The article discusses the issues of fulfilling the list of special (especially responsible) quality characteristics of a new automotive component based on planning verification of the pre-production process. The main tool for confirming the quality of the preparation of production was the positive result of the release of the installation batch of the automotive component. Confirmation of the fulfillment of the full set of requirements is based on the development of an installation batch management plan in accordance with the IATF 16949-16 standard.The verification plan of the pre-production process must be formed without missing a single characteristic in the course of the project. Efficient management of the installation batch allows you to get production approval on the first attempt with minimal production preparation time. This greatly reduces the risks of receiving customer claims during serial deliveries.

The article discusses the method of improving the quality of computer-aided design of machine-building products based on the introduction of the concept of 3D drawing. A comparative analysis of the application of a 3D drawing and the use of a standard flat drawing for the manufacture of machine-building profile products on modern CNC machines is given. The 3D drawings of the products are developed in the SolidWorks software environment. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the use of 3D drawings in compliance with their correct representation in computer-aided design systems will reduce the time for the manufacture of relevant parts.

The article deals with the problems of quality management, reliability and safety at railway transport infrastructure facilities, from the standpoint of quality management and reliability theory, to ensure the quality and safety of transport services for the consumer. A method for managing the quality and safety of the upper structure of the track is proposed based on monitoring the fiow of failures and recoveries, using an automated system for accounting and analyzing the reliability of transport infrastructure facilities. An example of the implementation of the developed methods on Aksakov track Kuibyshev infrastructure Directorate of JSC «Russian Railways», which leads to the improvement of the quality and reliability of freight and passenger rail services to the consumer on the track.

The article is devoted to the development of a model for an automated system for assessing sports achievements, taking into account the analysis of a reliable expert examination. On the example of the discipline «rhythmic gymnastics» the article considers the main criteria for assessing the performance of athletes. Based on the identified shortcomings of the existing subjective assessment systems, a method of automated assessment is proposed in the work, a modular structure of an information system for assessing sports achievements using a neural network approach is designed.
