Analisis Pemahaman dan Penerapan Pencegahan Plagiat pada Pembelajaran Online 对在线学习的理解和实践分析

Pembelajaran online bagi mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka (UT) telah diterapkan jauh sebelum ada aturan dari pemerintah sebagai imbas dari pandemic Covid-19. UT menyediakan fasilitas berupa e-learning yaitu sarana pembelajaran online berbasis web yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja oleh dosen, tutor dan mahasiswa. Namun demikian, pembelajaran online memiliki perbedaan cara penyampaian pengetahuan tersebut sehingga memerlukan pemahaman dan pelaksanaan yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pemahaman dan pelaksanaan upaya pencegahan plagiat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa UT dalam pembelajaran online. Upaya tindakan pencegahan plagiat yang dilakukan oleh UT dalam mendukung pembelajaran online sangat memadai dan usaha mahasiswa untuk memahami dan menerapkan juga sudah maksimal walaupun terdapat kesalahan pada pertemuan atau sesi awal. Hal ini dikarenakan pemahaman dan penerapan mahasiswa yang berbeda-beda.
开放式大学学生的在线学习早在政府制定规则以代替pandemic Covid-19的情况之前就得到了应用。UT提供了一种基于web的在线学习工具,可以随时随地由讲师、导师和学生访问。然而,在线学习在传递这些知识的方式上存在差异,因此需要全面的理解和执行。这项研究讨论了UT学生在网上学习中的理解和实施剽窃努力的方法。UT在支持在线学习方面所做的遏制措施是充分的,学生们在早期会议或会议上也努力理解和应用学生。这是因为学生的理解和应用不同。

Tracer Study Lulusan Program Studi Ilmu Hukum Universitas Terbuka 大学法律系研究硕士研究生

Program Studi Ilmu Hukum di Universitas Terbuka memberikan peluang kepada siapapun, di manapun, dan kapanpun untuk menemempuh pendidikan tinggi sebagai sarana meningkatkan kompetensi diri dalam bidang hukum. Kurikulum dirancang dan diperbarui sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa selama studi. Untuk mengukur ketercapaian kompetensi lulusan dalam dunia kerja perlu dilakukan penelurusan melalui tracer studi. Hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena beragamnya lulusan yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Dengan metode penelusuran melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebar melalui email, aplikasi whatsapp, dan melalui hubungan telepon dilakukan untuk mencapai sampling sebesar 25% dari keseluruhan lulusan. Prodi Ilmu Hukum baru mulai meluluskan pada tahun 2017, hingga 2019 sudah tercatat terdapat 1.402 lulusan yang terjaring dalam tracer study. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, lulusan Prodi Ilmu Hukum bekerja pada bidang hukum dengan presentase lebih dari 90%. Dari keseluruhan lulusan mendapatkan manfaat dengan gelar sarjana hukum, yaitu mendapatkan pekerjaan di bidang hukum atau mendapatkan manfaat atas gelarnya di instansi tempat dia bekerja sebelumnya

TRACER STUDY PADA PROGRAM STUDI S1 TEKNOLOGI PANGAN UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA 开放大学食品技术学士学位研究的TRACER研究

Studi ini adalah hasil tracer study pada Program Studi (PS) Teknologi Pangan Universitas Terbuka tahun 2017-2020. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (qualitative research) melalui survei dan wawancara dengan variabel (1) Keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja; (2) Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat komptensi yang dikuasai; (3) Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan. Hasil tracer study menyatakan bahwa dari segi keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja, alumni PS Teknologi Pangan UT sebanyak 68% sudah bekerja dan sebanyak 70% sudah memperoleh pekerjaan sebelum masuk UT. Bidang pekerjaan alumni paling banyak di bidang swasta di sektor usaha makanan dan minuman. Kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap tingkat kompetensi yang dikuasai alumni yaitu lebih dari 50% alumni menyatakan perguruan tinggi berkontribusi sangat tinggi dan tinggi dalam pengetahuan di bidang ilmu teknologi pangan, kemampuan riset dan analisis, komunikasi, ketrampilan digital, manajemen waktu dan kemampuan dalam memegang tanggung jawab, serta soft skill. Penilaian alumni terhadap metode pembelajaran di PS Teknologi Pangan yaitu lebih dari 50% menyatakan sudah sangat baik dan baik dari tutorial online, praktikum, dan bahan ajar cetak. Masukan alumni untuk perbaikan layanan yaitu untuk tutorial online antara lain perlunya peningkatan server, tampilan yang lebih menarik, penambahan video dan studi kasus, serta tutor perlu lebih aktif memberikan umpan balik. Masukan mahasiswa untuk praktikum yaitu perlunya laboratorium sendiri yang dimiliki oleh UT, mata kuliah praktikum perlu diperbanyak, serta  integrasi antara mata kuliah praktikum dengan mata kuliah lainnya. Masukan untuk bahan ajar cetak adalah perlu dilakukan pembaharuan materi yang mengikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. ANALISIS INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT (IKM) TERHADAP PELAYANAN TUTORIAL TATAP MUKA DI UPBJJ-UT BENGKULU 对UPBJJ-UT BENGKULU现场现场教学服务的社区满意度分析

Public services by the government in various sectors are sometimes perceived as not in line with public expectations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of face-to-face tutorial services at Universitas Terbuka (UT) Regional Office in Bengkulu, using the Public Satisfaction Index (Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat/IKM) method. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques using the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) approach, were calculated based on the weighted average value of each service element developed in the Regulation of Minister of State Aparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16/2014. The findings of this study were that in general the assessment of public satisfaction index for Face to Face Tutorial held by UT Regional Office in Bengkulu obtained a Good Service criteria, with a Public Satisfaction Index value of 3.25 or converted to 81.16. It meant that the service performance was categorized as B (Good). Through continuous improvement, it was expected that the value of the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) for Face-to-Face Tutorial services at UT’s Regional Office in Bengkulu can be maintained or improved in the following years.

Common diseases mostly occur due to lack of basic health information and knowledge to public at large. Therefore, basic health information and knowledge is very much important to reduce the outbreaks of different diseases especially in rural communities which is possible through proper education. Education is a natural and an inborn part of any community or society. High quality and healthy volunteers can be generated in a society by right education with full support of any kind of facility.The objective of this paper is to gather and identify information and knowledge about basic health from students and teachers. In this paper, first we study current basic health (information & knowledge) situation of teachers and students in high schools of District Swat (70% mountain rural areas and 30% urban areas), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. Secondly, find out the willingness of high school teachers and students for basic health information and knowledge using information communication technology (ICT) i.e. through a proposed “Virtual Education for Basic Health (VEBH)” model at high school level. For this purpose a pilot research survey was conducted in seven tehsils of district Swat which contained 119 high schools, including 77 male high schools and 42 female high schools.The respondents are willing to learn basic health information and knowledge through virtual and commented that it will be better for rural mountainous areas of Swat especially for female health. VEBH model will make the students aware about common diseases and ensure future healthy society.

In this paper, first we study current basic health (information & knowledge) situation of teachers and students in high schools of District Swat (70% mountain rural areas and 30% urban areas), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. Secondly, find out the willingness of high school teachers and students for basic health information and knowledge using information communication technology (ICT) i.e. through a proposed “Virtual Education for Basic Health (VEBH)” model at high school level. For this purpose a pilot research survey was conducted in seven tehsils of district Swat which contained 119 high schools, including 77 male high schools and 42 female high schools.The respondents are willing to learn basic health information and knowledge through virtual and commented that it will be better for rural mountainous areas of Swat especially for female health. Group administrators Learning Pendas’s students is an important part of the system for implementing distance learning services in each Open University Distance Learning Program Unit. However, the description and research related to the role of the board of education officers is still very limited. To achieve this, descriptive qualitative research has been carried out with participatory action research (PAR) strategies for all PGSD and PG-PAUD student management and service activities carried out by pokar administrators throughout the Banten region under the auspices of UPBJJ-UT Serang. The results of the study showed that the administrators of the pendas program had a role in the implementation of distance learning system services at UT Serang UPBJJ especially in promotional activities, new student recruitment, New Student Study Orientation, distribution of teaching materials, PKP / PKM tutorials and compulsory and examination and Diploma Submission Ceremony (UPI).

Distance learning organized by Universitas Terbuka provides many benefits and opportunities for students in remote areas to get higher education services. For the time being, this learning program is facilitated by e-learning assistance program using technology and information media. This learning process emphasizes unlimited materials for students outside the main source, Buku Materi Pokok, that can be accessed whenever and wherever. The main focus of this tutorial online is to give a chance for students to learn in their free time, give them learning assistance, and measure how they understand the materials given. This emphasizes the learning process independently and autonomously. This article tries to give a new sight in this Tutorial Online about a technique or a model that can be applied. This model encompasses practices, assignments, and tasks can be done independently by students. This learning model will improve and build students’ autonomous learning by providing them with authentic yet simple tasks, practical and independent assignments.

Universitas Terbuka (UT) as an open and distance e-learning institution in Indonesia, has widely intensify the interconnectivity on international stages. UT adopts international academic standard and pave its vision “to provide access to a world quality higher education for all through open and distance higher education”. Although, most of UT students do not yet have access to adequate internet connection, UT has been a reference for other open education institutions and was acknowledged by the global community to have been succeeded in managing distance education system. By outlining the concept of education diplomacy creates an explanation that the growth of globalized educational collaboration increases the importance of conveying people-to-people engagement through e-learning education system. In previous years, UT has aimed the mission toward an ASEAN distance education collaboration and offer an Open Online Certificate Program through MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses). The aim is to share knowledge among Indonesian and its counterparts in ASEAN.

Vocational high school in Indonesia is familiar with the concept of dual system education program. There are two places of learning such as school-based learning and work-based learning. A few vocational education institutions have claimed that during carry out work-based learning, they ask students to master some competencies through self-regulated learning without a learning environment that planned. Therefore, this article aims to give an integrative learning design framework for online learning as an effort to guide educators and instructional designers in designing and developing online learning environment that meet with the students need. Shifting roles of educators and instructional designers in online learning, each component within integrative learning design framework for online learning, as well as the features of online learning model are discussed here. So that, educators and instructional designers who want to design online learning model could not only avoid mistakes but also reduce the failure.

The online  tutorials for undergraduatestudents at Universitas Terbuka has 30% of contributions to the grade of the final exam, which is why students are expected not to depend solely on independent learning without any supporting facilities. With 339 undergraduate students of SIPAS NON-TTM PGSD and PGPAUD, the researcher used the unified theories of acceptance and use of technology to analyze students acceptance and technology usage, and using multiple regression as the statistical tools to test out the influence of performace expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions towards the behavioral intention of undergraduate students of PGSD and PGPAUD in using online  tutorials.It was found that facilitating conditions had the most significant influence towards behavioral intention, while performance expectancy was right after. Lower influence was found in social influence, while the effort expectancy doesn't have any significant effect on behavioral intention of undergraduate students of PGSD and PGPAUD in using online  tutroials.
