Since the highly conflicting evidence could not be combined effectively through D-S evidence theory, a novel D-S data fusion method based on evidence quality is introduced in this paper. The concrete algorithm for the reliability of observer and the measure of quality function value based on observer reliability are proposed. In the data fusion, adopting the measure of evidence quality, the collected data from multi-sensor is assigned to the different weight according to the reliability of observer, and the probability assignment value is correspondingly adjusted. The improved D-S evidence theory, along with combining the highly conflicting evidence, is applied successfully to the prediction of mine water inrush. The experimental results show that the method is effective.

The real color video consumes much transfer bandwidth and the resource of the hardware. A new approach is introduced to process the real color video images in real-time using color components combination to fit to the limited transmission bandwidth. The Y, U, V planes of video images are packed to construct a 2 dimensional complex array. Through the decomposition of frequency domain, the Y, U, V frequency can be got respectively by performing Fourier transform a time on the specific complex array. These frequencies can be filtered to generate the final filtered images. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm is 3X speed compared to the traditional algorithm, and it reduces 1/3 bandwidth of video data stream.

Studies on rotation invariant texture in remote sensing image processing are relatively rare. Local Binary Pattern (LBP) is a relatively new rotation invariant texture measure which is theoretically simply but powerful. In this paper, the LBP operator was proposed to calculate texture features of the stimulant image derived from high-resolution remote sensing image. The produced texture image was combined with the spectral data in image classification to evaluate the performance of the rotation invariant texture measure. The result was compared to classifications using spectral data alone and plus traditional rotation variant texture images. Experiments demonstrate that compared to spectral classification, the classification overall accuracy can be significantly improved when the rotation invariant texture is included. The results also show that the rotation invariant texture result show a more than four percentage increase in overall accuracy, compared with the classification result with traditional Grey-Level Co- occurrence Matrix texture.

From the constitution of computation, the main subjects of computer science and technology have been summarized. Meanwhile, the reasons why the developments of software technologies have pushed the computational science be widely used were analyzed. Multiple computing models were discussed base on different computer architectures. Finally, computation as a methodology, two important finance problems, effective financial supervision and high-speed financial product pricing, were solved by distributed and parallel computing.

Routing is a key technique for wireless sensor networks (WSN). In order to improve the efficiency of routing in large-scale WSN, we propose Sink Routing Table (SRT) routing protocol, a routing protocol for WSN, in this paper. In SRT protocol, nodes aggregate data and use energy aware neighbor selection to route packets towards the target along an optimal path, each common node has no need to maintain a routing table, sink node maintain one instead. Our simulation results show that SRT is robust on large-scale networks and works well in the face of uneven network load and energy consumption.

Vegetation reflectance spectra in field with spectrometer to be tested in this study, used eight kinds of spectral parameters to analysis spectral of vegetation, six kinds of heavy metal content in plant leaves to be measured, then the regression model from the spectral characteristic parameters to the heavy metal content can be built, according to this can inverse heavy metal content with spectral parameters, further analysis the pollution extent of mine vegetation. Sampling areas were polluted by Cr more seriously, secondly was Ni. The 4th point was polluted most seriously by the heavy metal, The regression equations of Pb, Cu, Zn heavy metals had high correlation coefficient. The red valley area and the water absorption area with the Zn content in leaves had a high linear correlation, the red valley depth and the water absorption depth with the Cu content in leaves had a high linear correlation.

The traditional Hidden Markov Model for web information extraction is sensitive to the initial model parameters and easy to lead to a sub-optimal model in practice. A hybrid conditional model to combine maximum entropy and maximum entropy Markov model is put forward for Web information extraction. With this approach, the input Web page is parsed to build an HTML tree, data regions are located in each HTML sub-tree node by estimating the entropy, which allows observations to be represented as arbitrary overlapping features (such as vocabulary, capitalization, HTML tags, and semantics), and defines the conditional probability of state sequences given to observation sequences for Web information extraction. Experimental results show that the new approach improves the performance in precision and recall over traditional hidden Markov model and maximum entropy Markov model.

With enhanced flexibility and interaction, education based on campus network has been emerging as one of the most promising teaching methods, particularly for Information Technology Education (ITE), which itself involves the development of Network education. In the paper, we briefly describe the characteristics of information technology education and focus on the implementation of J2EE framework-based Network education, which is elaborated in terms of system design and structure, user classification and related application mode. We discuss in detail several key techniques in the system development and some present thoughts of programming optimization.
