The growing global competition and the need for exibility of educational institutions of higher education actually require a transformation of processes that provide a high level of interaction and integration between business processes and systems at all organizational levels and all participants in the entire value chain.The digitalization of the educational system is an objective necessity for functioning in a modern highly competitive environment.The introduction of innovations in educational activities using digital technologies allows you to reduce the cost of implementation, making changes, updating educational programs, and increasing the degree of exibility of the educational environment to changes in external factors.Digitalization as a whole is aimed at reducing the in uence of the human factor, which makes it possible to minimize negative risks when making managerial decisions.The purpose of this article is to study the opinions of students of the Federal state Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev-KAI» (hereinafter referred to as the University, KNRTU-KAI) on the prevalence of digital technologies at the university. The main purpose of the study is to identify the impact of limited labor resources in construction on the organizational and technological reliability of the construction complex. Currently, many construction organizations in the region are experiencing a shortage of construction workers, so for the regional investment and construction complex, the issue of attracting local workers to construction is relevant. A study of the trend of reducing the level of organizational and technological reliability from a decrease in the number of construction workers was conducted. Measures are proposed to increase organizational and technological reliability in the investment and construction complex of the Amur Region, including through the use of the region's own resources in conditions of restrictions. For the regional investment and construction complex, the issue of creating incentives for the recruitment and selection of workers is relevant. Improving working conditions combined with well-designed motivational measures can create a solid foundation for increasing the attractiveness of the worker's work. When writing the article, the method of expert evaluation, observation, analysis and synthesis was used.

A half-wave diode rectifier is represented as a nonlinear circuit to study in a laboratory course of electrical engineering. The control and measurement complex NI ELVIS effectively displays the nonlinear circuit properties using oscillograms and spectrograms of signals. The coefficients of ripples and nonlinear distortions are calculated. They help to evaluate the influence of the circuit parameters on the quality of signal conversion when rectifying and detecting. The advantages of the NI ELVIS complex consist in, for instance, the real-time digital signal processing, the visualization of results, the ergonomic visualization tools. These advantages provide clarity and precision in the presentation of complex nonlinear processes in electrical engineering.

The author focuses on the problem of educating family values among cadets in military institutes of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation. The author suggests specific approaches and principles of education of family values and a positive attitude to the creation of a family in relation to the educational process of military institutions, taking into account their specifics. A number of educational measures applied in each approach are proposed. The idea of improving the effectiveness of the education of cadets is substantiated, based on the proposed approaches and principles. This view will be of interest to specialists in the field of education of personnel of military educational institutions of higher education.
