Chaotic generation in powerful backward wave oscillator 强后向波振荡器中的混沌产生

Self-modulating regimes of generation in a powerful 10 /spl mu/s X-band BWO was studied theoretically and experimentally. The sequence of generation regimes and corresponding bifurcation values observed for a current increase were in good agreement with the simulation results. Finally, chaotic self-modulation was established at a current of 120 A, a power of 2 MW and relative spectral width of 4%.

Investigation of the sparse antenna array properties in the radio-imaging systems 无线电成像系统中稀疏天线阵列特性的研究

The new spheres of remote sensing system applications make demands for improving of the mass-size and economic characteristics of airborne portable radio-imaging systems, i.e. large aperture systems. First of all these demands are concerned with antenna structures. Application of sparse antenna structures offers the possibility of decreasing the number of antenna feeder elements which improves the above-mentioned performances of these systems. This paper is devoted to the study of the properties of sparse antenna arrays and their application in radio-imaging systems.

The technique of microwave parameters determination of substances based on application of high Q "whispering gallery" oscillations in a quasi-optical spherical resonator is reviewed. Low noise C-band amplifier 低噪声c波段放大器

The results of design of low noise amplifier for C-band satcom stations are presented. 40 K of noise temperature and more than 60 dB gain have been obtained in 500 MHz bandwidth with WSVR less than 1.2. The amplifier includes four stages: amplifier, DC linear controller of supply voltage, low noise regulated GaAs FET bias and matching circuits. Minimal number of construction units ensures high reliability and low cost of serial production.
