IT service providers face a great need to improve the quality of services by IT service management (ITSM) in highly complex IT Environments. This pressure demands a strong collaboration from both the external service providers and internal service providers. However, providers still lack the necessary support, in methodologies and tools, to achieve efficient collaboration strategies. This paper proposes an innovative approach which comprehends a methodology and a tool to support collaborative work in IT service management. The main ideal of this solution is to integrate worksheet management with the core processes of service support defined in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and inject delegation mechanism to the configuration management.

Research on the Framework of Decision Support System Based on ERP Systems 基于ERP系统的决策支持系统框架研究

Begin with the underutilization of the data in ERP systems, the paper analyzes the characteristic of the data in ERP systems and the problem of the application of DSS. It discusses how to import the data in ERP systems into Data Warehouse as the basic environment for DSS. Then, the architecture about decision support system (DSS) based on ERP is presented which is followed by the detailed interpretation of the data acquisition module. Explored new ways by which enhance the effectiveness of the ERP system.

College Teachers have the tasks of cultivating talents, research and social serving. Their work performance is directly influence the quality of each task and the development of college. Therefore, it has important practical significance to construct a reasonable performance evaluation system. Based on the practical work of college teacher, this paper designs the index system of college teacher performance evaluation, and constructs an evaluation model by Fuzzy-AHP method.

Notice of RetractionA New Application in Education: The Combination of Network Method and Traditional Model 在教育中的新应用:网络方法与传统模式的结合

In network era, network education as a symbol of modern education is talent showing itself. Some teachers blindly use this teaching means, but they did not achieve a better teaching results. After analyzing the modern teaching methods and the traditional teaching methods, the results are as follows: Traditional and network instruction methods have their different characteristics. Network instruction method wouldn't replace traditional one. But we can commix the two methods in teaching process in order to complement and benefit each other. Traditional instruction method should be as the main method, and the network as the aided one. Network instruction method should take advantage of network instead of staying in modality in order to have a better instruction effects that the traditional instruction doesn't. In order to prove the correctness of this view, we do the experiment in the university. Two groups of students were taught with different teaching methods. Compare the results of traditional education to the network-aided education, we should reasonably combine the network teaching methods and traditional teaching according to the feature of the course.

Moreover, a real case is analysed in the paper for the power enterprises to manage their asset and cover the risk actively.

Construction of the Practical Teaching System on Operating Systems Course 《操作系统》课程实践教学体系的构建

Operating systems course is very important. It is not only the core of computer professional curriculum, but also the base of designing or developing computer system software and application software. However, the practical teaching of operating systems course is difficult. In this article, we introduce the construction of the practical teaching system on operating systems and design a positive experimental environment according to the teaching content through comparing lots of operating systems practical textbooks from the perspective of teaching practice, at last we provide a MOS system for students, they can analyze, modify and extend the functions of MOS to master operating systems concepts and theory.

Mobile learning is an extension of distance learning or e-learning, supported by wireless mobile technologies. Through this medium, people are able to take the course at anytime and anywhere they want. This paper focuses on analyzing the application of wireless handheld devices (WHDs) used in M-learning. It covers the analysis of the role of WHDs, the identification of M-learning framework, the issues and challenges of the implementation process of WHDs into M-learning.

In this paper, we present several examples of using computer technology to make teaching and learning physics more effectively and efficiently. One example is using MATLAB to help students to resolve high-level physics problems, another example is using EXCEL to enhance efficiency of physics experimental data processing, the third example is using ANSYS to simulate physics phenomenon and help students comprehend physics processes. These examples show that computer technology will raise students' interest in physics, improves their creative capability and improves physics education.

Notice of RetractionAn Information Processing Model of E-learning from the Ecological Viewpoint 生态视域下的电子学习信息处理模型

Based on information processing theory, this study conducted an analysis of the literature on learning process models and put forward a new model of e-learning from the prospective of ecology. First, it suggested four stages during the development of information processing models on learning process, and pointed out the problems and limitations of previous researches. Then it constructed an ecological information processing model of e-learning based on the theories of social constructivism, distributed cognition and information ecology, and described three main characteristics of the model. Finally, it explained the implications and limitations of the model.

Study of Instructional Design in Ubiquitous Learning 泛在学习中的教学设计研究

The rapid development of information technology promotes the advent of ubiquitous age, and people's focus is gradually transferred to the ubiquitous learning from the mobile learning. As the study of instructional design in ubiquitous learning in the present is few, this article first briefly describes the concept and characteristics of ubiquitous learning, and then described theoretical foundation of ubiquitous learning, finally it proposes the model of instructional design in ubiquitous learning based on the traditional instructional design model in order to provide some references to future researches of instructional system design in ubiquitous learning.
