This study aims to analyze the development, utilization, supervision, and control of the green open space program in Ilir Barat I Sub-District, Palembang. This study was conducted in, Ilir Barat I Sub-District, Palembang city.October 2019 to December 2019. On this research used descriptive qualitative methods and analysis of vegetation (Anveg) by using and purposive sampling. Based on the analysis,The Sub-District of Ilir Barat I has a Green Open Space (RTH) covering an area of 101,389 m2 with a percentage of 0.51%. The area of it does not meet the minimum area of green space based on Law No. 26 of 2007 in article 29 paragraph (2) of 30% and has met the requirements of article 29 paragraph (3) of 20%. With the distribution of green open space is the Puncak Sekuning TPU with an area of 40,000 m² with a percentage of 0.20%.The green space location with the smallest area in the stadium of Bumi Sriwijaya has a green space of 1,627 m² with a percentage of 0.01%. The area of green space in the District of Ilir Barat I Palembang based on the results of the study was 101,389 m², while the area of it based on Palembang PRKP data in the Sub-District of Ilir Barat I of Palembang City was 96,166 m². Researcher measurement data has a difference of 5,223 m² with data from the Palembang City PRKP Service. Angsana tree (Pterocarpus indicus), The highest number of tree in green line (road side) is Trembesi (Albizia saman) while in median road is Tanjung (Mimusops elengi).

Planting Media Combination Effect on the Growth of Mucuna Bracteata Seeds by Applying Vermicompost 施用蚯蚓堆肥对小苞粘豆种子生长的影响

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the combination of planting media on the growth of Mucuna bracteata by applying vermicompost. The research had been carried out in the practical garden of the Polytechnic of Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan, Wedomartani, Yogyakarta for 2 months from September to October 2019. The research method used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) with five treatments. The treatment carried out was a combination of planting media, between soil and vermicompost, namely P0 (100% soil), P1 (80% soil and 20% vermicompost), P2 (60% soil and 40% vermicompost), P3 (40% soil and 60% vermicompost) and P4 (20% soil and 80% vermicompost). The parameters observed in the study were plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter. The results showed that the growth of Mucuna bracteate seedlings was influenced by the application of vermicompost. The highest plant height and stem diameter in Mucuna bracteate seedlings were obtained in P3 treatment (40% soil and 60% vermicompost), while the highest number of leaves was obtained from P4 treatment (20% soil and 80% vermicompost). Vermicompost can increase soil support for the growth of Mucuna bracteate seedlings so the growth of Mucuna bracteate increases.

Reproductive Biology of Carp (Cyprinus carpio) in Batu Bulan Reservoir, Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara

Research about carp (Cyprinus carpio) reproductive biology in Batu Bulan Reservoir was conducted in April, May, July, and October 2016. This study aims to determine some biological aspects include the degree of gonad maturity, fecundity, spawning frequency and season, and length of the first gonad maturity. The results showed the sex ratio between male and female fish in April (1:5), May (1:3), July (1:3), and October (1:3), with an average of 1:3.5 with the Chi-Square test on the confidence interval. 95%, it turns out that the sex ratio does not follow the 1:1 pattern, or the sex ratio of the fish is not balanced. TKG II carp occurred every month of observation, while the ripe fish of TKG IV gonads were founded only in April, July, and October. The highest percentage of female fish ripe for TKG IV gonads was 45.32%, and males 67.40% were found in October. The size of the ripening female carp size in Batu Bulan Reservoir is 20.16 cm. Carp fecundity ranges from 1,439 to 40,281.

Technical, Financial and Social Cultural of Feasibility Analysis of Combine Harvester in Rice Agribusiness in Tulang Bawang District, Lampung Province 联合收割机在南榜省土郎霸王区水稻综合经营中的可行性技术、财政和社会文化分析

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the technical aspect of the combined harvester, (2) to calculate the feasibility of rice agribusiness using a combined harvester, (3) to measure adoption level of farmers towards combine harvester in Tulang Bawang District, Lampung Province. The research was carried out in two subdistricts, namely Rawajitu Selatan (represented by Gedung Karya Jitu village) and Rawapitu (represented by Bumi Sari village) of Tulang Bawang district from August 2015 to December 2015, and used survey method. The studied sample of 60 farmers (or 14.90% of 972) was determined with proportional random sampling.  Two sorts of data were collected, namely interview and direct observation on-site, and feasibility analysis on a combined harvester, including technical, financial, and socio-cultural aspects. The result revealed that from technical aspects, combine harvester needed 5 to 7 hours to harvest, produced an excellent quality of unhauled rice with affordable production cost, compared with the traditional method. The use of a combined harvester was financially feasible. This was shown by farmer income and B/C ratio, from socio-cultural aspects, farmers showed high scores of adaption level towards combine harvester, namely 16.29 and 13.06 for Gedung Karya Jitu and Bumi Sari village, respectively.  
本研究的目的是:(1)研究联合收割机的技术方面,(2)计算联合收割机在水稻农业综合经营中的可行性,(3)衡量南榜省土郎霸王区农民对联合收割机的采用水平。研究于2015年8月至2015年12月在土郎巴旺区Rawajitu Selatan(以Gedung Karya Jitu村为代表)和Rawapitu(以Bumi Sari村为代表)两个街道进行,采用调查法。采用比例随机抽样法确定60例农户(占972例的14.90%)的研究样本。收集了两种数据,即现场访谈和直接观察,以及对联合收割机的可行性分析,包括技术,财务和社会文化方面。结果表明,从技术方面看,联合收割机收获时间为5 ~ 7小时,与传统方法相比,收获质量优异,生产成本低廉。使用联合收割机在经济上是可行的。从社会文化层面来看,农民对联合收割机的适应水平得分较高,分别为16.29分和13.06分,分别为Gedung Karya Jitu和Bumi Sari。

Masalah dari Penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Struktur biaya dan Berapa Besarnya Nilai Tambah Bambu Menjadi Anyaman Bambu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur biaya dan mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah di Sanggar Kreatif Bunga Matahari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Studi Kasus dengan Alat Analisis yakni menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin besar kapasitas produksi pada usaha tersebut menghasilkan biaya rata-rata per output yang lebih rendah dan nilai R/C yang lebih tinggi. Analisis nilai tambah menunjukkan NT > 0 maka artinya usaha Kerajinan Ayaman Bambu memberikan nilai tambah.

UJI PERTUMBUHAN KOLONI JAMUR ENTOMOPATOGEN DARI PERTANAMAN KACANG PANJANG (Vigna sinensis L.) PADA SERANGGA UMPAN

Kacang panjang sangat disukai hama.  Hama yang sering menyerang adalah ulat penggerek polong (Maruca testulalis), tungau merah (Tetranychus bimaculatus), dan kutu daun (Aphis spp.). Upaya menekan intensitas kerusakan akibat serangan hama pada pertanaman adalah dilakukannya pengendalian populasi hama. Penggunaan insektisida sintetik (pestisida) dalam pengendalian hama perlu dikurangi dengan cara beralih pada insektisida yang berbahan aktif jamur entomopatogen. Jamur Entompatogen merupakan jamur yang menginfeksi serangga dengan cara masuk ketubuh inang melalui kulit, saluran pencernaan, spirakel, dan lubang lainnya. Jamur Entomopatogen yang efektif mengendalikan hama penting tanaman adalah; Leucanicillium lecanii, Beuveria sp, Metarhizium anisoplae, Nomuraea rileyi, Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, Aspergilus parasiticus dan Vericillium lecanii. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti adanya pertumbuhan koloni jamur entomopatogen pada serangga umpan dari pertanaman kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) di Desa Bukit Batu Jalur 30 Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Palembang.  Penelitiaan ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan April 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan dengan menentukan lokasi dan lima titik sampel secara diagonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di lahan pertanaman kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.)  desa Bukit Baru Jalur 30 Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir terdapat jamur Entomopatogen dan terdapat tiga gejala yang terdapat pada serangga umpan yang terinfeksi jamur Entomopatogen.  Mortalitas serangga umpan maksimum adalah 4 ekor (40%) dan minimum 1 ekor (10%) untuk masing-masing sampel.

Upaya menekan intensitas kerusakan akibat serangan hama pada pertanaman adalah dilakukannya pengendalian populasi hama. Penggunaan insektisida sintetik (pestisida) dalam pengendalian hama perlu dikurangi dengan cara beralih pada insektisida yang berbahan aktif jamur entomopatogen. Jamur Entompatogen merupakan jamur yang menginfeksi serangga dengan cara masuk ketubuh inang melalui kulit, saluran pencernaan, spirakel, dan lubang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti adanya pertumbuhan koloni jamur entomopatogen pada serangga umpan dari pertanaman kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) di Desa Bukit Batu Jalur 30 Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Palembang.  Penelitiaan ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu pada bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan April 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan dengan menentukan lokasi dan lima titik sampel secara diagonal. KONTRIBUSI KERAJINAN TIRAI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN DAN KONSUMSI KELUARGA PETANI DI DESA RANTAU DURIAN I KECAMATAN LEMPUING JAYA OGAN KOMERING ILIR 在RANTAU榴莲村,农民家庭的收入和消费的工艺贡献

Desa Rantau Durian I juga memiliki potensi pengembangan tanaman baik di sector tanaman pangan maupun tanaman perkebunan, sebagian besar wilayah Desa Rantau Durian I merupakan lahan produksi atau daerah persawahan.  Bila dilihat dari sisi pengairan sawah merupakan sawah tadah hujan yang hanya berproduksi satu kali dalam setahun, hal ini yang menjadi penyebab beberapa sawah yang ada di desa tersebut telah beralih fungsi sebagai lahan perkebunan tanaman karet yang dinilai oleh masyarakat lebih menguntungkan.  Tetapi permasalahan utama tanaman karet saat ini adalah produksi karet yang rendah dan bahan baku yang dihasilkan mutunya juga masih rendah sehingga harga yang diterima petani relative rendah.  Kondisi inilah yang membuat masyarakat di desa tersebut mempunyai kegiatan rumah tangga yang dapat menunjang perekonomian mereka setelah pulang dari menyadap karet kurang lebih tiga sampai empat jam, sehingga sisa waktu dapat digunakan untuk membuat tirai.  Tujuan penelitian adalah : 1). Untuk mengetahui margin harga pada pemasaran tirai di tingkat Desa Rantau Durian I Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya OKI. 2). Untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan tirai terhadap pendapatan dan konsumsi keluarga petani jika dilihat dari sudut pandang waktu pemasaran di bulan-bulan hari besar (lebaran, tahun baru).  Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa margin pemasaran pada penjualan eceran dan partai besar berbeda.  Di mana penjualan eceran atau petani menjual langsung ke konsumen adalah Rp18.000,-.  Sedangkan petani menjual ke partai besar dengan volume banyak adalah Rp 15.000,- , maka margin pemasaran adalah sebesar Rp 3.000,-.  Kontribusi kerajinan tirai terhadap pendapatan keluarga petani di Desa Rantau Durian I yaitu sebesar 24 %.  Sedangkan kontribusi tirai terhadap konsumsi keluarga petani di Desa Rantau Durian I yaitu sebesar 40 %.
Rantau I村也有种植作物的潜力,无论是在高田还是在种植园,这个村庄的很大一部分是耕地或稻田。从水稻田的角度来看,这是一种一年只生产一次的雨水稻田,这可能导致村里的一些稻田变成了一个更有利可图的橡胶园。但如今,橡胶作物的主要问题是其橡胶产量低,生产的原材料质量也低,因此它们给亲戚农民带来的价格低。这就是为什么村民在从橡胶拍摄回家后,家庭活动能够支撑他们的经济,这使得剩下的时间可以用来制作窗帘。研究的目的是:从大日子(lebaran,新年)的营销时间来看,可以知道农民家庭的收入和消费程度。结果表明,零售销售和主要政党的营销差距是不同的。在那里,零售或农民直接卖给消费者的是18000卢比。而农民卖给大党批量是15000卢比,那么市场利润率是3000卢比。在Rantau I农村农民家庭的手工艺贡献了24%。而“Rantau I”村农民家庭的天幕收入为40%。
