The concept of sustainable development in the modern world is an integrating platform for various fields of knowledge, research and practice. The goal of sustainable development is to ensure a decent quality and standard of living for present and future generations. Education plays an important role in achieving this goal. Sustainable development cannot be achieved solely through technology, political regulation, or financial mechanisms. Humanity needs to change its way of thinking and behavior. The article shows that to implement these changes, in turn, it is necessary to provide quality education and training for sustainable development at all levels and regardless of social conditions. There should be a system of sustainable education that would allow anyone to quickly get all the necessary knowledge that exists in the global information space. This becomes especially relevant in connection with the transition to the "information community". The article presents the concept of creating a single information space. The components of the unified information space are the information -learning environment and the information-educational environment implemented at the Department and at the University, respectively.

The widespread dissemination of digital technologies in various areas of economic activity creates prospects for the formation of a single digital space. In such conditions, it becomes possible to use progressive modern technologies in financial control, aimed at finding errors and facts of non-compliance with legislation, identifying cases of fraud and misappropriation of assets. The article proposes a project to create a complex of digital technologies for activities in the field of compliance control, which is a single robotic system. The proposed project includes a cognitive mechanism with a list of cognitive compliance control processes and tasks, as well as digital technologies. The developed mechanism with the use of digital technologies is proposed to be introduced to digitalize the information processes of compliance services of large enterprises in the real and financial sectors of the economy.

The main goal of the study is to study in detail the main factors that determine the future development of the global advertising market on the Internet, to consider the factors that determine the integration of the Internet with traditional media and elements of marketing communications. The global market is characterized by a wide range of products that constantly compete with each other, where supply often exceeds demand, and international marketing communications are becoming an increasingly important area in the business environment. Therefore, it is important to analyze market trends and development prospects. The role of advertising in shaping this process is important. Advertising activity depends to a large extent on a number of political, economic and social factors, on which the state of foreign markets depends. The most important of these is the globalization of business, that is, the acquisition of a business on a global scale. Digital technologies provide changes in the educational process of Russian schools. Due to innovative solutions, the possibilities of school education are expanding "smart" content and artificial intelligence, cloud services. Digital technologies ensure the selection of a learning path for each student, increase objectivity in assessment and radically reduce the burden on teachers. The aim of the study is to assess the readiness of teachers to use digital technologies in the educational process, as well as to calculate the digital literacy indices of school teachers and university teachers. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were proposed for the introduction of new digital technologies in the Russian education system, which make it possible to solve the main tasks of educational activities that are not solved or poorly solved by modern Russian schools based on traditional technologies.

The article researches the foundations for the development of a complex of models of digital technologies for regulating relations in the rural labour market in labour-surplus regions in the conditions of the functioning of a socially oriented market economy. It proposes interrelated stages of complex modeling of digital technologies for regulating social and labour relations in the rural labour market: the goal and the list of problem-optimization problems to be solved are identified, the type of economic and mathematical models is selected, a complex of models (CM) and their consistency are developed, the CM proposed methods of solution are identified, the collection, analysis and assessment of the reliability of the necessary information are conducted, computer validation developed by the CM is conducted, software options are selected, a comprehensive analysis of the obtained computer results, a strategy for the effective implementation of digital technology in the research object is developed. In this work, on the basis of the abovementioned stages, it is recommended to develop digital technologies of CM for regulating relations on the main problems in the object of research: improving the demographic-social basis of the formation of the rural labour market, optimizing the economic indicators of the formation of the rural labour market, achieving a match between the demand and supply of labour and their optimal socialeconomic regulation, increasing the dynamics of inter-sectoral movements of labour resources, ensuring the proportionality of jobs with labour resources, reducing the level of rural unemployment, formation of rational employment of the rural able-bodied population, effective development of the rural labour market and the rational use of the rural labour resources.

The transition to a new technological order, being observed in the last decade, actualized the processes of innovative development of oil and gas companies. The key factor in ensuring effective innovative development is digital technologies, aimed at increasing business profitability and developing fields with hard-to-recover reserves. The article justifies the need for the implementation and use of digital technologies. The article provides statistical data on digital oil fields in Russia, identifies strategic benchmarks for the development of oil and gas companies in the field of digitalization. The expected forecast estimates of the effeciency of the implementation of digital technologies in the oil and gas industry are presented. The conclusion is drawn about ensuring an increase in oil extraction due to digitalization, due to an increase in the design oil recovery factor and hard-to-recover reserves.

The subject of the research is the statistical characteristics of the cryptocurrency market and the legal framework for its regulation. The purpose of the study is to identify the priority areas of state regulation of the digital cryptocurrency market based on the analysis of statistical data in the area under study. The following general scientific research methods were used in the work: deduction and induction; analysis and synthesis; analogy; description. Moreover, the method of textual information analysis, graphical and tabular methods of data presentation were used. The factors of establishing a system of state regulation of operations with cryptocurrency are identified: price volatility as an indicator of the profitability of cryptocurrency investors, the increasing scale of investments in the digital market, as well as the expansion of the number of professional participants in the digital market. The development trends of the national digital currency market are identified and the modern system of state regulation of cryptocurrency in Russia is analyzed. In the final part of the study, the author has developed the main vectors for the development of legal regulation of the cryptocurrency market.

This article is devoted to a topical and important issue. Information security is one of the most pressing problems of the modern digital economy. To a large extent, this concerns the financial sector, which carries out electronic transactions and is actively looking for more efficient analogues of metal coins, paper banknotes, plastic cards, etc. Thus, the intensive introduction of information technologies entails cybersecurity problems. The emergence and consolidation of the cryptocurrency on the world market causes a tangible need to reinstitutionalize the existing economic relations. The main reason for these problems, most likely, should be called an acute shortage of specialists in the field of modern information technologies and who understand the essence of the ongoing changes associated with the digitalization of the economy.

In the work, the authors considered the features of the state and development of agriculture in Russia in the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy, estimated the impact of digitalization on production and income formation of agricultural producers as a whole in the industry, and in the context of categories of farms. The most important factor hindering the transition of agriculture to a new level of development is the high proportion of small forms of management with low levels of intensification, technical and technological equipment, lack of financial resources for automation and digital transformation of production processes. As a result of the grouping of subjects of the Russian Federation according to the level of digitization, the level and intensification of production, the impact of investments and means of state support on the development of agriculture, as well as the formation of gross value added in the agricultural sphere in each of the types of regions were determined.

The most important factor hindering the transition of agriculture to a new level of development is the high proportion of small forms of management with low levels of intensification, technical and technological equipment, lack of financial resources for automation and digital transformation of production processes.
