Scene understanding is an important task in the field of machine vision. Image semantic segmentation is helpful to realizes scene understanding by identifying semantic information in images. Due to fully supervised semantic segmentation need a lot of manual annotation, but its costs is so expensive. So Weakly supervised Learning(WSL) become more and more popular. In this paper, we analyze this problem from a new perspective. We only use a small amount of data as a training set and solve the problem with only the image label. First, we only train the existing neural network to complete the weakly supervised semantic segmentation task; Second, we change classification network from a WSL framework to encourage neural networks to identify semantic information in images. We conducted experiments on the PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset, and our results have some improvement in semantic segmentation.

Aiming at solving the positioning accuracy problem of airborne multi-platform cooperative detection, taking the one-transmitter two-receiver system as an example, the platform geometry model is established, and the positioning equation and the error equation are derived. Combining with simulation experiments, the positioning accuracy distribution of the measurement subsets with different missing data is analyzed. Through comparison, the influences of the absence of pitch angle, azimuth angle, and echo distance absence on the distribution of positioning accuracy are obtained. The research provides a theoretical basis for the full performance of the airborne multi-platform cooperative detection system.

For the problems of traditional LCL-type grid-connected inverters have resonance spikes and grid-connected inverters of split-capacitor single-loop control have low power factor. A novel dual-current loop control strategy is proposed in which the split-capacitor intermediate current is used as the inner loop and the grid-connected current is used as the outer loop. The simulation results of Matlab/Simulink are given. The simulation results show that the LCL type single-phase grid-connected inverter can achieve low-harmonic and high-power factor grid connection using this strategy, which verifies the feasibility of this control strategy.

A signal enhancement algorithm for SNR maximization of specified frequency range is proposed in this paper to improve the signal enhancement performance, which uses a priori knowledge of the covariance matrix of noise in the mixed signal, enhances the required signal and maximizes the SNR of specified frequency range by linear combination of multi-channel received signals. The algorithm in this paper is derived and simulated compared with the signal enhancement algorithm of time domain, the result shows that the enhanced signal has maximal SNR of specified frequency range, and the algorithm has a obviously better performance and application value.

A smart electric push-pull window composed of an actuator, a control system, a data acquisition system, a data processing system, a weather website, and a window. The system can collect real-time weather information such as temperature, relative humidity, PM2.5, wind speed, and cloudy or cloudy weather on the Internet through a data acquisition system. Then the data processing system intelligently decides to open the window to a certain width, and the control system and the actuator control the opening of the window to a predetermined width. The intelligent window can intelligently adjust the opening of the window according to the change of the weather, so as to improve the indoor temperature and humidity, and improve the indoor air quality and light. This intelligent window system has great application value.

In order to reduce the influence of vibration to the system, construct the new reduction system was studied by the existing vibration theory and practical application of vibration reduction measures. First of all, the causes of the vibration were analyzed and classified. Then, vibration and vibration reduction were studied from three aspects of vibration test system, analytical method and the application of vibration reduction in engineering. Finally, a new vibration reduction system was proposed on the basis of full consideration and synthesis the above research.

To further improve the similarity of a ship's magnetic field simulated using magnets, a two-axis magnet simulation scheme is proposed. The two-axis magnet is a new scheme with the same iron core, two windings, coaxial and orthogonal magnets. The shape of iron core, and the formation of solenoid winding and saddle-shaped winding are designed. The material of iron core, dimensional parameters, current flowing through windings, and number of turns are determined through calculation. The results show that the design of the two-axis magnet ensures that the volume and weight of the two-axis magnet do not exceed the standards, and its performance indicators meet or exceed the expectation. The design can provide a reference for the design and calculation of magnets with new structure.

Aiming at the problem of cooperative relationship between nodes in the detection efficiency evaluation for multi-function radio frequency system (MFRFS), an improved efficiency evaluation method based on entropy is proposed. Firstly, the information network process model is established when MFRFS performs the detection task, each node is established, the corresponding influencing factors and its membership function are selected. Then the uncertainty of each node under the cooperative relationship is calculated. And finally the detection efficiency evaluation for MFRFS is achieved combining the network complexity factor. The example calculation results show that the evaluation method is suitable for complex MFRFS.

Multi-angle face detection, has a wide range of application needs in our lives. However, due to the large difference in facial features at different angles, it brings certain challenges for detection. In order to solve this problem more efficiently, we propose Step-by-Step Adjustment Networks(SAN) to perform multi-angle face detection in a coarse-to-fine manner. The method contains three stages, the first stage is that distinguish the target is human or cat's face or non-face. Then each candidate target's face orientation will be adjust to upright gradually. Initially, the position of bounding box need to be divided by several steps, and only predicting coarse orientations. Our SAN can achieve gradually decreasing the rotate ranges, and obtain accurately detect consequence with full 360? rotate angles. The experiments on Multi-Oriented FDDB and a challenging subset of WIDER FACE containing rotated facial include human and cat's, the result show that our SAN can achieve good performance.
