The translation and reception of "Bambi" in modern China have transformed a "Bildungsroman" into a "World Classic Fairy Tale." In different historical periods of modern China, "Bambi" has played roles in "Bildung education", "inspiring national spirit", and "projecting ideals of love and peace". With changes in historical contexts and the adaption of the film, "Bambi" has ultimately been shaped into a world classic fairy tale and widely accepted.

Boon Joon-ho's film Parasite inherits the allegorical narrative from his early works The Host and Snowpiercer. In The Host and Snowpiercer, the abstract, hypothetic dystopian setting goes well with the form of political allegory. However, Parasite takes realism as its blueprint and combines realism with an allegorical narrative. The combination casts a higher demand on the director who needs to fix the fissures between realism and the allegorical narrative. However, it's a pity that in Parasite, the lack of subconscious power, the straightforward representation of the silent "other", and the lack of ambiguity together make the combination incomplete and yet unbalanced.

In the era of rapid development of internet new media information interaction technology, various universities have also relied on new media technologies such as online MOOC platforms, Weibo, WeChat, DingTalk, etc., combined with the "online and offline" integrated teaching concept, to reform and innovate the existing subject education, ideological and political education, and employment guidance education models on campus, in order to improve the quality of professional course education, ideological and moral education, and behavior management for college students. Starting from the perspective of "comprehensive education" and information transformation development in higher education management, this paper explores the problems of insufficient systematic institutional system construction, inadequate construction of new media platforms, absence of new media management teams, and outdated management content and methods in current education management for student groups. Based on this, guided by constructivist theory and mass communication theory, and based on new media technology, it strengthens the management platform of new media education in universities The innovative construction of educational management content and workflow drives the improvement of efficiency and quality in educational management work.

This paper examines whether the broad money supply (M2) and the interest rate as two monetary policy tools will have different effects on housing prices. A sample of 10 listed real estate companies was analysed using panel vector autoregression (PVAR) models, using data from 2007 to 2020. The empirical results show that there is a correlation between housing prices and M2 in the short term, which is even more obvious in the medium term. Overall, M2 has a positive impact on house prices. On the other hand, the three-year loan rate has no significant impact on housing prices in the short term, but has a negative impact on housing prices in the long term. After the pulse response analysis, the money supply has a more significant impact than the interest rate on the real estate price, and has a better effect in controlling the housing price. The research results contribute to the scientific formulation of monetary policy and the reasonable control of the market.

Employment is a cornerstone of a nation's well-being, impacting economic prosperity and the lives of its citizens. Within this context, women's employment is a complex issue intertwined with social status, marital dynamics, and broader societal implications. This article explores the intricate relationship between women's employment and China's evolving population policies, with a focus on the "universal two-child" policy. This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the "universal two-child" policy on women's employment. It delves into the current state of female fertility through a review of existing literature and explores the multifaceted challenges and opportunities women face in balancing family and career aspirations. The analysis reveals improvements in women's employment prospects after childbirth, yet significant challenges persist across economic, social, psychological, and occupational dimensions. Women navigate complex decisions, influenced by evolving family planning policies, societal norms, and individual circumstances. Recommendations are presented from both governmental and individual perspectives to address these challenges and promote gender equality in the workforce.

The objective of this study is to identify the disparities between individuals who speak English as their first language and those who are learning English as a foreign language, specifically in relation to the prosodic signals that indicate when it is appropriate to take turns in conversation. Data collection involved the implementation of two perceptual studies, one involving text and the other involving audio. The results indicate that there are notable distinctions between two groups of individuals in response to specific stimuli. Implications have been made about the instruction of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners.

Based on analyzing the questionnaire sample on Western Minorities national costumes, this paper comprehensively explores the development trend and innovative direction of Western Minorities costume culture. The study results show that in the context of globalization, traditional Western Minorities costumes are gradually welcomed by the younger generation as a fashion representative. At the same time, traditional Western Minorities costumes have been innovatively applied in modern costume design. In the questionnaire, we learned that more and more consumer groups are interested in Western Minorities national costumes, and we should learn to interpret Western Minorities culture from different perspectives and reflect it in our designs. Innovative development requires inheriting and protecting traditional skills and incorporating new technologies and techniques to improve their characteristics. In addition, innovation should maintain the characteristics of Western Minorities culture, satisfy the aesthetic needs of modern people, and focus on the real meaning of the dresses to be expressed and their relationship with art. The above research gives us a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Western Minorities dress culture and innovative development, an important reference value for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional dress culture.

The Shanghai School (海上画派), a style of Chinese art present in the late 19th century and centered in Shanghai, is the witness and contributor to the advancement of modern Chinese art, embodying all the facts and specimens from that time, and regards the process of Chinese painting from ancient to unique and distinct style as the corresponding modernization. Inspired by the translation project of the grand opening exhibition of Cheng Shifa Art Museum, this paper discusses how to reestablish evocative resonance and situational context in the translation process. Guided by the aesthetics of translation and the psychology of art, the translators try to reemerge the context, connotation, artistry, and creativity of the works of the exhibition in the Chinese-English translations, and to reach the dialogue between the audience and the artists featuring bilingual compatibility, emotional connection, and aesthetic isomorphism.
