; further digitalization of general administrative and management processes (upstream-level of management of industrial enterprises) based on the introduction of tools and technologies for integrated digital planning and digital controlling.

The article considers the problem of increasing the energy efficiency of the economy, in particular, reducing the energy intensity of GDP. The basic factors determining the dynamics of energy intensity of GDP are analyzed. Possible scenarios of changes in the energy intensity of GDP depending on the level of GDP and domestic primary energy consumption are presented. The problem of achieving the set goals is considered. It is shown that the unattainability of the target (desired) level of energy intensity of GDP in the declared (designated) terms with the specific impact of instruments of a particular economic policy is the result of many factors. It is concluded that the set goals in energy saving were not achieved in the planned time frame, and the possibility of their implementation in the current trends of economic development (even taking into account their revision in the medium term) is not obvious. To reduce the energy intensity of GDP, it is necessary in practice to implement a decoupling strategy: to ensure economic growth without an increase in the use of resources due to their more rational use and application of the best available technologies.

The development of the regional economy in the innovative aspect is a necessary factor in increasing its competitiveness and technological sovereignty, which is of particular relevance in an unstable geopolitical situation. The transition of the economy of each constituent entity of the Russian Federation to an innovative development path is a priority task, which is reflected in the framework of legal acts regulating the conditions for socio-economic development both at the regional and federal levels (strategies, programs, etc.). One of the stages of its solution is to take into account the economic specifics, which largely determines the conditions for the implementation of innovative activities in a particular territory. The study is aimed at developing directions for the development of innovative activity in regions with a single-industry structure of the economy. Its relevance is justified by the fact that the single-industry structure, which is typical for many Russian regions, especially the northern ones, acts as a factor that «slows down» the development of innovative activity. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the problems associated with identifying approaches to the essence of the single-industry structure of the economy, as well as disclosing the features of its impact on innovation activity in the region. The research methodology is based on the use of system analysis, documentary and sociological methods. As part of the discussion, the results of in-depth interviews with experts on innovative development in the region are presented. As a result, directions for the development of innovative activity were developed, among which is particularly noteworthy the diversification in monopolized sectors of the economy, where innovation plays a special role, through the development of small and medium-sized innovative businesses, as well as the development of qualitatively new sectors of the regional economy.
