Combustible ethanol was obtained from agricultural waste. Test samplesE0 (petrolgazoline) and E5, E10 and E20 (epanpl/gazoline blend) were prepared and their physical, chemical and technical characteristics were studied. The effect of bioethanol on the ecological compatibility of the automobile engine has been studied. The objects of research were Regular, Premium and Super of Petrol gasoline Samples, as well as a of 10%, 20% and 30%. bioethanol/gazoline blends. The study of the ecological properties of the test additive was carried out at the stand of automobile engines SAK-670 (Germany), on which the engine of a BMW-316 car with coupling sleeve and a transmission assembly is installed. The stand is equipped with brakes and torque sensors, as well as with crankshaft speed and fuel consumption measuring instruments. The test mixtures during an idle running of engine cause a decrease in the CO content in the exhaust gases by 10-16%, and this taking into account their low cost, indicate the prospect of expanding the use of fuel ethanol.

Background. Current data suggest that bone tissue produces hormonally active factors - modulators of metabolic processes throughout the body. The most significant osteoproteins is osteocalcin, the non-collagen structural protein of the bone matrix, which is synthesized by osteoblasts and enters the bloodstream during the resorption of bone tissue. Osteocalcin is involved in the regulation of energy balance, insulin secretion, peripheric insulin sensitivity, and adipocyte’s function, while being an important marker of bone remodeling. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between osteocalcin levels and metabolic parameters in 97 patients with type 2 diabetes over 50 years of age, in the course of pharmacotherapy using different classes of antidiabetic drugs, namely human insulin, glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists (aGLP), and sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors, depending on presence of obesity. Results. There was found the highest serum osteocalcin level in patients without obese who received a metabolically active therapy with insulin or aGLP-1, comparing to nonobese subjects of SGLT2 inhibitors therapy group. The lowest level of HbA1c and triglycerides observed in non-obese patients on the background of taking aGLP-1. Conclusion. It can be assumed that the factor determining the hypoglycemic efficacy of investigated drugs may be the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes which depends on the degree of obesity, while the type of antidiabetic therapy has a corrective effect, probably mediated by changes in body weight and fat distribution.

Surgical intervention on the contents of the cranial cavity is universally carried out by applying several burr holes, which remain uncovered and serve as a site for the development of a number of postoperative complications. The lack of hemeticity of the skull in some cases require repeated intervention. The purpose of the proposal is to create a trepanation method that excludes the formation of burr holes and promotes hermetic closure of the cranial cavity, excluding the possibility of postoperative complications.The goal is achieved by sawing out conical holes in the skull with the simultaneous formation of small bone flaps in the form of a truncated cone. A large bone fragment of a derivative form is cut out with the proposed tool or in the usual way with a Gigli or Olivecrona saw. In the absence of contraindications, a large bone flap is placed in place, and small bone fragments are combined with the place of their sawing, thereby restoring the integrity of the skull, which is closed at the end of the intervention.The hermetic craniotomy method eliminates the possibility of developing postoperative complications inherent in craniotomy methods, carried out by applying burr holes.The method of craniotomy, which provides for hermetic closure of the cranial cavity, among other things, returns the brain to its natural state, protected from all kinds of external influences, including postoperative complications

The problem of lactose metabolism remains relevant from the standpoint of various areas of medical research. Clinicians, anthropologists, physiologists and geneticists are engaged in the study of lactose digestion devices and various types of disorders associated with it, including lactose intolerance.Determination of such mechanisms allows us to understand not only the nutritional causes of the development of functional intestinal symptoms, but also the evolution of man and nutrition, culture and lifestyle. Symptoms of lactose intolerance are abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, bloating, and diarrhea after drinking milk or dairy products. These symptoms may be caused by malabsorption of lactose, which is the result of low levels of lactase in the small intestine. Symptoms also occur after consumption of lactose or lactose products, with no apparent effect on the human microbiota and overall health. Therefore, of particular concern are the strict dairy-free diets commonly prescribed for patients with such complaints.This article discusses modern recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of lactose malabsorption and lactose intolerance, which largely comply with European recommendations.

We performed an experiment to determine the resistance impact on the engine performance resulted from the engine fuel system. Therefore we designed a tool for creating artificial resistance in the fuel pipe for determining resistance contamination in the fuel system. The artificial resistance between high pressure pump pipe and engine fuel filter was created in the field and laboratory then the diagnostic program EEM3 was used in the experiment. We tested the resistance by the pipe and decreased the pipe diameter of the fuel flow resistance from 8.5mm to 2.3 mm with 18 versions. As a result of the test, the basic indicators of the engine were changed when pipe diameter reached 6.5mm from 8.2 mm. The certain change on cyclic fuel supply occurred when the fuel flow increased and pipe diameter dropped. Moreover, the basic indicators of fuel consumption, torque and engine power were changed. It influences to the basic indicators due to the fuel filter contamination and regression of permeability proficiency then the engine will lose out the fuel.

One of the spread first level methods of optimum search is learned by the steepest descent method in conditions when there are mistakes in the experiment. The steepest descent method is investigated and is successfully applied in situations, when, there are no mistakes of experiment. However, in real situations the used means of measurement always have determined errors owing to what the appropriate meanings of the response receives with mistakes. The model of the steepest descent algorithm in created, when the length of the step does not depend on the meaning of the purpose functioning. Stepping process realization algorithm and program provision in MathCAD, computer mathematic, system is designed. The realization outcome mistakes for different meaning are presented, the step movement of the optimum dot direction is shown according to function meaning and argument meaning as well. The amount needed for the tactics necessary to approach the minimum is established, the quake amplitude in the surrounding of different level experiment mistakes at the optimum search efficiency in different step conditions.

Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) is a widespread problem for today. Symptoms of the disease significantly reduce women life quality. It is common reason for medical help. Clinical sings of vaginal candidiasis are nonspecific. The most common method of diagnosis - microscopy of vaginal discharge, does not always provide enough information. Among the causative agents of candidiasis, Candida albicans and Candida nonalbicans have different prevalence in different regions of the world.Resistance to antifungal drugs is increasing due to it widespread applying.Risk factors for RVVK are: antibiotic therapy, immunodeficiency conditions, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, contraceptives, corticosteroids, hormonal disorders of women, allergic diseases. Recent studies indicate the multifactorial cause of candidiasis, especially the imbalanced composition of the vaginal microflora and genetic predisposition. Resistance to antifungal drugs is increasing, especially to Fluconazole, that is most often applied in clinical practice.The role of immunoregulatory mechanisms is reflected in the reduced activity of immunity in the vagina. Changes in Tol-like receptor (TLR) genes have been reported in women with RVVC. Also, interlexins can lead to a prolonged inflammatory process in the vagina. Currently, polymorphism of the mannose-binding lectin gene in women with RVVK relevant topic for research. That changes may be a reasone of recurrence.Determination of mannose-binding lectin for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes is promising research area. There is increasing scientific interest in the study of this pathology. In publication described diagnosis of RVVK, the species composition of the pathogen, risk factors, impact of hormones and genetic predisposition.

The aim of the research was to study and analyze peculiarities and prospects for the use of zeolite containing Geomin Forte in the treatment of covid-19 and post covid-19 condition. Antioxidants are substances that the human body constantly needs in order to maintain it in a normal state, which means maintaining the necessary balance between free oxidative radicals and antioxidant forces, the role of which is played by antioxidants.Vitamin E increases the body's nonspecific resistance, and by activating the synthesis of cytokines, tocopherol stimulates its own anti-inflammatory activity. The effect of vitamin E is to stimulate the reproduction of immune cells, systems that need to quickly multiply when they meet the source of a possible disease. In the body, this process is called mitogenesis.The pharmacodynamic effects of tocopherol are synergistic when combined with vitamins C and A. Retinol provides formation of immune (protective) cells, lining respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract, serving as a natural barrier to infection. Medicine will enhance possibilities of adaptation of the organism to the changed environment, because, in many cases, it is very difficult to protect the population from the impact of the negative factor (including ionizing radiation, natural disasters, etc.) According the study results “Geomin Forte” can be used during intoxications (used as the best sorbent for food, infectious, occupational intoxications, chronic metals and chronic exposure to radiation). As well as when the functional state of the immune system is impaired and fatigue and as an adjunct for allergic diseases. The mineral zeolite (clinoptilolite), the 500 mg activated clinoptilolite "Geomin Forte" developed by us is characterized by antioxidant action. Unlike the conventional antioxidants, it stimulates the body's endogenous antioxidant system and is a direct-acting oxidoreductive agent. Its activated natural mineral zeolite (clinoptilolite) acts directly on the cell membrane as a surface-active donor of electrons.With its oxidizing effect, "Geomin Forte" is 200 times more than vitamins C and E. Used in combination with antioxidant therapy in the context of standard treatment for the following diseases: Diabetes mellitus, accelerated aging process; alzheimer's disease; parkinson's disease; endocrine pathologies; atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease, hypertensive disease, stroke, rheumatism.

The reduction of the duration of running-in is most strongly influenced by the speed-power and technological factors. It was experimentally established that at specific loads of 0.15 – 3 MPa and tribopair velocities of 6 – 40 m/min (0.1 - 0.66 m/sec) and methods of surface hardening and surface hardening, nitrocementation and ion-plasma thermocyclic nitriding, a combination of speed, power and technological factors can reduce the running-in process by 1.5 - 2 times.A mathematical model has been developed that combines the components of these factors for the running-in process in relation to the reduction of the latter.The stand for experimental research of the tribotechnical system, which consists of an automatic gearbox with a magnetic brake, a power supply, a control panel and a PC, has been upgraded. The firmware is written in the Python programming language.For further research in the chosen direction, the application of wear-resistant coatings with a thickness of 3 … 10 μm by PVD methods containing nitrides and carbides is promising.

The firmware is written in the Python programming language.For further research in the chosen direction, the application of wear-resistant coatings with a thickness of 3 … 10 μm by PVD methods containing nitrides and carbides is promising.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"31 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85714016","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
