The vintage films may contain large regions of damaged content which is hard to be restored. To solve this problem, we proposed an video inpainting algorithm depended on the optimization of a global, patch-based functional. Our method is divided into three steps. Firstly, we use color transfer to normalize the average intensity of each frame. Then, we take a non-local patch-based approach to search the nearest neighbor of the damaged region using their information to reconstruct the occlusion. Finally, to those unsatisfactory results due to the lack of information we use the deep neural network interpolation algorithm to achieve a coherent effect. The proposed method has been tested on different types of vintage film sequences and proved to be effective.

Aiming at solving the positioning accuracy problem of airborne multi-platform cooperative detection, taking the one-transmitter two-receiver system as an example, the platform geometry model is established, and the positioning equation and the error equation are derived. Combining with simulation experiments, the positioning accuracy distribution of the measurement subsets with different missing data is analyzed. Through comparison, the influences of the absence of pitch angle, azimuth angle, and echo distance absence on the distribution of positioning accuracy are obtained. The research provides a theoretical basis for the full performance of the airborne multi-platform cooperative detection system.

As one of the newest teaching resources, teaching games not only widen the field of curriculum resources, but also broaden the learning and teaching methods. It contains rich educational value, and plays an important role in arousing students' learning motivation, training creative thinking, forming research style of study and training information literacy. The article uses four arithmetic operations as the learning content, and uses cocos2d-X and JavaScript to complete a four arithmetic game, which is suitable for pupils to improve mathematics and arithmetic ability and to promote the logical thinking ability of primary school students. There are three levels of difficulty in the game: rookie, master and god. Students can choose different levels according to their arithmetic ability.

The modeling and simulation considering eddy current effect of a novel electromagnetic linear vibration actuator (ELVA) is presented in this paper. The proposed structure of ELVA contains a mover inserted with permanent magnets (PMs), a stator with axially wound coil and leaf springs fixed between them. Experiment shows the peak thrust force of ELVA decay nonlinearly as frequency going up. The mathematical model presented in this paper describes this behavior and fit the simulation outcome and experiment the results well, which is instructive to the design of ELVA and similar devices.

Scene understanding is an important task in the field of machine vision. Image semantic segmentation is helpful to realizes scene understanding by identifying semantic information in images. Due to fully supervised semantic segmentation need a lot of manual annotation, but its costs is so expensive. So Weakly supervised Learning(WSL) become more and more popular. In this paper, we analyze this problem from a new perspective. We only use a small amount of data as a training set and solve the problem with only the image label. First, we only train the existing neural network to complete the weakly supervised semantic segmentation task; Second, we change classification network from a WSL framework to encourage neural networks to identify semantic information in images. We conducted experiments on the PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset, and our results have some improvement in semantic segmentation.

Aiming at the problem of low target tracking accuracy of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), a cooperative scheduling and tracking strategy for nodes is proposed. Firstly, the moving target is used as the stimulus, and the radiation radius of the sensor is used to dynamically set up the cluster network. Secondly, the detection node around the active target uses the simplex spherical Kalman filter (SSUKF) to estimate the motion state of the tracking target, and uses the target state estimation error. The covariance traces measure the tracking accuracy. From a comprehensive consideration of the hardware resources of the sensor network, the remaining energy and tracking error of the cluster member nodes are used as evaluation criteria to establish a cluster-first rotation strategy for dynamic clusters. Finally, the tracking tasks are performed in collaboration between the cluster members, effectively improve the target tracking accuracy. The target tracking process was implemented by using this collaborative scheduling strategy simulation, and the effectiveness and reliability of the tracking strategy were verified.

This paper proposed the method of Analytic Type Fuzzy Integral Hybrid Control (ATFIHC)regarding the difficulties of realization of fuzzy control algorithm and the steady state error of the fuzzy control system. The parameter tuning equations of ATFIHC are obtained on the basis of the corresponding relations of parameters between the analytic fuzzy integral controller and the classic PID controller, then the grid search method was applied to obtain the coefficients of the parameter tuning equations. The result of simulation shows that the control effect of the ATFIHC is superior to the optimized PID controller in integral norms such as IAE, ISE, ITAE and control norms such as Overshoot and Response Time, and it is more adaptive to the changes of parameters and structure of the controlled objects.

This article introduces a method of load balancing. This method can automatically and reasonably allocate information processing requests based on the real-time resources of the server without introducing additional devices in the cloud computing process. The technology establishes a cluster architecture without load balancing devices, including a task pool, a task publishing module, and a task acquisition module. This technology uses "pulling" to distribute tasks. This method can dynamically allocate computing resources in the cluster. This technology does not require registration nodes to join or exit, and nodes do not interact with each other. It is easy to adjust the cluster size. The use of this technology avoids the waste of system computing resources due to bottlenecks in key nodes, unreasonable task assignments, and the like. This technology reduces the cost of the cluster system, and at the same time solves the problem that the load balancing device can easily become the bottleneck of the cluster.

College information includes educational administration information, human resources information, teaching facilities information, teacher resources information and student information, etc. In order to improve the ability of management and integration of university information, an optimal design method of university information management platform is proposed based on B/S framework and APP. It adopts statistical analysis method to collect, statistics and classify the information in colleges and universities, and uses MySQL to construct university information management database. The network design of university information management platform is carried out under the system of B/S structure. The information management platform of university is divided into five management modules: administration, department, student, curriculum, backstage and so on. The design of network component interface of information management platform is constructed based on TinyOS. Native app local application program and Web app web page application program are used to develop the mixed information management system. So that the university information management platform can run compatible on APP mobile terminal equipment and PC terminal equipment, with Java as the development language, the design of information management platform is realized on the platform of J2EE enterprise framework SSH. The designed information management platform can realize the network of university information and remote information management, and the system has good stable performance and strong ability of cooperative management.

The algorithm of optical measurement for real-time data processing based on Kalman filter is studied, by analyzing the present situation and exiting problem in the real-time data processing of optical measurement. In this paper, the feasible model and data processing method are given. The simulation results show that the algorithm model is accurate and effective. The research result plays an important role in raising the precision of real-time data processing. Meantime, it also has a guiding significance in further improving of measurement & control software system.
