The article examines the characteristics and functions of the automated process management system (ASU TP) in the format of ensuring its information security. The differences in information security between TP ASU and traditional IT systems are shown. Because of the importance of the time component, the high reliability, high availability and high security of the industrial management network, the differences between the security functions of the ASU TP and IT systems are presented as follows: functional requirements are more important in the IT environment in terms of risk, but the ASU TP is focused on the manufacturing process, and accessibility is considered to be the highest requirement and requires that production be sustainable; Resource requirements - the real-time ASU TP operating system is often limited by resources, and computational resources may not be available to update the security features of these systems in the ASU TP components; security implications - Unlike conventional IT systems, the loss of information in the ASU TP can damage the production process. In general, the security of the industrial management system can be divided into three areas: functional security to ensure the safety functions of equipment and enterprise, physical security is designed to reduce harm from physical factors and information security - preventing illegal or malicious intrusion into the industrial management system or interfering in the planned work. The article identifies the type of safety of the ASU TP and presents the structural model of the industrial management system, as well as the management scheme and components of the TP ASU.

The article analyzes the parameters of the elements of the parts of the food grinder, such as the shape of the working holes in the grate and the shape of the blades of the movable knife, as well as the properties of the material from which they are made. Based on the analysis, the optimal parameters are given that will improve the quality of the grinding process, namely its energy efficiency.

Improving the quality of products and processes in enterprises and organizations of various fields of activity is provided by various methods of quality management. A special place in all the variety of tools and methods of quality management is occupied by statistical methods. Various international and national standards ensure the effective application of quality management tools and methods. The requirements and recommendations for the application of these methods are contained both in the ISO 9000 MS and in numerous standards in the field of statistical methods. Since a large number of such standards have been developed to date, it is necessary to systematize them. Based on this, all standards in the field of statistical methods can be classified according to the type of activity in which they are applicable. Such a systematization of standards in the field of statistical methods will make it possible to use them more effectively for solving specific production tasks.

The article is devoted to one of the topical issues of modern education. In the conditions of the multipolar world, foreign language communication between representatives of different countries is increasing. The effective implementation of politics, economics, culture, and educational contacts between people depends on the formed competencies of interpersonal, including foreign language, communication. Among the tasks of training modern bachelors, undergraduates and postgraduates, the task of having students of culture and culture of interpersonal communication is put forward.Great importance in the presented article is given to the analysis of verbal and nonverbal means of its formation. In the considered type of culture, three types of competencies are distinguished - language, communicative and rhetorical communicative competencies. As part of the culture, foreign language communication serves to indicate the ability of subjects to create socially correct statements. Rhetorical competence involves taking into account the characteristics of the candidate due to the knowledge of the speech strategies used by him.The culture of foreign language communication is presented in the article as a necessary component of the future professional and personal life of a modern student. The necessity of theoretical and technical support for the implementation of the process of formation of this type of culture is emphasized, which includes several stages: mastering the necessary language material to establish contacts between students in different situations, the selection and process of using various lexical expressions in the process of foreign language communication, design and development of educational communication situations taking into account communication, linguistic and rhetorical competence. The formation of a culture of foreign language communication presupposes the social, linguistic, cultural, pedagogical and psychological content of the educational process. The theoretical significance of the article consists in revealing the phenomenon of the culture of foreign language communication, its components and its significance in the future professional, personal, scientific activities of modern students. The practical significance lies in the substantiation of verbal and nonverbal means of forming a culture of foreign language communication.Prospects for further study of this problem may consist in substantiating innovative technologies that contribute to the effective formation of a culture of foreign language communication.

The conditions for the hardening of tools in accordance with the author’s technological routes in the optimal time interval are considered using the functional dependence of the serviceability of plasma generators. This dependence takes into account the workability of the technical devices involved in processing the laying batch of tools in the speci ed time interval. The probability of performing the production process in the estimated time is represented by the product of the trouble-free operation of each glow discharge plasma generator involved in the nishing processing of tools that require a different type of plasma exposure in a certain sequence and duration.
